JOHN MANIS RICHARDS IN CRITICAL CONDITION IN THE HOSPITAL

Please pray for John Manis Richards and his family members. The stress of being on trial and being under arrest for a 2007 incident has finally gotten to Johnny Richards, The Lone Meth Ranger!

On Friday the 19th John went to CCMH Medical Bldg. for scheduled routine blood and to turn in 24 hour urine work, because of an infection in his thumb. During the blood work John became short of breath and lightheaded. Medical Staff took John’s vital signs and his blood pressure was 229/154.  Medical Staff called for ambulance at which time ambulance Staff recorded John’s BP at 264/184.  John was taken to the Emergency room at CCMH and was diagnosed with Heart Failure and admitted.

Since that time Johnny has underwent MRI’s and CT’s.  On June 26, 2009, John’s Dr. informed him that he has been diagnosed with a rare tumor in the cells of Adrenal Glands.  This, Pheochromocytoma, is the cause of John’s BP spiking sporadically out of control and being sent to CAMC for further tests and possible surgery.

Lets pray that John regains his health, he needs to fight the very dishonest Gerald B Hough, the man that is friends with dishonest cops that want to ruin lives of common citizens and destroy the goodwill among the people in our community.

Sorry, it has been a busy month for us with meetings and all; and of course we all have to do our shift in the woods this time of the year….why you ask?

The SS and associates are spending more time in the woods this year to make sure this does not happen to us…..again! (see picture below)

Don’t bunch all of your plants together and go for the shorter growing season with the high yield indica plants best taken from clones.

We love growing Sativa also because the plants grow as tall as 20 feet and have a huge yield, but even cross bred Sativa has a long growing season and there is barely enough time for the plant to reach full bloom of buds until late October, when the weather is usually warm in this part of the state, but also unpredictable and the Sativa (bigger than xmas tree’s)will all have to be pulled at the first frost.

We hate  seeing the young ones pulled early (above). These guys come around early in the morning, usually after a copter tips them off

And of course this is the kynde of product we really like (purplebluepersuasion) sometimes grown the SPECIAL SS way which is hidden in the tops of tree’s in boxes, but located where the plants get maximum light and if the rain does not deliver, then you will need some short Mexican dudes that can get up those tree’s with the proper nutrients.

Trial Date Set in LONE METH RANGER CASE… JUNE 22nd!

The Crooked County  Crooks in Central WV FIX cases against people that are targeted by the elite; by getting to their defense counsel, and threatening them, with consequences involving their incomes and careers… if they don’t lay down!

Threatening defense counsel is the same tactic used by Judge Facemire (the king of misconduct) in the “Travesty of Justice” case against defense counsel F JOHN OSHOWAY. Oshoway tossed the case upon hearing the threat! (which is on page 240 of court record of the case now before the 4th circuit court of appeals in Richmond Virginia)

It is a serious situation when the “Powers That Be” forcefully, and with ill intent interfere with the defense counsel of a defendant.

Gerald B Hough had Richards first attorney’s office burned down and then tried to hire Hough’s SECOND defense counsel so that he too would be conflicted and not be able to defend Richards.

Only Gerald B Hough got caught in the act when Moffat went to the disciplinary board with the matter.

All the rights awarded to all of us by the United States Constitution fall by the wayside in Gilmer County which is often referred to in modern times as Crooked County!

In the last court appearance regarding this case HOUGH stated for the court officially …that RICHARDS WAS THE OWNER OF THE CalPatty Press which is a lie!

Johnny Richards is not an editor nor does he write articles for the CalPatty Press!

Richards asked his recent attorney Moffat to say something in court to defend him –and to say that the statement made my HOUGH was not true, but Defense Counsel Moffatt pulled and F JOHN OSHOWAY on everyone!

…and didn’t say a fucking worked to defend his client!

That is when Richards knew the FIX was in and his own defense counsel was absolutely worthless!

Further, Richards’ defense counsel was going to play ball with the Crooked County Crooks to protect his own law practice and income versus the defense of his client, just like Oshoway did in the “Travesty Case.”

Maybe the wrong defense counsel had their office burned down. Maybe it should have been Moffatt’s office instead, Hughart seemed like a decent guy.

So Gerald B Hough got to the first attorney HUGHART, by burning down his office (shown in prior CalPatty Press article …scroll down on this page) and then tried to hire his second attorney to disqualify him so that Richards would have no counsel to defend him.(shown in court document above)

The Crooks from Crooked County pulled this same sort of trick during the Travesty of Justice case when Bill Martin was disqualified as defense counsel; because he was elected as prosecutor in Braxton County. Now the powers that be have threatened Martin about the matter of speaking out about that case and to keep his mouth shut, if he knows what is good for his career.

The court ordered the defendant in the TRAVESTY case to  find a lawyer in 24 hours and the Court Clerk LAME SMITH  suggested Oshoway, who unbeknownst to the defendant in that case was a lacky shoe -in for the prosecution!

The Supreme Court officially recognized OSHOWAY as performing badly– and was an ineffective defense counsel stated in a legal opinion.

NOW the big whoop de doo is taking effect on  Monday June 22nd hosted by the Crooked County Crooks!

The CalPatty Press uses actual court documents to prove the veracity of our stories and more and more attention is being brought to that dusty little town of Glenville the County seat of Gilmer County– the West Virginia home of misconduct and the funny kind of illegal courtroom antics unsurpassed anywhere in the entire state of WV.

Excerpt from the Travesty case from documents submitted to 4th Circuit Federal Court in Richmond Virginia-below

This case (case number redacted) born  out of Gilmer County and the 14th district Circuit Court is buried in misconduct at the Circuit Court level with allegations of judicial misconduct and judicial prejudice which evidence bears true–And if the appeals court will not recognize that misconduct, and if the State of West Virginia seldom considers complaints at the disciplinary board level, then truly the answer is to build more prisons–For the State of W Va. will need them for all of the innocent victims sentenced by unfair courts, and prejudice Circuit Court Judges.

That strongly worded statement from a legal brief now in the files of two federal courts may possibly be the type of statement and a good reason why:

TWO CIRCUIT COURT JUDGES HAD TO RECUSE THEMSELVES FROM THE CASE OF JOHN MANIS RICHARDS.

Judge ALSOP and FACEMIRE were not going to risk their careers on this case or the bad press it was sure to stir up.

The court was presented with a petition and motion to recuse Judge Richard A. Facemire; in the request for recusal, documents were presented to Richards attorney that certainly showed that Facemire was at the very least a dishonest judge, therefore attorney Kevin Hughart ask that Facemire be recused.

Attorney Kevin Hughart soon thereafter had his office burned down for his trouble.

Gerald Hough had his good buddy Circuit Court Clerk David Lane (LAME to his friends) Smith lose the evidence that proved Glenville Police Chief John Moss a lying son of a bitch that presents false facts to convict innocent people of accusations that are untrue. Hough had the evidence of false testimony covered up by having the court clerk lose the tapes, and the only other evidence against Moss was Hugharts notes that were destroyed when his office was the victim of arson!

The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals has had to assign Justice Starcher the job of presiding over the case.

You can see by the documents above that Starcher is growing impatient since this case is coming up on two years old and it has not gone to trial yet!

Starcher grows impatient because BOTH of Richards attorneys were screwed with by Gerald B Hough prosecutor for Gilmer County but STARCHER  suggests Richards pay the price by having him represent himself (not a good idea) or just assign him counsel with no time given to prepare the case.

The delay’s have all been brought by the prosecution, not the defense, yet the punishment is being meted out to the defendant in the manner of…. he might not get adequate representation and has had himself to file in the WV Supreme Court just for protection!

Richards had to take it upon himself to petition the Supreme Court in order to get the time allotted to prove himself innocent.

It is not the college that supports the community, it is the money from growing weed, which growers spend locally like regular income. Food, transportation, gas…and all the rest. If we didn’t grow weed, nobody would have any money.

The only people that would have any money would be the local elite that are all in bed with each other. We don’t need to go down the long list of names now, because we even have to deal with the dirty rottens son’s of bitches ourselves sometimes.

The way they make their money is putting all the young white people in jail for the least little thing, and if they don’t find something, they will just make something up…just so long as they keep the jails full and the money coming in from doing just that.

The number one industry in WV is the prison and jail system and Glenville has bought into that whole operation. Lil Tampon Tashua is their girl, trained proper the local elite way. She will definitely play ball, but we don’t want to be on that team.

Without the prison and jail system, the state of WV and the county of Gilmer, along with the little city of Glenville all would be broke as hell!

There is a murderer  among us …and for cops to release a man (mentioned in our articles BEFORE his arrest)  that was suspect on a signature bond with no money on the table is very typical of the corrupt WV judicial system.

John Franklin Cash’s bond was 105,000 but it cost him nothing to get out, although the judge refused to reduce the bond during a court hearing last week. That is just how WV does things. No other state would allow this underhanded bullshit.

Unfortunately for us, the real criminals are the ones that are suppose to be public officials that everyone looks up to. We don’t consider Marijuana a crime, either growing it, or being in possession of it. This is a modern day prohibition and we support the growing and use of Marijuana. Any person caught sneaking around these here parts will learn a hard lesson.

I think the CalPatty Press with the help of the Team Rangers and the SS have more than proved that there is a bad element, in power; and we have made the bad information on them available well in advance of the boom being lowered on them.

We suggest arming yourselves to the teeth!

Keep a weapon you are familiar with either on your person, or close by.

Currently, on our person, this weekend we will have enough fire power to hold off a company of enemy combatants if we were to be so engaged.

Also we would appreciate it if no one burns down the office of our new attorney, like they did the office of John Manis Richards attorney, the Lone Meth Ranger. Also the defense counsel that at first defeated the power elite in court on the Travesty case had his office burned down too, not long after he had the Travesty case tossed out of court in 2004 just to have it refiled by the most crooked of all prosecutors Gerald B Hough of Glenville West Virginia.

You never know when armed men will come for you…. like they did us one night in 2007.

One of them was a green shirt, but most likely more than that were.

We know now they were there to rip us off for the cash( and/or weed) we had on hand, which was more than $25,000. We no longer keep that kind of cash available; and it would be a good idea for you to do the same.

Funny thing, the man with the mysterious gun shot wound that was reported just and hour or so later after the shooting incident turned out to be a man Gerry Hough admitted in public as one of his best friends. That man was soon after released from his duty as a Green Shirt for failing a lie detector test, just like the Crooked County Crook Gerry Hough would be, if you gave him a polygraph.

“Just as no man is allowed to be a judge in his own cause, similar fears of bias can arise when…a man chooses the judge in his own cause,”

“And applying this principle to the judicial election process, there was a serious, objective risk of actual bias that required Justice Benjamin’s recusal,” Justice Benjamin is the justice that muddied up the waters of the “TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE” case still being fought in the federal courts in Virginia. He changed his vote at the last minute the same week the MASSEY COAL CASE was on the docket. Also Justice Maynard sided with Benjamin on that case– much the way they both chose taking large amounts of cash and paid escorts (prostitutes) that included living the high life in Europe —being big shots with the booze and the bitches—while they both (Justices Benjamin and Maynard) sold their souls to the devil Don Blankenship.

Maynard paid his price to the devil in last May’s primary elections where he got his ass kicked and tossed onto to the street like the bitch he is.

Call it what you want, they all got caught and it was all broadcast on National News!

Just an update to let everyone know that I am busy working on a story about the upcoming Johnny Richards court case in Gilmer County.

The old ways of the elite are becoming very dangerous ways, because most people, when you give them nothing else to lose, will fight back, and also will have NO PROBLEM resorting to violence if indeed the situation calls for it.

This is not a blatant threat, this is HISTORY, all through history, when you put people in that situation, they will jump out an bite your ass, and that is the current state involving the crooked ass courts of West Virginia, which are about 90% Crooked.

The source of the problem lies with the dishonest prosecutors and judges that have given our state a bad name and made us all laughing stock for the rest of the US when one finds them self out the area and far from the state.

Officially we support John Manis Richards in his endeavor to persevere in his Gilmer County Circuit Court Case.

Further, we are convinced that Johnny will NOT get a fair trial.

Gerald B Hough has committed serious infractions in the courtroom in the past!

HISTORY REPEATS!

We can guarantee that HOUGH will LIE to the trial jury about the hard cold facts of the case.

HOUGH will just MAKE UP facts to suit his needs.

In the “Travesty of Justice” case Hough has been ACCUSED in FEDERAL COURT of KNOWINGLY bringing forth false facts and evidence to the Grand Jury and trial jury.

A motion was filed to have him investigated by federal investigators for that crime.

We, from the SS and the Consolidated Citizens Corp predict that GERALD B HOUGH in his closing arguments to the jury in the Richards case, will LIE like the little bitch he is!

He will lead the jury to believe false facts and facts proved to be false during trial therefore confusing them further.

Then you will see the prosecutor in and out of the jury room unduly influencing them and putting pressure on them for a guilty verdict!

The CCC have taken quotes from several attorneys in WV that feel  JUDGE FACEMIRE suffers from various forms of mental illness. And they are not kidding or joking or making fun.

FACEMIRE saw the trouble ahead in the Richards case and KNEW that we are gunning for him this time!

He is the most unscrupulous, dishonest circuit court judge to come down the pike in years!

Richard (DICK) saw the train wreck way down the track and said, “No fucking way!”
… and jumped the track, and then, Judge Alsop felt he didn’t want to be dog meat in the press either, so made an excuse to get the hell off the case also!

I might also add that…it is the opinion of the SS and the Consolidated Citizens Corp, that Facemire is a dishonest little piece of shit midget that needs to be found out for all of his wrongdoings in a jurisdiction not of his choosing.

We will be keeping an eye on that little fuck and ALL of his cases from now on!

But, right now, we have more important things to do, and that is to see that the Lone Meth Ranger gets a fair trial!

We don’t know if he is guilty, we don’t know if he is innocent– all that matters to us is …that the usual Crooked bullshit in the courts, does not happen here, not on our watch, or there will be a fucking riot this time!

HEATHER RICHARDS MYER DEATH UNRESOLVED!! Three years of agony!

This matter of a beautiful loved human being, that would have been 29 years old  needs  to be brought into the light again, again, again….yes again god damn it, because the powers that be here in Central WV are crooked as hell!

OVER THREE YEARS LATER: HEATHER RICHARDS MYER DEATH… UNRESOLVED – “We Can’t Put It To Rest”

A very happy and pretty Heather, was she a victim of a bad boyfriend?

Over Three years have passed and Heathers family is still struggling to reach some kind of grip on how the tragic accident could have happened– and reach some acceptance, but no acceptance can be found… because another investigation was bungled by the local cops who are nothing but highway patrol officers in Green Shirts that can’t even do their fucking highway patrol job, because of their inflated ego’s and all thinking they are gods gift to women.

Well I wouldn’t fuck a Green Shirt if I was tied down and had already consumed a bottle of 110 vodka, so think about that next time you look in the mirror trooper.

This is the part of this tragic event that bothers us the most!

Seventeen-year-old Andrew Jones, who was dating Heather, left the accident on foot down Rt. 5 to a friend’s house. The Richards family says Jones did not call 911, nor did police obtain his blood alcohol.

It’s about time the Richards family is getting the justice they deserve. Three years ago Heather Richards Myer was killed in a car accident with two young men also being involved. One of those two men were driving the vehicle, he knows who he is and doesn’t have the balls to stand up and admit to what he did. I believe this is Heathers way of getting back at him. It’s called Karma. And hopefully there’s more to come.

The vehicle, belonging to Justin Boatwright, was traveling east on Rt. 5 at Big Bend when it went out of control, colliding with a fence post and a telephone pole, then striking another post and an electric pole, knocking some of them down. It was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed.

At the time of the accident, authorities at the scene indicated Boatright was the driver, not sustained.

The vehicle was apparently rolling-over on the pavement before it went down a driveway, coming to rest in a yard.

Seventeen-year-old Andrew Jones, who was dating Heather, left the accident on foot down Rt. 5 to a friend’s house. The Richards family says Jones did not call 911, nor did police obtain his blood alcohol.

Jones told police he drank “Budlight, just a couple, two,” saying Boatright was the driver.

Justin Boatright, 24, was found seriously injured beside the vehicle. He was life-flighted to Charleston for medical treatment. The Richards family say police told them his blood alcohol exceeded the legal limit.

Boatright, who admitted to heavy drinking, said “I think he is lying,” referring to Andrew’s statement to the police, accusing Boatright of being behind the wheel.

Boatright then said he didn’t know if Heather was in the car when it crashed, according to the police report.

Heather’s body was discovered a considerable distance from the wrecked vehicle, across a driveway in the yard.

Police did a reconstruction of the accident several weeks later, the results were apparently inconclusive.

The family has been told one or more insurance companies intend to do their own reconstruction and investigation.

Authorities have identified the victim of a Big Bend car accident as 26-year-old Heather Richards Myer.

Myer was dead-on-scene after being thrown from the crash vehicle at 3 a.m. this morning.

The accident happened just east of Big Bend on Rt. 5.

County coroner Ed Messenger has sent the body to the State Medical Examiner’s office.

Justin Boatright of Big Springs, who officials indicated was the driver of the auto, was taken to Charleston General Hospital by HealthNet, where a hospital spokesperson said he is in intensive care, still under evaluation.

The Boatright car, traveling east on State Route 5, apparently went out of control, rolled-over several times, went airborne, clipping a telephone pole and an electric pole.

The vehicle went over an embankment landing in the driveway of the Jesse Jackson residence.

Drew Jones, about 17, of Big Springs, who was in the vehicle, declined medical treatment, apparently not suffering serious injuries.

Over THREE years, count them one, two THREE! since Grantsville resident 26-year-old Heather Richards Myer was tragically killed in a car wreck at Big Bend, thrown from the vehicle and was found dead at the scene. What took place just before the accident. Nobody is talking and NO INVESTIGATING was done or shared with family members….sound familiar?!

The three boys, since they were boys, and not men say the other was driving. The Green Shirts have done nothing. This almost sounds like Crooked County with Tim Butchers little bitch of a son at the wheel. Oh, nobody did anything and everyone is going to walk, everyone that is  except Heather, because she is dead because some irresponsible kids that she was most likely screaming at to slow down… just like Amber Lamp did before she died on the back of an ATV, then had to leave the most precious of precious, daughter Natessa Little behind, alone, without a mother!

Calhoun County seems to be a dangerous place for young beautiful women with a future.!

Heather’s sister, Vicki, states that, she wished the boys would be men now and at least let the family in on what happened and who is responsible.

Calhoun County used to be gods country and a wonderful gorgeous dream land of my childhood. Some of my fondest childhood memories took place right here where it is almost heaven this time of the year. The picture below shows the way it was, but now, unfortunately things have changed.

If you start to look at the deaths per capita that fall under the Not Natural category, Calhoun County is starting to lead the state in places you may not leave from…ever!

Especially considering the fact that Calhoun County is the home of  rogue cops and corrupt  prosecutors along with some low life scum attorneys like F. John Oshoway that will take your last dollar,  and then work out a deal for the prosecution that sends you to the slammer. It is corrupt lawyers like that —that lead to unfortunate accidents that are oh so mysterious.

Oshoways car slammed into the side of a mountain, after an  unknown animal, or something… jumped in front of his car. Call It Karma, or call it, someone was mother fucking pissed!

WV State trooper Doug Starcher has proved himself to be  about as bad as any criminal we have ever had in our county. He has lied on the stand twice (and been caught)to the degree, he should have been prosecuted for it, but the special prosecutor to Calhoun County Gerald B Hough cut a deal with  Starcher. The deal was if STARCHER would lose the evidence against former Chief Deputy Ron Bandy, indicted on 8 felony charges, then nothing would ever be said again about his perjury in court. Ever!

The evidence was LOST(of course) and then Hough after a year finally got a judge to agree to the diversion, which was  a trick to let the bad cops off of a crime they were caught red-handed at.  The sad part is the circuit court judge involved first said no to the diversion, but then, later agreed to it. We are not going to mention his name here, because previously we believed him to be an honest judge, but to play into that phony diversion strategy clearly points a wicked finger of evil his way. We figure it was a masonic promise.

But, we are not going to get started on the Freemason connection in the WV courts. All I will say on the matter today is, if we don’t get the masons the fuck out of our court system we can forget about any justice. And we will tell you flat out, our own attorneys we have found out are Freemasons too!   But, we will never ever again use a Mason attorney for civil action or to defend ourselves from the bogus charges that will be coming our way as soon as we take out a few more bad guys.

Grantsville Police Chief Ron Gordon was a bad guy and the SS and Team Rangers under the leadership of John Manis Richards took an active part in putting that nightmare behind bars. The fact that Gordon was bragging to other inmates from  cell 12 in pod A-8 in the Central Regional jail about his sexual conquests of females (under the threat of arrest) that we have yet to talk to and interview– clearly points out that there are more victims, other than  the 14 we know of. Only three victims came forward.

The Team Rangers sought out  victims and then encouraged them to be brave and meet and discuss the issue among themselves. Then the matter was brought to the law enforcement and court system. The only problem is now, it is hard to know who to trust.

The SS explained to all –that; C Shane Dellinger(below in jail orange) was a bad cop. How did we know?  Secret shit is how we knew. Watching… from not so far away. Also top secret spy gear helps a lot…hee hee. The SS will tape you, photograph you, and have you on hidden video and you will never know it.

Dellinger got mixed up with the local drug trade, with the snitches and the bitches, as we like to say.

The sad part about the situation of what was once almost heaven, Calhoun County, is that NOW we refuse to even go to the store, unless we are well armed. That means some serious fire power, a backup, and semi-automatic weapons in the trunk, with enough ammo to defend ourselves. The price of .308 rounds or .223 has gone through the roof! Obviously to fuck up people just like us– True American Patriots willing to fight on our own home ground, for our homes, our children, family and country. Of course when bad guys come to your house at night with guns… that later turn out to be cops, then you would arm yourself too–to  the hilt.  Also, we suggest,you learn how to use those weapons, and become as familiar as you can with them.  Learn to defend yourselves under any condition, be it floods, sunshine in the woods, or snow storm. Train with the  SS in Elkins! But, if you don’t already know us, then we can’t help you. Learn how to fire that weapon– and learn how to use a handgun- and practice safety measures.

We consider the Flanagan double murder the biggest tragedy to hit this county in a long time. The investigation was a fucking joke. The press coverage was poor to say the least. It’s sad when a truth blog has to reveal to the public who the real bad guys are. The CalPatty Press gave out the best information on who was involved. It is still the best information for reporting the matter in the entire state of WV.

Except for David Hedges(The Times Record Spencer) every reporter in the entire state dropped the ball on the Flanagan double murder, because, besides Hedges, there really are no decent reporters in the entire state– except we do respect Bob Weaver for his ability to deliver actual news, with more accuracy and faster than the mainstream press. Other than those gentleman,  the rest of WV reporters suck! Further, are pathetic, led, pieces of shit– with no mind of their own. In fact we would spit in their face, if they ever even attempted to show a press pass, or call themselves reporters in our presence.

All of Calhoun County Law Enforcement and State Troopers included, have kept the immediate family members of the Flanagan’s completely in the dark!

That is pathetic– and just plain wrong. They had to hear from us, about who was most likely involved and that just was not right. I was greatly upset when I found out.  It hit me hard one night when I received a letter from a family member,  and then it took me the entire night and most of the next day to compose myself over that news related to me. That is a kind of sadness that is just not going to go away quickly, but it is indicative of the bad police work and botched typical police bullshit… prevalent throughout the state of WV!

We believe John Cash and at least one other associate pistol whipped the couple for information on the location of available cash in their house. The weed was in the grow room, and judging by the size of the structure, could produce ten pounds every 5 to 6 weeks.

Cash and associates- of which we believe another individual to be involved as earlier reported, could not take the weed with them and left it, after the matter got of hand. Mr Flanagan saw a chance to fight the assailants and protect his wife, but was shot when he could not reach his weapon in time.  Keep your weapon available at a moments notice.

Therefore the assailants fled and were not able to take any mature buds with them, only what was on hand, most likely less than five pounds.

We firmly believe that State troopers or other Calhoun County Law Enforcement confiscated what was in the grow room which was separated in to different sections  depending on the maturity of the crop. This type of operation is usually run with natural gas generators that establish the high amount of power needed to run a medium to large yield.

This is something we know about,because  growing crops is our business, we prefer outdoor, but selling lights and accessories is  our biggest source of personal income. In fact we can deliver the best quality at the lowest prices if you want to buy the needed equipment for your indoor garden  in bulk, so this is a business we know well.

Also, we have been growing outdoor weed since we were  kids, and prefer the outdoor product ourselves. When people start to be murdered over marijuana, then our entire society is starting to fail.

Weed should be legal and we should not be killing people over it. Unfortunately the murder was over the available cash that the perps thought was on hand. But, we believe they didn’t get a whole lot of cash.

It is our opinion, that the police eventually found the money, and took the weed, and the lights and the whole nine-yards, then NEVER said one god damn word about it!

Legislators say they’ll impeach, remove questionable judges!

Public pressure works. In response to a flood of outrage from a large number of vocal citizens, West Virginia legislators have expressed concern and are taking under consideration, the suggestion that an ad hoc committee be set up to investigate claims of rampant corruption in the state’s judiciary.

Representatives of the people of WV recently stated they will not hesitate to do what is right and charge, impeach and jail dirty judges in the West Virginia’s circuit courts.

Recently several state legislators were picked at random and read and heard proof provided by a digital file that accompanied a letter that displayed for the reader that 14th district Circuit Court Judge Richard A Facemire certainly called a defendant in a Gilmer County Court Room despicable.

The audio file that accompanied a redacted court record, proved beyond any doubts that Facemire made false statements to the WEST VIRGINIA JUDICIAL INVESTIGATION COMMISSION in a 14 page letter filed January 8th 2008. Then, had his court reporter, KELLY WHITE change the court record and omit his off color comment. However, the specially produced digital file did not lie- and Facemire is heard clear as day calling the defendant despicable!

It also proved that the Judicial Investigation Commission of West Virginia is about worthless… for the fact they did not even investigate the allegations against Facemire!!

Several representatives expressed concern that laws were broken and that certain state agencies are assisting in the misconduct.

In the letter to WV State legislators, which was presented by a professional lobbyist, simple statistics showed that the Lawyer disciplinary board has taken action in only 2% of the complaints that were filed. And only .08 % in the last three years, when the complaint came from a common citizen.

Absolutely pitiful statistics!

Those figures show the organization to be a complete failure.

The Judicial Investigation Commission was accused of a cover up in the case presented.

The court system is so loaded against a defendant that very few people, including the totally innocent, dare to risk a trial!

“By withholding exculpatory evidence, suborning perjury, fabricating evidence, and lying to jurors, like Gerry Hough does …prosecutors have made the risks of a trial too great even for the innocent!”

In reality, the testimony being proffered by many of Hough’s witnesses is nothing remotely close to the truth. Lying under oath is known in the legal arena as perjury!

But perjury is common practice in Crooked County!

The truth of the matter is, ironically, that the truth doesn’t really matter much anymore!

An unwritten law is “you don’t have to be right to win.” Innocent people lose in court every day as well. Lying, deceitfulness and dirty, dishonest dealings play an integral part in this process.

This is especially true when people are involved with Gerry Hough and Crooked County legal proceedings. Stretching the truth in the legal arena to Gerry Hough is as American as apple pie, since many in Crooked County fervently believe that the truth has very little to do with the law anyway. The truth only gets in the way of the Crooked County agenda!

When you get right down to the nitty-gritty, fabricating the facts, twisting the truth and finagling the figures are requisite tricks of GERRY HOUGH’s trade, and no self-respecting Crooked Prosecutor would leave home without them as Hough will most assuredly find out when some of his Crooked Case’s make it to Supreme Court later this summer.

Whether we like it or not, lying has become an integral facet of the West Virginia legal system.

Nobody in their right mind would take a case to trial with the deck stacked like it is!

Consequently, the prosecutors’ cases and police evidence are almost never tested in court. Defendants are simply intimidated into self-incrimination rather than risk the terrors of trial!

That’s how it goes for all of us!

In Crooked County, defendants are no longer innocent until they are proven guilty!

“They are guilty the minute they are charged… and the system works to process the guilty, not to determine innocence or guilt!”

But that IS NOT how it goes for the “Royalty” of central West Virginia!

There is an exception to this rule…and that is; if your “Just OK!”

In 2006 Michelle Dawn Rose who is the niece of Chief Deputy Jimmy Moss at the County seat of Crooked County decided to help herself to over $12,000 of property tax payments from out of state tax payers. Michelle thought she would take advantage of the fact that, these, “out of state” tax payers aren’t as plugged into the every day” goins on” like she is, and her friends at the courthouse!

What happens when a local government breaks its own laws!” Nothing if it’s a Crooked County government!

Michelle worked as a tax clerk in the Sheriffs office. She knew how to steal the money, after all, she was working with the best and they had been getting away with it for years.

Of course “Gerry Hough” was called into to keep this quieted down and to “FIX IT!”

Michelle Dawn Rose falsified receipts and took public funds, but the scuttle butt around the courthouse was “incarceration is too harsh a punishment!”

Of course JAIL was out of the question for one of their own! But “GERRY” could fix it!

HOUGH told everyone at the courthouse that this was a “rare exception” and that she probably wasn’t thinking clearly or got mixed up with some bad people.

Now it certainly goes without saying, that if it was YOU or ME we would have been thrown to the lions!

Of course we would have been guilty as charged(with no thought to any Rare Exception) and we would have been given the ten years in prison immediately!

But, of course for Michelle it was a rare exception! Actually this “RARE EXCEPTION” excuse was a blatant, complete and total LIE, told by “Gerry Hough!”

“In fact the Michelle Dawn Rose incident was not a “rare exception” at all, it was common in Crooked County, but that sounded pretty good at the time when told by a man that can lie to a grand jury on a regular basis, and do it with a straight face… pretty easy task for a man like Gerry Hough to pull off!”

Rose took cash money from tax payments!

SHE STOLE THE MONEY ! Pretty simple, and admitted to it!

She accomplished this in two ways. If people paid cash, she’d prepare a computerized receipt of payment then erase the information from the database and take the money.

If people mailed a tax payment she’d simply substitute the check for money on hand in the office.

The theft was discovered only after some taxpayers saw their names printed in the delinquent tax roles and complained about it.

The actual facts are…. there has been a history of corruption!

Other past employees in the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office have been convicted of stealing over the years. Some have sour recollections of how those cases have been dealt with.

“There’s nothing wrong with stealing in Gilmer County,” said Karen Elkin, assistant circuit court clerk. “They’ll put her right back to work. I don’t like it!”

Elkin said in her 30 years in the circuit clerks office she’d seen employees ‘steal the county blind.’

One former sheriff’s employee, convicted of embezzlement is now working for another county agency. That individual only served a 60-day evaluation period and was subsequently released on five years probation.”

So it looks like “GERRY” lied again!

Michelle Dawn ROSE was let off because GERRY made her and the crime “Just OK” and not because there was any rare exception going on. Michelle was “Just OK” because she was related to Crooked County Sheriff deputy Jimmy Moss and had other influential friends on the inside.

The most entertaining part of this whole debacle was when Hough brought images of “Dante’s Inferno,” into his presentation regarding betraying the pubic trust, but added that, “Rose was aware she’d made poor decisions!”

Hough must have a lot of friends down in HELL, he sure goes down and rescues plenty whether they are guilty or not!!

Here comes the excuses by Hough now!

Hough suggested ROSE was attempting to live beyond her means with a poor choice of friends, ultimately partying away much of the stolen money.

That’s right blame it on the rowdy friends and all the good dope!

It’s real simple! If you’re part of the local elite you will walk-if you’re not- you go to jail! During the process of taking you to jail, they will take all your money and torture your family with the stress of the process. You will lose your job, your career, your family and life as you knew it!

Just look at the latest incident with Butchers kid caught for a DUI then walks, then caught again with an uncontrolled substance, then caught again with a large group of underage drinkers at the Main Event- and what was the consequence of all of this bad behavior? It’s all about who your daddy is!

Of course bad behavior from a “Royal elite member” is always “Just Ok!”

Charles McCroskey, a former Grantsville police chief, but now national big shot who couldn’t have his daughter bringing disgrace on the family back home. No Fucking way is that going to happen! So after a few overseas calls and daddy coming home, the go to man was gone to, and we all know that “Gerry Hough” is the fix it man!

Gerry decided to rescue April from the depths of Hell whether she was guilty or not!

DHHR worker April McCroskey really had nothing to worry about, first of all her boyfriend was Ron Bandy former Chief Deputy and with all the cops getting in trouble now-a-days they would have to sweep this one under the rug somewhere and quick! Hough would have to make this all go away for APRIL before he could get Ron Bandy off and Hough did what was expected, he arranged to let April off of the charges that she put some old people in the custody of the county and just took their personal valuables. Plus with Aprils daddy being a big shot in government police training and terror tactics there would have to be a way out found now, but that’s OK, because people forget!

When a prosecutor acts like a defense counsel for two public officials accused of criminal activity a huge red flag is raised!!

Hough admitted that McCroskey displayed intent in her alleged criminal activity. Well intent is an important element in a theft case. Either Hough didn’t complete law 101 or he is as dishonest as we thought all along!. But the asking for a change of venue for the Bandy and McCroskey trial is the best example of the “fix is in” that anyone has witnessed in legal history! Now Hough isn’t even trying to hide the fact that he is Crooked!

We at the CalPatty Press found it very interesting that APRIL got the most, “don’t worry you’ll get out of this support,” from Hot Toddy and his pill poppin side kick. Sounds like even the local police informant had the inside scoop on what was really going to go down.

But if you’re not from the elite…and your daddy ain’t no one, no how, and if
you are crazy enough to go to trial then…” Gerry Hough” can accuse you of lying when you are in reality telling the truth. Hough can fabricate events and rewrite history as he see’s fit!

This snobbish, pompous, egotistical blowhard can rant and rave, bully and befuddle, confuse and distort all he wants while you are expected to treat him with courtesy and civility at all times. In fact, he demands it! Nice set of rules, huh?

That’s right because in Crooked County they make their own rules and if you bring in a special prosecutor like Hough then you will be playing by Crooked County Rules!

The only way to fight a case in Central West Virginia is to be prepared to take it all the way to the Supreme Court and that will cost you at least one hundred thousand dollars before it’s all said and done!

That is certainly a high cost for freedom!

And if you’re the son of a son of a bitch(like the lil Butcher Bitch)…or the daughter of someone important, then you can keep that hundred thousand, because you won’t be needing it, cuz you have GERRY and he says… “You’re Just OK!”

Are we the humble people of Central West Virginia being subjected to the “…Greatest Conspiracy on Earth?”

…which would include (even if on a smaller scale) the “Grand Lodge” of the local order of Freemasons?

Like any organization, you have good people and you have bad. Well it has been my experience that some of the best people on Gods great earth are right here in central WV. The salt of the earth is no further away than your own back yard.

Now when I speak of Freemasonry in West Virginia, I must be careful, as one of the best people to ever walk on this planet was a Freemason… and that was my grandfather. Also, some of the individuals I’m closest to, and that have been the greatest help to me in a time of crisis have the sign of the Freemason hanging in their offices.

“So out of respect for some of the greatest attributes to our society… it is my wish, that I not misrepresent myself, or, that I, “not- in-anyway” show even the slightest disrespect to these fine citizens.”

Unfortunately, because of many different acts of god, which includes birth, this is a society of which I can only gather information from, by going through my grandfathers personal effects, and by some research done on the topic by some of my closest associates.

Yes, the good we have discussed, now, lets talk about the bad, which includes the ugly!

Speaking of Ugly, lets lead right in with our Justice system, which seems to be an utter failure at best. We at the CalPatty Press have received mail from all over the USA, in reference to the articles we’ve written, in which many people( and some of them are lawyers) are in total disbelief about the information contained in some of our articles, but we assured them, (Ashore them in Hot Toddy talk) all of which we have reported on… is true! Also many CalPatty articles have made it to national sites and influential people, much to our dismay!

“We are just simple country folk down here, but everybody, everybody knows…this is nowhere! “

But, certainly, we could not take the credit given for this “fine reporting” (as we are told) since many others have brought these issues to light as well!

One of these people is Bob Weaver from the Hur Hearld! Bob has made sacrifice after sacrifice, fighting battle after battle, defending his rights, while the “powers that be” continue to try to shut him down!

PUBLIC ACCESS DENIED – It has been a trying week for The Hur Herald, from being declared a pornographic connected site, to fighting viruses to another encounter with the West Virginia State Police, where access was denied. The Hur Herald was angrily ordered to leave the scene of an accident yesterday by State Trooper Fred Hammack. Hammack indicated photographing of his “crime scene” was illegal. He ordered us to leave. We felt the scene, on a public road, was under the jurisdiction of emergency workers, and was not a “crime scene,” described as “plain view access” under law.

While standing at a distance on private property in a meadow for about fifteen minutes, Trooper Hammack approached and said we should not be photographing dead bodies, juveniles or victims of wrecks, and we were “liars,” referring to an earlier conversation regarding taking pictures of an accident scene.

STATE POLICE HAVE BANNED HUR HERALD SAYS TROOPER – Trooper Hammack Says Charleston Gave Directive

The West Virginia State Police are reportedly controlling access to “plain view” accidents or situations in Calhoun County, according to Trooper Fred Hammack. Hammack told four Calhoun emergency personnel, they (local State Police) had received a letter from Charleston saying not to allow The Hur Herald on their scenes.

He said The Herald was sent a letter advising them of the directive. The Herald received no such letter.

“This is the ultimate form of censorship,” said Editor Bob Weaver. “If they are doing this to us, can you imagine what they are doing to our citizens!”

Hammack told personnel from Calhouns 911 and the local fire chief that the Hur Herald was, “Not classified as a newspaper…because it’s on the internet!”

“What a line of malarkey that was since the Hur Herald is the most responsible news outlet in all of Central West Virginia … they leave out all of the cuss words– unlike us at the CalPatty Press that have to report the “real news” the best way we know how!”

Major D. R. Searls, after a Freedom of Information request, advised The Hur Herald:

“The requested document is not known to exist in our agency.”

Hammack claimed a letter or memo was sent to him or his agency saying, ” Not to allow The Hur Herald at State Police scenes!” He also said a copy of the directive was sent to The Herald. He said the matter had been researched by their (State Police) lawyer

These types of vicious attacks and intimidating situations are not unlike the attack on the editors of Crooked County Crooks, and the Calhoun Underground, and of course, not excluding the Lone Meth Ranger website…

The Lone Meth Ranger “Johnny Richards” exposed corruption and rogue cops in and around Calhoun County … dang me if he wasn’t right about all that he reported! It can now all be proven by court record.

“But no sooner than it was reported than Crooked County’s Gerald B Hough is brought down to make it all… Just OK !”

Gerald B Hough-Crooked County Prosecutor, will lie, cheat, misinform and just plain make things up to get a conviction in Crooked County!

Winning a conviction can accelerate a prosecutor’s career, but getting rebuked on appeal will rarely stall it, contributing to a culture that fosters misconduct. And the deterrents that confront prosecutors are fearsome only in theory.

Here is what usually happens when a prosecutor cheats:

Appellate courts uphold the conviction, admonishing the prosecutor not to do it again. When a court does overturn the conviction, it shields the prosecutor from embarrassment, omitting his or her name from the opinion or releasing its ruling in a way that few eyes ever see it.

In their rulings, appellate justices sometimes urge lawyer disciplinary officials to punish prosecutors, but such prompting is hollow. Courts have referred numerous prosecutors to the “ Lawyer disciplinary board” that polices lawyers only to see investigative files get opened and closed with no punishment levied!

There is little threat of financial penalties from a civil lawsuit because courts have granted prosecutors immunity. Courts, though, have carved out narrow exceptions, and some defendants have won settlements!

And only rarely are criminal charges filed. Few prosecutors nationally have been indicted, and they were acquitted or, at worst, convicted of a misdemeanor and fined!

Hough is clearly guilty of wrongdoing and that wrongdoing will be coming to the surface long enough to bite him in just a matter of days, but, he will be saved by the Crooked gaggle of Demi-Gods known to us all as the people that really run Crooked County!

Richard (Dick) Facemire was recently castigated by the West Virginia Supreme Court for asking questions of witnesses as if he were the prosecutor, swaying the jury with great bias in favor of the prosecution, but really what punishment was meted out?!

Hell ! Facemire was already reprimanded for a breach of ethics when he was the Clay County Prosecutor…a ruling was made by the Supreme Court and now he’s a judge!

Why Crooked Prosecutors and Judges are Promoted in the Masonic Judicial System!

It’s simple. A crooked judge is more likely not just to overlook the crimes of a fellow mason, but also more likely to use his authority to railroad an innocent defendant under the orders of a higher-ranking mason. Usually, it is done as a test of loyalty, in exchange for advancement, or some other reward.

We have seen Facemire do just that recently involving a Crooked County criminal trial!

More often, the misconduct consisted of arguments or cross-examinations that violated a defendant’s constitutional rights. In many instances, those prosecutors who became judges had only one reversal!

In this instance this is” exactly” what happened involving Crooked County Circuit Court Judge Richard (Dick) Facemire!

Break rules, be promoted

When former prosecutors were criticized by appeals courts for breaking the rules of a fair trial, their careers weren’t sidetracked. Instead they became judges.

Just like…..you know who!

1) An Officer of the court who knew of an arrest warrant sworn out against a brother Mason would have to warn him immediately so he could flee the jurisdiction.

2) A Mason who was told of a brother Mason’s crimes, even including rape, robbery, or child abuse, would have to keep his knowledge of those crimes a secret, even in a court of law!

3) A Royal Arch Mason who knew of a Companion Mason’s being a murderer or a traitor would have to keep his knowledge a secret!

4) A Royal Arch Mason would be obligated to hire a Companion Mason, even for sensitive or skilled professions, even if he didn’t have nearly the qualifications required.

Additionally, though not mentioned in the oaths, many times Masons get a “fairer” trial in courts where a Masonic judge presides. A sizable majority of judges are Masons, and many attorneys are Masons as well. If a Mason appears in court against a non-Mason, all he has to do is give any number of obscure gestures or words to the judge, and the judge will be obligated to rule in his favor. No one in the court room will be the wiser (except another Mason, who would be forbidden from bringing the incident to light).

It is easy to see how these elements of the oaths could very definitely be detrimental to the welfare of our nation. Masons, it is said, “take care of their own,” and they do, to an extent which is frightening.

The Crooked Gaggle of Demi-Gods sitting on golden seats can become so powerful that they target local law abiding citizens, and this my friend, has already happened!

At least eleven Braxton County citizens have reportedly been “targeted” by the West Virginia State Police in a memo issued to law enforcement agencies by Sgt. John Bonazzo, who was transferred last fall from the Grantsville detachment to Braxton, his former assignment. The former Braxton County prosecutor said the “target list” is legal, (not current prosecutor as that is BILL MARTIN and he is an HONEST MAN)although Bonazzo received a short suspension by the State Police, apparently linked to the issue.

Here in Calhoun County, even when they catch a judge involved in the greatest of great misconduct…it is all just neatly swept under the rug!

Kanawha County special prosecutor Rob Schulenberg says he cannot comment on the status of a case reportedly being prepared against former Calhoun Magistrate Steve Johnson. Johnson resigned last October after alleged improprieties surfaced in his office accounts. No charges have been filed against Johnson since the issue surfaced about seven months ago.

“I am not at liberty to talk about it,” said Schulenberg, whose appointment was requested by Judge Thomas Evans III, after Calhoun prosecutor Tony Morgan filed papers to recuse himself from the case.

But then we have to pay the fucking bill!

Westbrook Health is pulling mental health services from Calhoun County. The facility at 2 Hospital Drive is being closed effective May 31, according to an announcement by County Director, Lois Holloway. Westbrook, not unlike several mental health centers in the state, is facing critical financial problems. Many of the services provided in rural, low-populated and under served counties are being discontinued around the state, although critical services are also at risk in urban areas.

And what do people like Bob Weaver of the Hur Herald do?

He takes a pay cut!

The current members of the Calhoun Commission, McCallister, Barr and Weaver, declined a $1500 pay increase offered by the West Virginia Legislature.

The man that reports the “truth” is attacked ridiculed and faced ruin, takes a pay cut because…

Let us recall that West Virginia’s most famous bridge was the Silver Bridge, which collapsed into the Ohio River in 1967, killing 46 people, after area citizens had been repeatedly warned for over a year about the upcoming disaster by the appearance of “The Mothman” a winged man-size creature with glowing red eyes.

Lately we’ve been studying an important document-West Virginia Correctional Population Forecast 2004-2014 A Study of the States Prison Population.

We wanted to be certain of the most up to date and accurate figures. Interestingly enough, through the course of our journey, we ran smack dab into some very interesting facts,  figures and history!

First of all… our worries of becoming a Police State are all for naught!

No worries, be happy…because those days are already here!

“West Virginia has one of the fastest growing prison populations in the nation!”

“West Virginia has experienced a 73.3% increase in the incarceration rate!”

“The incarceration rate is 260 prison inmates per 100,000 population, an increase that is one of the highest in the nation!”

The incarceration rate is high unless of course you are in the snitches and bitches club, like our own “Hot Toddy” …then you wouldn’t find yourself doing a lengthy jail sentence for felony drug trafficking and possession.  You could find yourself skating away on a hard drug infraction like Calhoun Counties Sara Beecher!

State Police said Sara Beecher sold a “confidential and reliable informant” a quantity of methamphetamine, and that Thomas Shock “took part in and assisted Sara Beecher by handling and relaying the controlled substance (methamphetamine) to the informant.”

Police said during the search of Sara Beecher’s residence, they discovered a quantity of what they believed to be methamphetamine, baggies and other materials used in delivery.

One of the main problems with overcrowding and not having enough space is the long sentences being handed down. WV seems to want to hand out the maximum and run sentences consecutively on different charges.

“The only solution is to build more prisons and that’s just what WV has in mind!”

The “powers that be” never have enough money, and now a need has been “created” to build more jails and more prisons and do it now! In fact the ultimate solution of building more prisons will most certainly make the prison industry the number one industry in West Virginia!(right click photo-left click view image for entire photo, if not shown)

“OH NO! It’s a Police State…we should have seen this coming!”

The Hur Herald saw it coming and so did our friends at the Calhoun Underground, they had this to report recently:

Old story! I am finding that nearly everyone who has had a run-in with the State Police has a story to tell. And nearly everyone states that they are scared to say anything for fear of suffering even worse problems. How convenient to be a violent person with a job in which you can safely express your violent nature, a job which comes with enough power that people who are victimized are too scared to report the violence.

My friend says he was driving down the street when he was pulled over. It was daytime, but none the less, the reason that was given was that he was pulled over because the officer could not “see” his license plate light.

This individual questioned the reality of this pull-over excuse and apparently used an unacceptable four letter word. He was ordered out of the car, thrown to the ground, handcuffed, sprayed with mace, kicked in the face and ribs, and spit upon. Then he was charged with assaulting an officer.

The officers who did most of the kicking were stated as being Trooper Doug Starcher, Trooper Tom Yanero, and Bill Stemple. There was another officer present whose name he could not remember. He specifically states that Yanero was the one who repeatedly spit on him, and that Starcher and Stemple were the ones who did most of the kicking. He states that his memory is somewhat cloudy regarding the details of the incident, as he was suffering from trauma to the head from being kicked repeatedly.

He was then taken to jail and held for several weeks WITHOUT OFFICIAL CHARGES.

When I asked him if he had filed complaints against the officers, he stated that he was AFRAID to for fear of retaliation.

If it were not for the truth blogs we would never ever hear the “real story!”

Who could forget this…TROOPER STARCHER WILL BE INVESTIGATED FOR PERJURY !

That’s right ole Gerald B Hough came along and fixed this: A special prosecutor is being appointed to investigate State Policeman Doug Starcher for alleged perjury in a Calhoun drug case. Starcher, a senior trooper assigned to the Grantsville detachment for several years, gave sworn testimony to a grand jury, which led to the indictment and year-long prosecution of Chloe resident Kelly Mace.The officer said an illegal substance was found at the Mace residence, but it was never produced during proceedings.

“It was ‘Just Ok’ because lying to a grand jury is Gerry B’s specialty!”

“WHYTSELL SETTLES WITH STATE POLICE – MagLite Case Ends After Two And One-Half Years!”

An out-of-court settlement has been reached in a civil suit against Trooper Doug Starcher by Grantsville resident Richard Whytsell. Whytsell brought the action when State Police refused to replace the rear window of his car, and the department sustained charges of professional misconduct against the trooper.

The amount of the settlement was not disclosed, although Whytsell said he did not pursue the case for money. He was represented by Grantsville attorney F. John Oshoway.

Trooper Starcher did a traffic stop on Whytsell throwing a MagLite through his window after witnesses said the officer was “full of rage,” in what seemed to be a case of mistaken identity. Whytsell said “I did nothing wrong,” but Starcher continued to write citations against him and take him to magistrate

“…Speaking of never producing evidence here is one they hoped we all would forget: The defendant’s attorney Kevin Postalwait ask the State of West Virginia to disclose taped statements of the victim taken by Trooper Doug Starcher, with Licensed Social Worker Helen Jordan present. Although the court ordered Trooper Starcher to produce the tape, he was unable to do so.

It is happening again in the former Chief Deputy Bandy Felony theft case!

The gun that was evidence in that case was supposedly sold, even though it was evidence and in the police evidence lock up…there has been many cases of missing money, and the missing money issue and further misconduct has come to light with the local Ronnie Rush Murder case!

The Supreme Court had to step in-in the Ronnie Rush Case and order a new trial!

“And all the while when everyone was wondering where the missing evidence is… even before the Johnny Richards Debacle and the missing evidence from the Steve Buvoltz case… people were talkin bout what criminal misconduct was happening on this case or that… a whole slew of bad deeds and criminal activity was a goin on!”

A relatively large quantity of narcotics and controlled drugs was taken from Grantsville’s Rite-Aid Pharmacy during the late night hours Sunday or Monday morning. Thieves jimmied a side door to gain entrance, according to manager Marlene Richards.

One of the drugs taken was Oxy Contin. A Rite-Aid security manager arrived at the store yesterday to take an accurate inventory.

A morning clerk discovered the breaking and entering and called authorities!

And huge mystery crimes…. An 18-year-old Spencer woman is missing, and friends of the family have requested The Herald publish her picture. Christian Dawn Seabolt was last seen about 9 p.m. on August 31st when she went to get a pack of cigarettes.

She told her mother, Vickie, she was going to a Spencer store, and has not been heard from since. She is 5′ 3″ tall, weighs 135 pounds, has green eyes, and brown shoulder length hair. She was last wearing blue jeans, a pullover T-shirt with writing and lace-up combat boots.

Christopher Todd Smith, of Grantsville has been charged with stealing a dead man’s credit card after he died in a car crash on Route 47 near Leachtown, Wood County on October 30th. Smith apparently came upon the fatal crash of Randolph Fluharty, a resident of Mineral Wells, taking the man’s credit card and using it the same day to purchase an ATV.

Smith is being held in Central Regional Jail on $10,000 bond. charged with two felony counts of false pretenses and stealing another persons identity.

Police say they found Smith because he forgot and gave a Grantsville address when making a purchase on the card.

And here is one of the first MYSTERY OF EVIL fires to be reported: SMOLDERING FIRE DAMAGES MT. ZION RESIDENCE – Heavy Damage To Frank And Jeannie Smith House

A smoldering fire erupted to the outside of a residence on Mt. Zion Ridge, doing extensive damage to part of the dwelling Wednesday morning.

The ranch-style residence of Frank and Jeannie Smith and their four children, caught fire shortly after the family went to Parkersburg to shop.

“And still the mystery of evil fires burn!”

There was a time round here when even the local magistrate was Crooked.. which of course made it a little easier to manipulate the situation:

Judge Nibert asked the former magistrate “Are you in fact guilty?” after which he replied “Yes.” The prosecutor said  Magistrate Steve Johnson made restitution of some misappropriated funds, indicating about $3000 had been paid back. Schulenberg said six additional “traffic tickets” have reportedly surfaced, that Johnson apparently skimmed from his office accounts. He indicated an amount in excess of $1000 was still to be recovered.

Johnson’s office was audited by the West Virginia State Auditor’s Office at the request of the West Virginia Supreme Court. Discrepancies surfaced after which Johnson resigned and moved to South Carolina.

The audit also said the court failed to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles after individuals did not pay their fines, which would have led to license suspensions for non-payment. Johnson told the Calhoun Commission last year such a practice was routine.

Judge Nibert said the plea does not affect what punishment will be given Johnson, with a pre-sentence hearing. He could face 1-10 years in prison and a $2500 fine.

We all knew at the time, that the ONE to TEN prison thing was out of the question! Johnson walked holding his Johnson and only really did a few days in jail!

Jesus Christ if that were you are me, we would have gotten ten years hard time!

“As you can see the writing was on the wall way back when!”

State Police from at least four counties responded to a fight with reported gunfire on Hattie’s Run off Route 5, near the Calhoun-Gilmer line Thursday night. Calhoun 911 received a call from Cheryl Richards reportedly saying a man identified as Greg Hudson had been involved in a conflict and had a gun.

Hudson was reportedly “fighting” with another man at the Richard’s residence.

Hudson, who was said to be an out-of-area resident, owning a hunting cabin in the rural area, apparently fled the scene shortly after 10:15 p.m., traveling to Cherry Fork, but later returned to the area as police arrived. Troopers Jeff Hunt from Calhoun, Tom Yanero from Gilmer and Doug Starcher from Roane responded to the call, along with State Policemen from Braxton County.

When the incident first broke, Trooper Hunt advised Calhoun Control he did not want Sheriff Allen Parsons (or his deputies) to respond, only State Police, although state officers were a considerable distance from the scene. Hunt responded from the Nicut area in southern Calhoun.

Nineteen-year-old Melvin A. Shaffer was found guilty of negligent homicide today before a jury in Calhoun Magistrate Court. He was charged in the death of Rodney Wagoner, 44, of Big Bend.

Magistrate Rick Postalwait sentenced Shaffer to one year in jail and fined him $1000 plus court costs. Shaffer was taken to Central Regional Jail!

Just another example of crime among the elite in Crooked County– And now we have all the facts on Tim Butcher just helping himself to the Albert J Woofter Estate!

Oh yeah…. and Butcher had quite a bit of help from Rosa Belle Gainer Cunningham– long time Crooked County resident, and president of the local American Cancer Society. Damn, hope none of us get Cancer, she will steal us blind!

This article was suppose to be published on the 23rd of October, but we had a little problem with getting it up, and only just received a rather large box that weighs at least 10-12 pounds filled with documents, files and letters from attorneys and what not, implicating wrongdoing by two Gilmer County residents.

We all thought she went to look for Johnny, but our MIA editor just delivered all the documents last evening before 5. We were told that we could shove it up our ass, or publish it, or whatever the F we wanted to do with it,(I think rolling it all up and smoking it was even mentioned) since all the documents are only copies. I would love to actually put this on the VET scale to see how much it really weighs…….. it is heavy!

So part of this is written by the Chief Editor- and part of this we had to have explained to us, by someone with eight years of school. At any rate, lots of loud screaming and cussing and every bad word you could think of was mentioned, in an explanation that came from someone with no patience– but one can only hope some virtue.

Although, we certainly can’t be certain on the virtue of our own precious.

Tim Butcher, is the foundation president at Glenville State College where allegations in a report of wrongdoings involving the A J Woofter Scholarship fund is officially being looked into this week !

Rosa Belle Gainer Cunningham the unit president of the local American Cancer Society was the executrix of the A J Woofter estate and now stands accused of writing bogus checks to Butcher to the tune of nearly $30,000 in the last few months of 2006 for sending one e-mail and writing one letter to the attorney of the beneficiary!

An official complaint was made to the Glenville County Sheriff Metz, but the first memo on the top of this pile says there was NO INVESTIGATION DONE!

If local law enforcement refuse to investigate, then the matter can be turned over to the US Attorney General!

Butcher lied in an E-mail to the attorney for the estate, by saying all donations to the AJ Woofter scholarship fund were not to be known to the public, but GSC is a state college and that letter from Butcher was Bullshit, therefore(so far) an investigation that implicates two other GSC hierarchy is soon to reveal a few truths!

The college that recruits black men to rape our young white teenage  girls, and rob the local grocery store…… is also receiving to the Albert J Woofter Scholarship fund, donations of relatively large amounts of cash that wasn’t the donors to give!

Commotion at City Hall – Chief Moss’ Testimony

Moss’ interview of RAPE SUSPECT “Davis” (photo below) was interrupted by a series of loud banging on the doors, windows or walls of Glenville’s City Hall, Moss told the court.

Moss stopped the interview and opened a door to see what the commotion was about. He told the court he saw a man he believed to be an assistant coach from the college and a few of Davis’ friends outside.

He shut the door, intending to resume the interview, but there was more banging at the rear of the building.

Moss testified he went out the back door and was confronted by Glenville attorney, Tim Butcher. According to Moss, Butcher demanded that he allow Davis’ friends to be present during the ongoing interview.

Veteran police officers said after the trial, unlike the scenario Butcher suggested, one of the first cardinal rules taught to policeman is to always interview witnesses or suspects alone.

“It kind of surprised me,” Moss told the court, “Mr. Butcher is supposed to represent me and the City.” (as City Attorney)

“He (Butcher) made a few threats, including that he’d get me fired,” Moss testified.

Moss admitted to the court he became very angry at Butcher!

“I more or less slammed the door in his face,” Moss told the court.

“Things got a little bit heated between you and Mr. Butcher?” the defense attorney asked.

“I was offended by Mr. Butchers conduct,” Moss replied.

“And just a few minutes later, you called,” Moss continued, (speaking directly to defense attorney, David Karickhoff) “and said you were his (Davis’) attorney.”

Another memo established the fact that the Braxton County prosecutor was given the long waited for 2007 Woofter accounting… 12 YEARS LATE and marked in red for discrepancies. There is also a document written to another attorney where a special out of town investigator was being requested to look into the matter of missing cash from the A J WOOFTER interest bearing checking account, that Gainer and Butcher used as their own–only releasing $ 3,700 to the beneficiary in the last 18 months, while writing themselves huge checks.

There is a law in West Virginny and other states, that says the executrix can only receive a small percentage of the total estate. Proof is in the paper work that Rosa Belle Gainer- Cunningham wrote herself checks for a great deal more than allowed and it looks to us like Butcher took as much as half the estate for himself!

It’s Gainer-Cunningham because Rosa Belle got married at 85 years old, which sort of makes you wonder what in the world that honeymoon would have been like. Sort of makes me sick to my stomach to think about it. Making love prune to prune with the help of some sort of old smelling sexual aids.

After Butcher was done with the checking account that once held $95,000 when it was safely in the bank in Parkersburg, that same checking account was raped, for all but $7,000 as that is all the beneficiary received after all was said and done.

All of A J Woofters accounts were liquidated from different accounts in Parkersburg and put into one account at United Bank, right there in Crooked County. The only thing is a much lesser amount was deposited than was liquidated………. according to two investigators providing information for civil action being brought.

So where is the rest of AJ Woofters money?

“A letter was written to you by the guardian, requesting an accounting to which you responded on September 27, 2002 stating that you had turned it over to your attorney. All attorneys are busy, but Mr Butcher surely should have found the time in the last two years to comply with the request for an accounting. I suggest you find another attorney who is not that busy!”

“All we are asking is that you comply with the terms of the will as Albert J Woofter directed!”

GAINER ignored that letter, and Butcher sat in his big leather chair and weathered out storm after storm of FIVE different lawyers, giving no reply, and taking all the money!

The above letter was dated September 23, 2004 — No answer No reply for Butcher or Gainer!

On November 3, 2004 another letter by KREINER was sent!

This time and bold print she writes………..

YOU have NOT complied with our request for an accounting. My client is entitled to an accounting. Since she has never had an accounting ever, I am firmly requesting and accounting from the beginning when the trust took effect. I will expect you will honor this request and comply by November 30th!

Gainer never replied and a CC copy of that above letter was sent to Atty William Powell in Parkersburg– and if you have ever encountered this true gentleman, he is a very matter of fact, in your face lawyer, that gives it to you in black and white. He looked into the A J Woofter estate and took note that only 79 k of what should have been 266k or MORE….. was forwarded, the rest was just missing.

No surprise there!

Gainer was asked by several attorneys for accountings, but ignored all requests, didn’t take phone calls and neither did Butcher–this fact is a matter of public record!

The above excerpts are from page 15 of the 2007 accounting that was sent to the wrong address by Vance Golden’s office and it was done on purpose, since they had since sent official letters to the right address twice, in months prior.

Vance Goldens office knew full well the right address to send accounting to and also had two addresses of lawyers to send it to , but NADA was sent to counsel.

The act of sending an accounting waited for since 1994 to the wrong address, clearly indicates wrongdoing and implicates the Wood County Commissioners office in a possible criminal conspiracy with the Glenville City Attorney.

Altogether the Albert J Woofter estate came up $38,000 lite in less than two months time prior to 12/31/06

Most of the entire state of WV is so HIGH they’re in the dark all the time!

It’s true according to new statistics WV has more people per capita on dope from the doctor than any state in the US! That could explain why WV supposedly has one of the lowest crime rates in the US, but is NUMBER ONE for percentage of people incarcerated at nearly 6 per 100 persons. A couple of months ago last June, Frank Joseph Haas, an administrative law judge from Brooke County, filed a lawsuit alleging that he was summarily expelled from the Masons without any notice.

Haas headed the statewide Grand Lodge from October 2005 to October 2006. Haas tried to make the policies of the state Masons less discriminatory and racist and more in line with the U.S. Constitution and the state’s public policy.

Haas was so used to making his own rules as a WV JUDGE…. he thought he could make his own rules as soon as he climbed up the ladder of the local hot shot Freemason headquarters!

But all the other judges and members of the WV judicial system are Freemasons too!

She said the trooper then told her to call the friends she was living with and tell them that a state trooper was coming to the house. She said she then drove home, with the trooper following her.

The woman said that when she got out of her car, she was so drunk she tried to go into the wrong house.

A surveillance video allegedly shows the scene inside the house where the woman was staying with a friend and her friend’s husband. It was not clear why the surveillance video was set up.

Clifford, who has several other cases involving alleged police misconduct in the court system, allowed the woman to show part of the grainy video Thursday.

The video segment begins at about 5:30 a.m. A man is lying on a couch smoking a cigarette when a woman and another man apparently in a State Police uniform enter the picture. The woman and trooper greet the man, then go off-screen.

West Virginia last again in Forbes ranking of best states for business!! 50th out of 50 in 2007 AND 2008!

Forbes  magazine used six criteria in its rankings: business costs, labor pool, regulatory environment, growth prospects, economic climate and quality of life.

If you add up all of those categories , West by God Virginia is last, dead last! Numero FIVE ZERO!

North Carolina scored top-five rankings for regulatory environment and business costs but was hurt by a No. 34 ranking for quality of life.

Among North Carolina’s other neighboring states, Tennessee came in at No. 17, down from No. 13 last year.

South Carolina lost points for just knowing West Virginia!  In fact the rumor was started that they could be cousins, and were seen kissing and drinking too much!  Typical hillbilly shit, but at any rate, the big SC is down six from number 23!

Forbes must hate red necks! That fucking sucks because I sure like my white sox and my god damn blue ribbon beer!   …don’t forget that old shotgun and my dog!

There are 1,813,800 people in the state of WV and out of 50 states our quality of life is ranked at 45th out of all of the 50 states to live in and our growth prospect is ranked at 50th out of 50.

Our  Regulatory Environment rank is 50!

In  labor WV ranks #49! Louisiana proudly holds the dead last rank of 50.

Virginia remained No. 1 and Utah remained No. 2 in the rankings. Washington jumped from fifth to third, passing North Carolina, while Georgia climbed from No. 15 last year to No. 5. West Virginia remained at the bottom at No. 50.

We at the CalPatty Press say we need to bring the West Virginia farmer back into the picture. One acre per person in your family, maybe two should be set aside to grow food!

Plus bring back the big farms! Green houses! Green energy!

There was no LOVE for Hot Toddy this last February 14th. The PO PO after being presented with evidence,  obtained a warrant for the search of the premises of Christopher Todd Smith, known to local Calhoun County folk as Hot Toddy the man that stole cash and a credit card off of a dead man.

As you can see by this search warrant below, Hot Toddy has been harassing more Calhoun County residents in an effort to take the heat off of himself for being investigated for what?   …..arson!  Correct! (right click photo below then left click view image to enlarge)

Hot Toddy is a known arsonist and also suspected of being the leader of a gang of criminals often referred to as the Fire Starting Cult! The CalPatty Press believes the CULT is responsible for numerous fires in Calhoun County.

Many times Hot Toddy has been accused of arson! We have received information from several confirmed sources, that even the police are fairly certain of crimes of criminal arson involving Hot Toddy. Here We Go Again! The Lone Meth Ranger VS The Crooked County Crooks

In a long drawn out ordeal, John Manis Richards, aka, The Lone Meth Ranger will be appearing in court once again April 17th, to hear motions related to charges involving the alleged stealing of equipment and materials from Hardman Supply of Glenville in July, 2007.

The Ranger will be facing the most dishonest, low down dirty, Crooked County Prosecutor Gerald B Hough. The man who manipulated the court system so that Calhoun County former Chief Deputy Bandy could walk away from 8 felony charges, along with his girlfriend with the red knee’s April McCroskey who committed her crime while an employee for the County of Calhoun.

It took about one year of low down dirty rotten court dealing for Hough to get Bandy off, while April could do it in just a couple of minutes!

It was such a blatant injustice,  even the other Crooked County Crooks that the inexperienced dishonest prosecutor associated with… had to turn their heads away and claim that they had no part or no interest in the law action.

Hough through an illegal voting slate, involving the former Gilmer County Circuit Court Clerk David Lame Smith, has managed to keep his low paying prosecutor position, as well as the special prosecutor position of Calhoun County.

Yeah, Hough is special alright. He is especially crooked!  That is a proven fact!

In fact, after being presented with evidence and court record of previous  dishonest procedure, involving dishonest complaining and state witnesses, from prior Gerald Hough botched cases, the Ranger’s  attorney petitioned the court, in regard to the fact, that Gerry Hough, was the most crooked of all central WV prosecutors according to documents presented to this attorney and reviewed.

Also, the court was presented with a petition and motion to recuse Judge Richard A. Facemire; in the request for recusal, documents were presented to Richards attorney that certainly showed that Facemire was at the very least a dishonest judge, therefore attorney Kevin Hughart ask that Facemire be recused.

Kevin Hughart soon thereafter had his office burned down for his trouble. Oh, you can say that is a long shot conclusion, but really, what the fuck would you know about it? Since, indeed it is the CalPatty Press that are bringing YOU the facts.

Facts are Hughart’s office burned down in another mysterious fire. The man we know that is known to be responsible for all the mysterious Calhoun fires claims to be a good friend of Judge Facemire. That person happens to be the most well known confidential informant for some local crooked county officials. Those are some facts!

Judicial disqualification was certainly justified, in the petition against Facemire even being near a courtroom for this one!

Facemire was recused from the case last October, saying “That upon reviewing certain pretrial sections, the Court noted that part of the basis from the Defendant filing a motion to recuse the prosecuting attorney Gerald Hough from prosecuting this case was related to information on two web sites … “Lone Meth Ranger” and “Cal Patty Press.”

“The Court reviewed those web pages and noted that there were allegations and innuendo that Richard A. Facemire was not impartial and unbiased,” he said.

Gerry HOUGH claims to be best friends with State Trooper Sgt Ellyson that was fired for getting involved in evidence from a Meth investigation turning up missing!    Just missing…along with some cash, guns and marijuana.

Larry V. Starcher, former Supreme Court court justice, that voted against Facemire regarding the “Travesty of Justice” (case that is now in it’s 6th year) has been recalled for temporary assignment to hear the Richards case.

Central West Virginia state, city and county governments are struggling to evict and “find out” the corrupt. We at the CalPatty Press bring you the facts that you WON”T GET ANYWHERE ELSE IN WV because the powers that be use THREATS and intimidation to prevent bad press.

A good example of this was the information we provided to the public involving the MISCONDUCT of Judge Richard A Facemire.

If the castigating and berating by the West Virginia Supreme Court did not appear in a Baltimore newspaper we would have never even been aware that Facemire fucked up pulling his usual antics to the degree that the Supreme Court had to reverse one of his cases because his courtroom behavior was way over the top!

NOT ONE WV PAPER CARRIED THE STORY ABOUT FACEMIRE!

Only the CalPatty Press covered the matter locally and only because we had some inside information from and associate of the court in Charleston.

GERRY HOUGH IS JUST AS GUILTY AND JUST AS FUCKED AS FACEMIRE… when facts are revealed about the suppression of evidence not only in the Lone Meth Ranger case, but also the “Travesty” case that is in it’s second year of federal court after being before the West Virginia Supreme Court for two years!

Evidence that was suppressed in the “Travesty” case will be made available to Richards attorney and also investigators involved in the law action being brought in federal court, in which Hough and a WV State Witness are being accused of a crime of suppressing evidence knowingly.

A prime example of how Hough works was just in the National News Spotlight!

Prosecutors accused Senator Stevens (Alaska) of failing to disclose hundreds of thousands of dollars of “freebies” from an oilfield services company on Senate ethics forms. But in December, an unnamed FBI whistle-blower accused prosecutors of withholding evidence from the defense, and the Justice Department asked a judge to dismiss the charges against Stevens on Wednesday.

“His name is cleared,” Stevens’ lawyer, Brendan Sullivan, told reporters. “He is innocent of the charges, as if they’d never been brought.”

Evidence existed all along that cleared Stevens and the same type of evidence was suppressed in the “Travesty” case in which “Facemire” has also been accused of misconduct and lying to the judicial investigation commission.

Hough is now pulling the same crap with the Johnny Richards case!

We can prove what we say and intend on proving it in WV courts of law, as the matter warrants. We are seeking to bring the issues of corruption to the  forefront and into the court room; and further invite any civil action that bruised confused corrupt ego’s may have out there.

…for we were told by our attorney consultants that would be the fastest way to bring the truth to the courtroom would be a civil battle. That way we would get mainstream press and all the dirt can be released to a large audience just like we like!

Hough pulled this same trick with the Travesty Case and got the help of Grantville, WV attorney F John Oshoway. When Oshoway was asked (more than ten times) why he did not bring forth the tape that was evidence and proof that could have proved his client was not guilty, he had no answer. This was info that William Martin former Braxton County Prosecutor had gathered for his client as defense counsel.

Now the matter of the suppression of that evidence is being presented in a federal court along with the tape that is a digital cd that has been produced and equalized for radio airplay.

Hough was going to destroy the evidence against him this time!

….and he did! Evident by the fact that this document discloses the facts that TAPES CAME UP MISSING because HOUGH is a CROOK from Crooked County!

Here is the second page of documents filed with the court in the case of John Manis Richards aka The LONE METH RANGER! This page is a COVER UP to the fact that HOUGH was playing DIRTY POOL by trying to hire Johnny’s lawyer to do represent him in a civil matter. A ploy to make Johnny’s lawyer to have a conflict so that he couldn’t represent him.

Houghs ploy tried to deny Johnny the right of adequate counsel by purposely getting all up and in Johnny’s business by contacting his lawyer and offering him cash to do some work for him. Almost a bribe of Johnny’s lawyer, and Hough was found out when the attorney disclosed the matter as explained in the document below.

The funniest part of this poorly worded and poorly written document is that there is a reference to libelous comments and publication.

It is not libel if it is true bitch! Got that you low life piece of shit! IF you have a problem with what is said about your lying cheating ass then bring it punk! Bring some law action. We can back up all that is said about the dishonest Gerald B. Hough!

Obviously Hough himself is confused in the fact that he actually had to admit on court documents that he got caught trying to hire Johnny’s defense counsel with cash dollars thus making the attorney to have a conflict and not be able to defend the Lone Meth Ranger.

BODY OF MELODY RUSH AT MEDICAL EXAMINER’S OFFICE – Discovered On Sycamore Creek New Year’s Day

The State Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death of a Calhoun woman identified as Melody Rush, whose lifeless body was discovered beside Sycamore Creek early New Years Day.

Rush, in her early 30s, had been to the George Parsons residence at Russett New Year’s Eve night, after which her sister called 911 about 2 a.m. Thursday, stating she was missing from her car.

The car was near the Parsons residence, apparently stuck or stalled, after which she apparently fell over a steep hillside landing near Sycamore Creek, according to Sheriff Allen Parsons.

Grantsville volunteer firemen joined the search in an area about 150-yards below a low-water bridge, her body discovered as temperatures dropped to about 15 degrees.

This mysterious death was just ignored which certainly sounds like foul play to me and close enough to practically throw a rock at the house of this latest murder. A killer is among us and has been!

Bobby Ray Shamblin was suspected of the 2003 double murder of Ward Groves and his ex-wife Mary Hicks found dead just a stones throw away from the  Flanagan double homicide.

Groves died from a gunshot wound to the head and Hicks, whose body was found in another room, died of a gunshot wound to the left side of her body.

A mentally challenged 16 year old, Ronnie Rush was charged with the murder.

Those of us in the know-know that Ronnie Rush was not the killer of Groves and Hicks!

We fully gave you the heads up on Shane Dellinger before he ever committed a crime as a cop! We predicted his arrest and demise, since he was seen having party after party with known police informants and was also known to do drugs himself. Dellinger was convicted of several felonies and faced 40 years in prison but Crooked County Court Judge Richard A Facemire (the most crooked) gave his pal 60 days in jail, big deal!

State Police will be conducting a polygraph tomorrow regarding the Flanagan Murder Case. Seems State Police have lifted finger prints from the Front Door on the Flanagan Home and wish to conduct a polygraph examination on the person those finger prints belong to.

Therefore, Robbie Sampson has agreed to take a polygraph which will be conducted by the men in Green at the Grantsville Detachment. Other individuals of interest to the Green Shirts are the Cash boys who left the area shortly after the Murders. The Cash boys left town in a hurry for the State of Tennessee. Also a person being looked at for information by the Green Shirts Boys is Grantsville Man Rick Myers.

The Flanagan Daughter shortly after finding her parents shot to death in their home, ran from the home and went to Danny “Nub” Marks home where she called 911. Information provided to Rina McCoy and members of the Secret Seven has brought forth information that NUB Marks was definitely seen in the immediate area very close to the ACTUAL time of the double murder!

Marks is also believed to be a confidential informant and is definitely on the SS SNITCH List!

Word has it that this leaked information came from local State Police Trooper Doug Starcher who also reported that the Mobile Home on the Flanagan property was a High Tech Grow Lab for some very high dollar high potent marijuana!

It has been reported that Starcher stated that the Mobile Home Grow Lab could produce several hundred thousands dollars of marijuana within six to eight months. According to Starcher, high tech grow lights were utilized. As soon as Trooper Starcher provides more case information we will pass it on.

Members of the Secret Seven were once again correct about the possible drug robbery connection and had information that led to “NUB” being the number one person of interest right out of the gate, while it was all fresh in everyone’s mind.

Now that too much time has gone by, much of the evidence has been compromised– and the usual destruction of evidence and general bad handling of the crime scene, has left this investigation totally cluster fucked, as we predicted would happen.

NO OTHER WV news outlet has even given the public the slightest hint of any truthful information about this murder. They have not reported shit!

Further, no mainstream WV news outlets were even the slightest bit interested in reporting on this murder! ….because they are controlled by the Powers that Be!

WV State Police have arrested 38-year-old John Franklin Cash on seven charges of delivering a controlled substance.

Cash was arrested on the drug charges as a result of a statement made (about the murders) by an unidentified person during the police’s murder investigation, according to the official criminal complaint, state trooper FL Hammack recently stated, for the record.

That yet to be identified person claims…that by Cash’s own words he implicated himself in the murder.

As reported earlier in the CalPatty Press, Rina McCoy had information that Cash was certainly involved in this murder, and this murder certainly involved a drug robbery or drug deal gone bad.

Our earlier reports had suggested that Cash had stolen marijuana from the scene of the double murder, and was shaking down the place for money and drugs.

Very possibly Cash, Nub Marks and several yet-to-be-identified Calhoun County residents have been active in the sale of drugs of high grade marijuana with a very high THC content in the local area (kynde buds) and were connected to the tragic killing at the Millstone farm. Also it is believed that Cash as well as other Calhoun County residents are involved with persons that are also manufacturing meth. Although, our information indicates the Flanagan couple were not involved with Meth or the sale or even the use of meth. Lets make that perfectly clear!

The Meth could very well (according to information received) been imported from Laurel, Mississippi where Cash was known to be involved in a drug ring with individuals known to be involved in manufacturing and trafficking of dangerous drugs (meth)

Members of the SS would like to immediately petition the court to raise the bail on Cash to at least $500,000!
