Reading the last post by Amused would make one think that Abused is taking a bath after getting pounded with one of the biggest CalPatties in CalPatty Press history.
I never enter this blog standing up; I’m always hunkered down as the CalPatties between these two are always flying.
After reading all the comments on this blog, I do not feel that a crook posted any of the content. As crooks tend to avoid personal combat with words as a crook is always wrong and easily downed.

The B*tcher of the Butcher represented Rosa Belle Gainer in the estate!
Although served with a demand it was ignored and ignored against a state law!
CCC obtained the original accounting done in 1990 and it would appear to a reasonable person that the corpus has indeed been raided… according to 1994 figures and a study done by another attorney.
We would like to ask…
HEY BITCH where is the Fxcking accounting that was ask for?
And by the way…what the fxck did you do with all the money?
Of course since Margaret Kreiner was on this case, several other attorneys have been hired to look into the wrongdoing in the A.J. Woofter estate.
The last attorney, but not the current WV attorney working on this case said he was certain that there has been co-mingling of funds; and a lack of an accounting and ignoring requests for accountings pretty much says it all, as far as pointing fingers in a guilty direction.

In REAL time this letter to Rosa Belle Gainer was issued about 6 weeks before the one published above. A great effort was made for years to get an accounting in the A.J. Woofter estate to no avail, all requests were ignored and we have found out the act of no reply was against the law as accountings are required.
