The very same prosecutor that thought it was JUST OK that MICHELLE ROSE ripped off property taxpayers to the tune of 12,500 bucks!
Here’s a blast from the past…
Hough was reported to have said the local State Police have poked fun at him. Additionally “His (State Policeman) actions were provoking a fight, he used foul language, and the Sheriff (Gary Rose) had to step in and break up a situation in Magistrate Court.” Hough is quoted saying such behavior is not appropriate in a court of law.
(That’s funny! Gerry can lie like a little bitch to a felony jury about evidence, or circumstances specific to a circuit court case, and of course, that’s appropriate?)
Meanwhile Hough is in conflict with local State Police, stating “There is an investigation underway regarding certain State Police officer’s conduct.”
And who could forget… Problems surfaced when Gerry Hough made statements before a Crooked County Commission meeting . Hough told ( crooked county rag) Glenville Democrat “Anytime a college administrator is implicated in a felony, the investigation should be delegated to a law enforcement agency that does not answer to the college president.”
Yes it’s JUST OK …to lie to a jury during final arguments at trial and it’s JUST OK… to lie to a Grand Jury! Hough has done both and it’s a matter of court record!
What a perfect choice to totally screw up the felony charges against former Calhoun chief deputy Ron Bandy!
Grantsville resident April McCroskey, is also charged!
It’s all happening just down the Crooked River from Crooked County!
Well ya know what they say… sh*t flows downstream, so I guess Calhoun gets Hough.
Could we give him back?
Because Hough sucks as a lawyer! He cost the state thousands as a prosecutor, and may set a record in 2007 for money the state has to pay out for his mistakes!
The fix is in baby!

…rumor has it Grantsville attorney F. John Oshoway could be implicated in Crooked deal with Gerry Hough to throw court case for defendant in favor of the prosecution involving circumstances where as charges should never have been brought.
Does this sound like Nazi Germany?

I feel sure Richards’ (The Meth Ranger) fired Oshoway as a lawyer. Another man in Gilmer County, David Wine tried to fire Oshoway but was denied. Mr. Wine was incarcerated with no chance of making bond and F. John Oshoway was his court appointed attorney who refused to visit Mr. Wine at the jail or even accept a collect call from Mr. Wine to discuss his case.
Oshoway showed up at Mr. Wine’s trial date and of course Mr. Wine felt hopeless as Mr. Oshoway had not discussed his case with him at all. Wine felt forced into taking a plea that was arranged between Mr. Oshoway and Mr. Jerry Hough.
Mr. Wine was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was charged with a crime. Having no help from his court appointed attorney “Mr. F. John Oshoway”, Mr. Wine now has a felony conviction and has just been released from prison after serving an 18 month sentence for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Or is that having the wrong attorney at the wrong time. I would say the latter.
Mr. Oshoway has failed many other individuals who were in need of legal assistance but were unable to afford to hire an attorney of their choice. Oshoway sucks money out of the State and fails to provide a poor person the basic legal representation.
I guess Mr. Oshoway knows now that THERE ARE RAMIFICATIONS for the CalPatty things he has done.
And to be a little hateful, but only because I am pissed off right now. I don’t give a fuck if you play the piano again. Just don’t accept a court appointed case where a person’s liberty is at risk. Thank You!

Some good news for ya… an investigation into wrongdoing of F. John Oshoway, started over a year ago. So far other attorneys concur in wrongdoing in a case in which Oshoway was paid a high fee. He was NOT a public pretender. Lots of facts to be revealed soon. It would appear to any reasonable person in knowledge of the facts that Oshoway played ball with a prejudice Judge and cut a secret deal with Gerry Hough. Gerry is spelled with a “G” as in GANG MEMBER! They all belong to the Crooked County Crooks Gang and their turf is next to the Crooked River. And for the previous poster and actual quote from the attorney hired to look into the wrongdoing of Oshoway said, “if he won’t be playing the piano again then I guess we won’t have to play the violin.”

As you will see, GERRY HOUGH doesn’t care what the real facts are as he makes his own rules.
Gerry Hough LIED in the “Travesty of Justice” case! They said the defendant had two children with an underage girl from Crooked County. When they were asked whom it was-that-said-that, or who gave them them that information, there was no answer; but it is in the Court Record. So, we have proof it was said in court.
Guess it was “JUST OK” with Gerry Hough to make up a ready made family! They said the girl was 15 when they met. Which was a complete and total fabrication, presented by the prosecutor, Gerry Hough. I’m not sure of all the EXACT details, but that was my take on it. The Crooked Crooks from Crooked County next to the Crooked River, made up the wife and kids thing and used the BOGUS information, in court, against the defendant. That is not the end of it either. There is even more. The whole situation was complete Bull, but was used against the defendant at sentencing. The judge allowed it all and added in a whole lot of other crap that Kelly White left out of the court record. But the “MADE UP STORY allowed in COURT about the teenage, underage, wife and two kids was on the record. You have to wonder how long these crazy people have been getting away with this crap!

Matheny goes into a panic after the TRUTH is found out! Bill Martin set the entire meeting up to find out the truth. Bill Martin is now the prosecutor over in Sutton. Good job BILL your plan worked!
However Bill’s defense role in that case was taken over by John Oshoway, who REFUSED to use that tape! Not only did he refuse to use evidence, he refused to answer any questions as to WHY he refused to use it!
EE stated that Oshoway was asked …”why didn’t you use this perfect piece of evidence for defense,” at LEAST TEN TIMES!
Each time the question was met with NO reply! Sounds like a B*tcher of a Butcher!
