Are we the humble people of Central West Virginia being subjected to the “…Greatest Conspiracy on Earth?”
…which would include (even if on a smaller scale) the “Grand Lodge” of the local order of Freemasons?
Like any organization, you have good people and you have bad. Well it has been my experience that some of the best people on Gods great earth are right here in central WV. The salt of the earth is no further away than your own back yard.

Now when I speak of Freemasonry in West Virginia, I must be careful, as one of the best people to ever walk on this planet was a Freemason… and that was my grandfather. Also, some of the individuals I’m closest to, and that have been the greatest help to me in a time of crisis have the sign of the Freemason hanging in their offices.
“So out of respect for some of the greatest attributes to our society… it is my wish, that I not misrepresent myself, or, that I, “not- in-anyway” show even the slightest disrespect to these fine citizens.”
Unfortunately, because of many different acts of god, which includes birth, this is a society of which I can only gather information from, by going through my grandfathers personal effects, and by some research done on the topic by some of my closest associates.
“So for the sake of todays topic lets exclude these fine people from today’s discussion and that would include protecting the best memories of my childhood, my grandfather!”
However, that does not exclude the “Crooked gaggle of Demi-gods that sit on Golden seats”…that rule by a vicious hand, the “salt of the earth” the fine people of Central WV, from right here in the heart of “Gods chosen land” West by God…Virginia!
Yes, the good we have discussed, now, lets talk about the bad, which includes the ugly!
Speaking of Ugly, lets lead right in with our Justice system, which seems to be an utter failure at best. We at the CalPatty Press have received mail from all over the USA, in reference to the articles we’ve written, in which many people( and some of them are lawyers) are in total disbelief about the information contained in some of our articles, but we assured them, (Ashore them in Hot Toddy talk) all of which we have reported on… is true! Also many CalPatty articles have made it to national sites and influential people, much to our dismay!
“We are just simple country folk down here, but everybody, everybody knows…this is nowhere! “
But, certainly, we could not take the credit given for this “fine reporting” (as we are told) since many others have brought these issues to light as well!
One of these people is Bob Weaver from the Hur Hearld! Bob has made sacrifice after sacrifice, fighting battle after battle, defending his rights, while the “powers that be” continue to try to shut him down!
For Bob, this was the story not long ago:
PUBLIC ACCESS DENIED – It has been a trying week for The Hur Herald, from being declared a pornographic connected site, to fighting viruses to another encounter with the West Virginia State Police, where access was denied. The Hur Herald was angrily ordered to leave the scene of an accident yesterday by State Trooper Fred Hammack. Hammack indicated photographing of his “crime scene” was illegal. He ordered us to leave. We felt the scene, on a public road, was under the jurisdiction of emergency workers, and was not a “crime scene,” described as “plain view access” under law.

While standing at a distance on private property in a meadow for about fifteen minutes, Trooper Hammack approached and said we should not be photographing dead bodies, juveniles or victims of wrecks, and we were “liars,” referring to an earlier conversation regarding taking pictures of an accident scene.
STATE POLICE HAVE BANNED HUR HERALD SAYS TROOPER – Trooper Hammack Says Charleston Gave Directive
The West Virginia State Police are reportedly controlling access to “plain view” accidents or situations in Calhoun County, according to Trooper Fred Hammack. Hammack told four Calhoun emergency personnel, they (local State Police) had received a letter from Charleston saying not to allow The Hur Herald on their scenes.
He said The Herald was sent a letter advising them of the directive. The Herald received no such letter.
“This is the ultimate form of censorship,” said Editor Bob Weaver. “If they are doing this to us, can you imagine what they are doing to our citizens!”
Hammack told personnel from Calhouns 911 and the local fire chief that the Hur Herald was, “Not classified as a newspaper…because it’s on the internet!”
“What a line of malarkey that was since the Hur Herald is the most responsible news outlet in all of Central West Virginia … they leave out all of the cuss words– unlike us at the CalPatty Press that have to report the “real news” the best way we know how!”
Major D. R. Searls, after a Freedom of Information request, advised The Hur Herald:
“The requested document is not known to exist in our agency.”
Hammack claimed a letter or memo was sent to him or his agency saying, ” Not to allow The Hur Herald at State Police scenes!” He also said a copy of the directive was sent to The Herald. He said the matter had been researched by their (State Police) lawyer
These types of vicious attacks and intimidating situations are not unlike the attack on the editors of Crooked County Crooks, and the Calhoun Underground, and of course, not excluding the Lone Meth Ranger website…
The Lone Meth Ranger “Johnny Richards” exposed corruption and rogue cops in and around Calhoun County … dang me if he wasn’t right about all that he reported! It can now all be proven by court record.
“But no sooner than it was reported than Crooked County’s Gerald B Hough is brought down to make it all… Just OK !”
Gerald B Hough-Crooked County Prosecutor, will lie, cheat, misinform and just plain make things up to get a conviction in Crooked County!
Winning a conviction can accelerate a prosecutor’s career, but getting rebuked on appeal will rarely stall it, contributing to a culture that fosters misconduct. And the deterrents that confront prosecutors are fearsome only in theory.
Here is what usually happens when a prosecutor cheats:
Appellate courts uphold the conviction, admonishing the prosecutor not to do it again. When a court does overturn the conviction, it shields the prosecutor from embarrassment, omitting his or her name from the opinion or releasing its ruling in a way that few eyes ever see it.
In their rulings, appellate justices sometimes urge lawyer disciplinary officials to punish prosecutors, but such prompting is hollow. Courts have referred numerous prosecutors to the “ Lawyer disciplinary board” that polices lawyers only to see investigative files get opened and closed with no punishment levied!
There is little threat of financial penalties from a civil lawsuit because courts have granted prosecutors immunity. Courts, though, have carved out narrow exceptions, and some defendants have won settlements!
And only rarely are criminal charges filed. Few prosecutors nationally have been indicted, and they were acquitted or, at worst, convicted of a misdemeanor and fined!
Hough is clearly guilty of wrongdoing and that wrongdoing will be coming to the surface long enough to bite him in just a matter of days, but, he will be saved by the Crooked gaggle of Demi-Gods known to us all as the people that really run Crooked County!
Richard (Dick) Facemire was recently castigated by the West Virginia Supreme Court for asking questions of witnesses as if he were the prosecutor, swaying the jury with great bias in favor of the prosecution, but really what punishment was meted out?!
Hell ! Facemire was already reprimanded for a breach of ethics when he was the Clay County Prosecutor…a ruling was made by the Supreme Court and now he’s a judge!
Why Crooked Prosecutors and Judges are Promoted in the Masonic Judicial System!
It’s simple. A crooked judge is more likely not just to overlook the crimes of a fellow mason, but also more likely to use his authority to railroad an innocent defendant under the orders of a higher-ranking mason. Usually, it is done as a test of loyalty, in exchange for advancement, or some other reward.
We have seen Facemire do just that recently involving a Crooked County criminal trial!
More often, the misconduct consisted of arguments or cross-examinations that violated a defendant’s constitutional rights. In many instances, those prosecutors who became judges had only one reversal!
In this instance this is” exactly” what happened involving Crooked County Circuit Court Judge Richard (Dick) Facemire!
Break rules, be promoted
When former prosecutors were criticized by appeals courts for breaking the rules of a fair trial, their careers weren’t sidetracked. Instead they became judges.
Just like…..you know who!
1) An Officer of the court who knew of an arrest warrant sworn out against a brother Mason would have to warn him immediately so he could flee the jurisdiction.
2) A Mason who was told of a brother Mason’s crimes, even including rape, robbery, or child abuse, would have to keep his knowledge of those crimes a secret, even in a court of law!
3) A Royal Arch Mason who knew of a Companion Mason’s being a murderer or a traitor would have to keep his knowledge a secret!
4) A Royal Arch Mason would be obligated to hire a Companion Mason, even for sensitive or skilled professions, even if he didn’t have nearly the qualifications required.
Additionally, though not mentioned in the oaths, many times Masons get a “fairer” trial in courts where a Masonic judge presides. A sizable majority of judges are Masons, and many attorneys are Masons as well. If a Mason appears in court against a non-Mason, all he has to do is give any number of obscure gestures or words to the judge, and the judge will be obligated to rule in his favor. No one in the court room will be the wiser (except another Mason, who would be forbidden from bringing the incident to light).
It is easy to see how these elements of the oaths could very definitely be detrimental to the welfare of our nation. Masons, it is said, “take care of their own,” and they do, to an extent which is frightening.
The Crooked Gaggle of Demi-Gods sitting on golden seats can become so powerful that they target local law abiding citizens, and this my friend, has already happened!
At least eleven Braxton County citizens have reportedly been “targeted” by the West Virginia State Police in a memo issued to law enforcement agencies by Sgt. John Bonazzo, who was transferred last fall from the Grantsville detachment to Braxton, his former assignment. The former Braxton County prosecutor said the “target list” is legal, (not current prosecutor as that is BILL MARTIN and he is an HONEST MAN)although Bonazzo received a short suspension by the State Police, apparently linked to the issue.
Here in Calhoun County, even when they catch a judge involved in the greatest of great misconduct…it is all just neatly swept under the rug!
Kanawha County special prosecutor Rob Schulenberg says he cannot comment on the status of a case reportedly being prepared against former Calhoun Magistrate Steve Johnson. Johnson resigned last October after alleged improprieties surfaced in his office accounts. No charges have been filed against Johnson since the issue surfaced about seven months ago.
“I am not at liberty to talk about it,” said Schulenberg, whose appointment was requested by Judge Thomas Evans III, after Calhoun prosecutor Tony Morgan filed papers to recuse himself from the case.
But then we have to pay the fucking bill!
NEW MAGISTRATE COURT AUDIT COSTS CALHOUN $27,000 – Discrepancies Discovered In Johnson’s Office, Mandates Cost County Major Bucks
This is some real bullshit now!
Then of course the County runs out of money and things like this happen:
Westbrook Health is pulling mental health services from Calhoun County. The facility at 2 Hospital Drive is being closed effective May 31, according to an announcement by County Director, Lois Holloway. Westbrook, not unlike several mental health centers in the state, is facing critical financial problems. Many of the services provided in rural, low-populated and under served counties are being discontinued around the state, although critical services are also at risk in urban areas.
And what do people like Bob Weaver of the Hur Herald do?
He takes a pay cut!
The current members of the Calhoun Commission, McCallister, Barr and Weaver, declined a $1500 pay increase offered by the West Virginia Legislature.
The man that reports the “truth” is attacked ridiculed and faced ruin, takes a pay cut because…
“Gods salt of the earth, genuine real down to earth people are the best on the planet… and we can’t seem to get an even break”
Somethings wrong with this fricking picture and that’s the “Secret Society” that is in control of the justice system, in control of the police!
…like the son of a son of a Bitch we all know as the Bitcher of the Butchers!
And the little Bitch’s brother, Terry (not right in the head) Butcher!(Glenville-United Bank…on the board of directors)
They have control of the banks and the Demi-Gods have complete control of our lives!

What are we really to do?
We at the CalPatty Press are sure to be attacked for just writing this article! We will be hunted down just like Johnny Richards…the Lone Meth Ranger!
Forced to ask our Mexican friends for asylum in which they have freely offered.
It’s only a matter of time before the Calhoun Underground is under attack with all of the rest of us, although they have received verbal abuse as was seen on the WSAZ site–it’s not out of the question for them to be facing shadowy shapes in the night firing weapons at close range, just because they have been labeled “trouble makers!”
We just witnessed a prime example of that with the shooting death of Mike Fisher.
Nothing much has changed, which involves the Calhoun lagoon of conspiracy, or the Crooked County Crooks down by the Crooked River!
The fires still burn in Calhoun!
The mystery of EVIL continues… and all we hear are laughs and snickers from the Crooked GAGGLE of DEMI – GODS sitting upon golden thrones!
Our defilement is to their greatest amusement!
The motto displayed on the website of the Grand Lodge of West Virginia is “Building Bridges amongst Men through Brotherhood.”
Let us recall that West Virginia’s most famous bridge was the Silver Bridge, which collapsed into the Ohio River in 1967, killing 46 people, after area citizens had been repeatedly warned for over a year about the upcoming disaster by the appearance of “The Mothman” a winged man-size creature with glowing red eyes.

ROANE POLICEMAN DIES TRAGICALLY IN CRASH
(09/11/2007)
A well-known Roane and Jackson County law enforcement officer has died from injuries he received Monday evening in a car crash near Spencer.
Grover Anderson, in his 60s, of Spencer was dead on arrival at Roane General Hospital after he crashed near the Grandview Motel, just west of Spencer on US 33.
Anderson had just conducted a concealed weapons class in Calhoun, according to Sheriff Carl Ballengee, who said “He was a highly respected law officer.”
Anderson was currently employed as an officer with the Spencer Police Department, but had retired following a career with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department.
The Spencer-Roane VFD and the Roane County Emergency Squad responded to the scene just after 5 p.m. and reportedly had to use the jaws-of-life to extract Anderson.
The body has been taken to the State Medical Examiner’s office. Funeral arrangements will be completed at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home in Spencer.

I just thought of something…..IF CHRISTOPHER SHANE DELINGER wasn’t such a crook, then HE would have been teaching the class, or the class would have been over for all, already, or, SHANE could of called someone because “he had no class!”
“You better call somebody!”
Given that, then, GROVER ANDERSON would still be alive!
He would have had no reason to even come to Grantsville and now he’s on the LAST TRAIN to “Clarksville in the sky!”
Shane Dellinger, therefore is a Murderer, even as much so as” 357 Evey” up thar in a Crooked County!

This information just made available about WEST VIRGINIA FREE MASONS-making their own rules! Sound familiar?
As a Mason, it is not my place to go criticizing in other jurisdictions. Number one, it is airing dirty laundry, and laundry that I probably don’t have all of the facts about. Number two, such criticisms generally have the effect of hardening the resolve of the very people one is aiming at. And three, it is un-Masonic to go sniping at another Grand Lodge because they are perfectly entitled to make the laws and customs that suit their membership, regardless of what outsiders may think. And in most cases, they reciprocate by staying out of my Grand Lodge’s business.
With those qualifiers safely tucked up at the top of this entry, I present a series of emails that have been forwarded to me from several sources within West Virginia. It is clear that this is from no tiny faction of malcontents, but that a large coalition of WVa Masons are less than enthused over the will of their 2007 Grand Lodge session votes and last year’s Grand Master’s agenda being set aside by another Grand Master’s edict. And from what I have been told about rules within the GL of WVa, the rank and file, and even lodge leadership has almost no chance to discuss, rebut, or in any other way object to what has happened. Technically, by circulating emails, they are risking their Masonic membership, as you will see from the GM’s response. Again, these emails are flying across the Masonic ether – the last one I had contained close to 100 forwards on it – so their contents have ceased to be a secret in anything!
Esteemed Brethren of West Virginia,
Thank you for taking the time to read this
communication. You are being contacted as a true and
faithful brother, who is concerned about the current
state, and future of Freemasonry in West Virginia. if
you are not a brother who is such,or
if you find this of value, please forward these
communications to like concerned brothers.
This past Grand Lodge, a great blow was dealt to
Freemasonry in West Virginia. Sixteen progressive
proposals that would have aided to not only the
sustenance of, but growth of our great Fraternity,
were struck down only weeks after being passed by an
overwhelming majority.
Now, wether you agree with all sixteen proposals or
not, you cannot agree with the way they were
overturned. My brothers, the current “old guard” Grand
Lodge officers, and faction of like minded Past Grand
Masters and Jurisprudence committee whom they control
said , in no uncertain terms that you, the men who
overwhelmingly voted to approve these proposals “did
not understand what they were voting for”. Kind of like when
Tim Butcher pulls the wool over your eye’s.
Furthermore, they accused the two Masons charged with
the counting of the ballots on the proposals, as
having “miscounted” the ballots, and having left
ballots in the ballot box, effectively speaking evil
of their good name. The VOTE was rigged, FIXED!
There was no way that their “full votes” could
override the massive amount our “quarter votes”, so
they chose a most unfortunate path, and determined
weeks after Grand Lodge, that the majority of voting
Masons in West Virginia had no idea what was good for
themselves and the Craft, and that they, the minority,
knew what was best.
Something is not right!
By taking a survey of nature, we find, that for any
organism to survive, it must evolve, and adapt to it’s
surroundings, and climate. Fixing elections is truly no the Way.
This is best illustrated by
the banding together of four London lodges in 1717 to
form the first Grand Lodge. At that moment,
Freemasonry moved from a closed, independent society,
to one that is closed to just the chose few for the betterment
of the people!
Soon after that day in 1717, Lodges from all over
England, Ireland, Scotland, and France, broke a vow of
ultimate secrecy as to their existence. They came
forth and said emphatically “We exist”. Brethren, they
adapted to their climate. Gone was the reason for them
to meet in hiding. As a result of the members of these
lodges adapting to their time, Freemasonry emerged to
impact the evolution of civil society beyond any
organization outside of religion. There can be no
doubt that without Freemasonry, the civilized world in
it’s present form would not exist. The world is as it
is today because Freemasonry has lived, and it has
lived because it has adapted without miscounting the votes!
Brethren, if Freemasonry in West Virginia is to live,
it must adapt. And to adapt,we don’t fix the elections, it must have visionary
leaders that are committed to the brethren of West
Virginia, it’s number one resource are cash assets of the people
These leaders must be able to survey the landscape of our current climate
and make proactive efforts to adapt towards growth,
and take advantage of business opportunity instead of reacting out of fear when confronted with a
with possible legal actions from internal sources
Freemasonry in West Virginia must be an organism
focused on bringing forth ourselves to be held above all others.
WE FOUND THIS RESPONSE of a “secret alliance”:
>>Dear Brother,
Isn’t it amazing how our Mason forefathers challenged the
status-quo for our liberty
and now our leaders are the status-quo challenging our right to
liberty and to run the show locally as we see fit.
(Could someone reprint this in E-bonics for the folk up on the hill at the college!)
It is time for the
brothers in WV to move forward, not keep everything “as is” and all for one, for all of us, which is
what is being bone by our present leadership. It’s time for a change!! I
love the masonic order dearly, it is a move towards one world order, but it is all I can do to keep myself
from moving across the border to another state, where there is more
positive thinking and less positive drinking!
I would be very appreciative to be kept up to date on anything and
everything that is happening for “the good of the order”. I have voiced
my opinion several times and quite possibly could have made some
enemies along the way.
I became a Mason in Gilmer County because I admired it’s enlightenment age ideals.
Needless to say I am quite disappointed to find the Grand Lodge acting
like Catholic Inquisitors.
(AND yet another intercepted secret message)
I am in receipt of your illegal campaign material. I advise you
to cease and desist immediately. Your cowardly attempt to influence
the voting members of the Grand Lodge is the most shameless display I
have ever witnessed. You are undoubtedly aware that you are in
violation of Masonic Law and your obligations, due to the fact that
you did not have ….(censored)
( and then there was a reptillians in human clothes that live under rocks in WV)
Consider this as your opportunity to contact me should you be
willing to offer any evidence in your defense, for violation or breaking the code
or should you be willing to admit to your transgressions. My investigation at this
point has already revealed certain names in connection with these
actions. If I receive no response to this email communication, I will
proceed to deal with the matter without your input. Needless to say,
some of our brethren will end up expelled from Masonry.
By this opportunity, you should realize that I am extending a
great deal more consideration than you have afforded me. I advise you
to respond expeditiously, or else!

Update on Lisa’s info
Masonic unrest in West Virginia
There’s another crack in the cement of brotherly love. This time it’s in West Virginia.
Bro. Hodapp, gives us a glimpse into emails to and from a group of Masons, comprised of at least 100, and the Grand Master of Masons in West Virginia, M.W. Bro. Charles F. “Chuck” Coleman, II.
Apparently, the group is unhappy that measures they voted on, and passed, at the most recent Grand Lodge communication have been overturned unilaterally by the Grand Master
A Grand Master that makes his own rules, must be from up thar in a Crooked County!

Funny how our leaders get into possesion of things that were not addressed to them or for them, but yet it always works it way back to the Top Dog…
Maybe it’s because some brothers don’t want to see every small disagreement turned into a circus. Some brothers grab hold of one little piece of an issue, and turn it into a grass-roots movement, all the while ignoring the larger issues – or parallel issues – of jurisprudence.
Bro. Hodapp seems to have a little more information on the disagreement in WV, and from where I’m sitting, it certainly doesn’t seem like a case of a GM simply taking over and nullifying a previous GL vote.
I’m not saying that what happened is correct or ethical. The point is that I simply don’t know all of the facts or reasonings behind the decision, and neither do most of us. It’s simply way too easy to look at one action and then get worked up over it. This is one of the reasons why we are taught early in our Masonic careers the importance of learning to subdue our passions.
Another brother // September 11, 2007 at 5:10 p
My opinion is I DON’T CARE.
Simple really…
This situation and all the others happened in Grand Lodge jurisdictions that I have no business sticking my Masonic nose in.
If something like this happens in North Carolina, I will do my best to get ALL the details and follow my conscience.
What I have noticed is that Freemasonry in all the states concerned still flourishes. There was no great exodus of members from the craft.
There were a few who were expelled, or left of their own accord.
If the Majority of Masons in those states do not see a need to fix the supposed problems, who the hell am I to tell them they are wrong?
Another brother // September 11, 2007 at 5:34 p
Grand Lodges being self governing is a part of Freemasonry I would never want to see tampered with.
Which is why I say “I don’t care”
It is far too easy for the emotions to overrun a man when the drums of injustice begin to beat. It happens all too often in Cyber space
We get fed just enough information to want to rally behind a Brother for his perceived injury. What we will never get is the whole truth.
I have yet to see a Brother on-line say “this is what I did to escalate the situation”.
There is always at least two dogs in every fight.
Online all you here is that a Grand Lodge pulled a name out of a hat and declared “this is the Mason we will toy with today!”
I don’t buy it.
Do I care how other jurisdictions carry on their Masonry? Absolutely!
Do I care about the few incidences that pop up online? Hell no!
Because I will never have all the facts to decide which way I should be shifting my care.
And, because despite how big it appears online, it isn’t big enough to motive the majority of Masons in the particular jurisdicition to action.
Freemasonry on the internet is but a tiny slice of what is really going on. In the real world Masons meet on the level and part on square every single day.
So Mote it be!

REAL LIFE HORROR MOVIE ….Just down the road a ways
Six West Virginia residents have been charged with kidnapping, torturing and sexually assaulting a Charleston woman for at least a week, the Logan County Sheriff’s Department said Monday.
art.torture.suspects!
Danny Combs and Alisha Burton were charged in the West Virginia case.
Sheriff’s deputies went Saturday to a Big Creek, West Virginia, residence in response to an anonymous tip that a woman was being held against her will, the department said in a news release.
As they spoke with a woman on the front porch, “a female inside the residence limped toward the door with her arms held out, saying, “Help me.”
The 23-year-old woman had stab wounds on her left leg and bruises around her eyes, authorities said. The wounds were about a week old, the release said.
“Deputies found her with two black eyes, part of her hair had been pulled out, she had lacerations on her neck, and she had been physically, mentally and sexually abused,” Logan County Sheriff W.E. Hunter said.
The victim was forced to eat rat and dog feces and drink from the toilet, according to the criminal complaint filed in magistrate court.
Deputies arrested Frankie Brewster, 49; her son Bobby, 24; Danny J. Combs, 20, of Harts, West Virginia; and George A. Messer, 27, Karen Burton, 46, and Alisha Burton, 23, all of Chapmanville, West Virginia. All six were held Monday in lieu of $100,000 bond each, and all have asked for court-appointed public defenders, according to AP.
Charges range from kidnapping and torturing to malicious wounding and battery.
Those arrested are white and the victim is black, and the FBI plans to investigate it as a possible hate crime, according to AP. The sheriff’s department requested the FBI’s participation, an agency spokesman told AP
Should we say …so mote it be like the local masons?!
NOT!

Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth for thy LOVE is better than wine!
Because of the savior of thy good ointments (dog and rat doo doo) thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee.
Draw me, we will run after thee: the king hath brought me into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will remember thy love more than wine(toilet wine): the upright love thee!
(and we’ re not a talkin bout a Hot Toddy Roddy)
I AM BLACK! but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Logan County as the curtains of Solomon.
Look upon me because I’m BLACK! My mothers children were angry with me, the keeper of the vineyards, but mine own vineyards I have not kept
Looks like this kidnapping and torture story was all a disagreement over the bible!
Now we should republish this comment in Ebonics for all of Cockamamey’s supporters that are friends of the “propaganda rag” in Crooked Country, the DEMO-CRAP!

Freemasonry and the Occult Revival
The religious and philosophical tolerance found within the walls of a Masonic lodge made it a magnet for free thinkers, the occasional revolutionary, and the occultist alike. Some even combined all three, giving rise to such movements as the Bavarian Illuminati, created by Adam Weishaupt (the famed whipping boy of conspiracy theory advocates).
However, it is in the occult domain that this environment had its most interesting and lasting effects. During the early years of Freemasonry, those Masons who belonged to what is called Scottish Rite created a host of Higher Degrees (giving us the 32nd- and 33rd-degree Masons of today), many of which were actively involved in magical, qabalistic, and alchemical practices. This provided a foundation for many of the Masonic, quasi-Masonic, and other magical and mystical orders with their roots in the nineteenth-century occult revivals – the most famous of these movements being the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn; the Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO); the Societas Rosicruciana in Anglia (SRIA), as well as its Canadian, American, and Australian offshoots; and the Ancient Mystical Order Rosae Crucis, better known as the Rosicrucian Order (AMORC).
Survival of the Goddess
Hidden within the images of the temples, both religious and civic, that operative masons built and Speculative Freemasons sought to uncover was a hidden link to earlier mystery cults and religions. Among the most important of these were related to the Temple of Solomon and the survival of primitive goddess cults within it confines. Within Jewish belief is the notion of the Shekinah, or Divine Presence of God, imminent and very material in physical life. This presence is distinctly feminine in its nature or orientation, and is called the Bride of God, or that part of the Divine that is immaterial and abstract – more heavenly if you will. During the early Christian era the Shekinah was linked to the functions of Mary, the Mother of Jesus, as both the Mother of God Incarnate and Mary Magdalene, his hidden bride. Gnostics picked up on this theme relating it to Sophia or Wisdom and have speculated a great deal about it up to this day.
During the first half of the eighteenth-century the search for this hidden wisdom, both in terms of a science, such as geometry, and source of spiritual and material power and wisdom, created within Masonry an explosion of rites and degrees, some of which continue to this day. The majority of them focused around a single idea – the “Lost Word” and its discovery.

Hey Gilmer, my internet was off all day I guess they didn’t want us to look at http://www.whatreallyhappened.com . and see the truth about sept. 11
You have a courage that I find most encouraging. The thing I love the most is that you get responses to your (edited edited) All I got (edited edited) with mine was the (edited) showing up and threatening me with a defamatory liable charge. I miss the WV spirit. I can see why during the revolutionary war my(edited-edited) kissed the British in the ass and you guys fought them to a stand still. Lisa you are a hero. It is true my family is here but I am fed up with this place. You may have a bunch of crooks running things but people actually read your (edited) and contribute. In 10,000 hits I only got two emails and one was scathing. As for (edited) I used to (edited) a couple (edited) for my (edited) and the town council got the cops to buzz me with helicopters. FromthelandnotforgottenshesnotmeImnottheonly1 // September 12, 2007 at 9:14 p
Gettin high can be fun! Getting high can get things done! Doubt that you are gonna pull out a 357 magnum and blow some innocent unarmed man away a few yards from the State Police, after smoking a blunt with your best girlfriend! In fact, at that point, the mood travels to “Make Love” not war, hug that cop with the cute butt! But if y’all was drinking my favorite 110 vodka then, could be, someone could take a swing at ya, then kick ya when your down, of which I am most guilty. So leave the booze for company and… why not fire up a hooter… and ride that motor scooter, but you got to go slow because your so stoned. Where’s that damn grass at!
But as many of us have said many times before, we have nothing but respect for Lisa Minney and she has worked years and years at contributing to the community. You may not like some of the things she has reported on, but now she has reached out for support, even from people we may be critical of, but we still love her anyway, after all who wouldn’t.
Plus she is an animal lover! And you have to love her for that, but most importantly, she loves Gilmer County, much more than some of us, and who could want more than that. Next time someone says something bad about her, I am ordering one shot of 110 and try to talk myself down, if it continues, then I will have another, and if anything else is said about her, I am coming out swinging and you will only know about it when you are on the ground rolling away from a screaming Banshee and the sound of a “swoosh” of the cowpatty boot from someone still pissed they killed her daddy!
I hope this clears things up for you in regard to the respect we have for one of “our own” that is most beloved!
If you haven’t got high on the patio out back of the Campus pub….”you ain’t shit” I am surprised to find how many cool people I have met there over the years, many I never knew before they passed me some of their “own dynamite” Some of the coolest people in the whole area have smoked back there. If you didn’t, then you’re “square” L 7… and you must be from the “elite” that wouldn’t be caught dead, or be seen anywhere else but the “Main Event” because, they cater to the “Royalty” and all the fake ass bitch’s from counties all around!
calpattypress // September 12, 2007 at 9:40 p
To J miller, where the hell have you been? Jesus, Amsterdam…. just because you waited so long to “come out from under wherever…”
COOL!
We love opposing viewpoints, it’s what makes the world go round.
However, when you think you’re of the opinion, that, we support CS Dellinger and his little whore of
a girlfriend, then you’re very wrong!
We put the “Braxton County Bad Boy” jacket on him, as if we were dressing him up like a Ken Doll!
We believe your accusations about that blonde little slut….she sucks, if you know what I mean, but, you better be wearing a badge, or she won’t be brushing off her knee’s and wiping her mouth, then, that would just be left to Drew Moody and his pal Dave Cockamamey just down the road a piece.
Also, we loved getting your message sent from so far away. Hey, where you are at it is legal to smoke it! You can get all you want and shop from hundreds of different kinds, and even purchase black afghani hash and it’s legal!
Damn dude!
Please enjoy your vacation from the mountain state and maybe interest yourself in some of those Dutch Girls, I hear they love Americans!
PS send all the photos you want! We can put them up along with the one’s of “Princess Di” drunk off her ass at the main event
(have another drink Princess Di)
But what we want to know was what were you doing out on the patio with all the other “down home” folk…..uh huh…thought so! Hey, but you have to be cool, because of where you are right now, we all wish we could be there with you, and hey stay out of the red-light district with your buddies! y’all might have too much fun!
ODE to Crooked County // September 12, 2007 at 11:12 p
Just talkin bout “down by the Crooked river” out back hangin at the pub
Crooked County (down by the Crooked River in a daze of white widow)
Belly to the back of her double bass, 7 months
pregnant & hot as hell-swat, pluck, wail
& make me jealous. I want to be that baby.
Old Slew Foot, Jr. I want to be borne of that
bass-belly into this tavern smoke & tied by her
mean strings. And you, you sit behind me: you
& your shit-eating grin & your tapping foot &
your dare whispered into my ear to write a poem
of all things before I pass out tonight drunk
& over-toked at 4 a.m. when the rest of the world
is usually chasing me out of their dirty chat rooms.
You point out the girl who gave you something.
She sways to a cocaine dirge. I’m not jealous
of the girl who gave you herpes. But yeah I’m jealous
of the girl you wanted. On stage the baby kicks & I
cross a bridge to momma’s sloping shoulder. Her
fingers sting & she sings about falling into rings of fire.
Buddy, you got to know I want you but I’d trade you
in half a whiskey-shot to have that voice, big around
the middle & broad across the rump. Looks a lot like me.
Love is a burning thing
And it makes a fiery ring
Bound by wild desire
I fell into a ring of fire…
I fell into a burning ring of fire
I went down…
And the flames grew higher
And it burn, burn, burns
The ring of fire
The ring of fire

JONATHAN STARCHER IS LIKELY UNKNOWN BODY
(09/12/2007)
The decomposed body of a Calhoun man found last Wednesday along the West Fork River at Altizer is still at the State Medical Examiner’s office.
State Police Sgt. J. E. Skidmore of the Grantsville Detachment told the Parkersburg News Monday “We have a subject unaccounted for and the family is searching for a (Jonathan) Starcher, 25, of Arnoldsburg. He had been reported missing by the family and has been gone since August 25.”
Sgt. Skidmore told the Parkersburg News that officials believe the death likely was a suicide.
“That is a very strong possibility right now,” he said.
The Medical Examiner will likely make a positive ID.

AUTHORITIES COMPLETE TWO DRUG SEIZURES IN CALHOUN
(09/13/2007)
Grantsville State Police with the help of the Calhoun Sheriff’s Department and WV National Guard aircraft have conduced two drug eradication events in Calhoun County, according to Detachment Commander Sgt. Jeff Skidmore.
“Officers confiscated 134 marijuana plants from four different locations near Russett Rd., a short distance from Steer Creek,” Skidmore said.
The plants were spotted with the help of a National Guard plane on July 6th.
Officers continued their efforts in an area near Leading Creek on August 29th.
“We confiscated 60 plants from two plots during that effort,” Skidmore said.
Skidmore asked Calhoun residents to report drug activity to the State Police or the Calhoun Sheriff’s Department.
“All reports will be held confidential,” he said.

I shall have a say about these things soon on CU. I’ve been around these parts for over 30 years and seen how the GUYS do these pot raids. They spot the pot in JULY or even June, they wait until it is pretty much ready to harvest and all the real work has been done – all those valuable and beautiful sticky kind buds – and THEN they go back to harvest it themselves. NO one can say they are trying to ERADICATE it when they do it that way, and if anyone thinks they are “keeping it off the streets”, ther’re SADLY mistaken. For those who don’t know, it ain’t worth nuthin’ much unless it’s mature. In July it’s not worth pickin’. NOW, it’s startin’ to be worth a GOOD PIECE OF CHANGE. So, go ahead and add it to the missing evidence. That means there’ll be some “mean green” on the streets soon, and some unwittingly protected drug dealer will make a bundle getting rid of it.
When I wrote the FICTIONAL and humorous story about the shadow government in Calhoun County, which is under the “FACT OR FICTION” category over at the Underground, the “REAL” problems with “missing” evidence had not surfaced yet. So how did I know? Well, if I knew about such things way back then, perhaps OTHER important parts of that short story were “divinely inspired” as well. Maybe folks should read it again for some “insight”… How DOES she know these things……………..?

Glad I took an early lunch!
How it goes round here, at least until things evolved into a complete and total police state, would be the local badges would flat out ask you…
“…hey got anything growing this year”, and if you answered honestly with yes, a couple, which really meant four big ones out back, then you would be left alone and when the Christmas tree six to eight footers were fat and big around, come October, then you were usually good for “medicinal purposes only” AND YOU HAD NO PROBLEM kicking something down their way. Come April or May, when you were looking for your lost bag of shade leaves and tops, (that were picked so two more would grow in their place etc) around May, that’s when you wished you would have had just one more Xmas tree out back.
Funny though, how in May and all you got is leaf and the baby starts are in the ground, that you come to find leaf ain’t so bad at all, because that’s all you got anyway! Just got to roll em big!
Nowadays, you can’t even seem to get away with the personal, so what happens, the Mexican have to fill the gap with the big bales, still fresh, sticky and wet that had to travel all the way from Mexico, but look at it this way, “Just think about how many hungry Mexican families your feeding, well frankly, WV hungry families need to be fed too!
The only folks getting away with growing the big harvests are connected directly to the people running things, forcing everyone else to go indoors to grow the G13 seeds straight from the govt. hot houses.
It just aint right!
Lets see how much of that confiscated weed is just taken from the police evidence locker. So far round here, all of it is taken only leaving a few stems , because it was picked before it could even go to seed to say nothing about some of the plants being males….(yuck) and they think they got the kynde bud, what a joke!
crookedcountycrooks // September 13, 2007 at 11:35 p
PS putting the green leaf in the micro wave is not much fun and pathetic and all it does is make us glad we have made so many Mexican friends that seem to have the suitcase full of dinero!

Another thing about CRJ’s Drake, he gives confidential information regarding background checks of certain individuals to private individuals in order to spread gossip about the people. I know two people to whom he provided confidentital information about an gentleman whom was running for a public office. State employees are not to give out confidential information. Sgt. Drake’s superiors definitely need to do more checking on the Sarge’s conduct.

We have confidential information given to us last week. Photographs taken with HIDDEN CAMERA of State Troopers in Strip Club having a little too much fun. So far the head honcho said no don’t do it….relax!
But I say, it’s a little too much skin to put on this site and don’t see anyway to ya know, not show the showing part!
Well I guess we can save that for later.
Editors note: Actually the official word is, that actually we’re not sure if it is legal to show hidden camera stuff, also, the boss says only if the words Tora Tora Tora are sent and there is a declared war. Or else we could all end up like MIKE FISHER! Drive by shooting style, the three rounds in the chest up close, and throw the sheet over us while we are still breathing….sound familiar

LIFELESS BODY OF CALHOUN WOMAN DISCOVERED ALONG CREEK
(01/01/2009)
The lifeless body of a Calhoun woman was found early Thursday morning along Sycamore Creek near Russett, as Grantsville firemen searched the area.
Sheriff Allen Parsons said the woman had left her father’s house earlier, with her car apparently getting stuck or stopping on her father’s driveway, after which the victim appeared to have fallen over a steep hillside near the creek below.
Calhoun coroner Stacey Harlow was at the scene at 3:35 a.m.
The woman’s sister called 911 at 1:50 a.m. indicating the woman was missing from her car, after which a search of the area began.
Sheriff Parsons said “So far it’s unclear just what happened, the medical examiner will determine the cause.”
The temperature was in the teens early Thursday morning.
The body was discovered about 150 yards off the Left Fork of Sycamore Road, a short distance from a low-water bridge, about one-half mile from Rt. 7, Russett Road.
The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of family members.

BODY OF MELODY RUSH AT MEDICAL EXAMINER’S OFFICE – Discovered On Sycamore Creek New Year’s Day
(01/02/2009)
The State Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death of a Calhoun woman identified as Melody Rush, whose lifeless body was discovered beside Sycamore Creek early New Years Day.
Rush, in her early 30s, had been to the George Parsons residence at Russett New Year’s Eve night, after which her sister called 911 about 2 a.m. Thursday, stating she was missing from her car.
The car was near the Parsons residence, apparently stuck or stalled, after which she apparently fell over a steep hillside landing near Sycamore Creek, according to Sheriff Allen Parsons.
Grantsville volunteer firemen joined the search in an area about 150-yards below a low-water bridge, her body discovered as temperatures dropped to about 15 degrees.
