That upon reviewing certain pretrial motions the court noted that part of the basis for the defendant filing a motion to recuse the Prosecuting Attorney Gerald Hough, from prosecuting this case was related to information on two web sites–namely one Lone Meth Ranger and CalPatty Press.
So Richard (Dick) Facemire recused himself so as not to give the appearance of having his panties pulled to the side.
Thanks! NOT! Boy do we smell a rat!
You see we at the CalPatty Press have a damn good nose or two. We and others among our peers have smelled out quite a few rats, skunks and other bad critters long before they were found out, arrested, and now are farther down the road.
One long list of bad cops and public officials is what we’ve got now and Central WV truth blogs have given y’all the heads up well in advance!
I mean GOD DAMN ..we never did say anything about SGT CJ Ellyson stealing all the dope out the evidence locker, along with all the weed, and cash, and a weapon, and secret stash and other cool shit we were asked not to tell you about.
We never said anything about the mysterious shooting or gun shot wound either!
You know what? We are tired of shutting up!
But since, we were asked to please keep our mouths shut just this once, well, alright, but this is not like us.
We also have created some sort of record for bad public official per thousand people ratio.
In fact Central WV leads the Nation currently!

Drug addiction, the most incarcerated in the nation at 6 per 100 people,and police and judicial corruption!

The SS smelled a rat with Facemire as he had been asked to remove himself from cases before and mostly his attitude was , “Fuck you dude, I’m staying, got a problem with it?…Take it up with the Supreme Court!!”
I heard one lawyer say, “OK, that is exactly what we will do!”
Now that case is still in WV courts five years later!
So Facemire supposedly wants out…well that’s a first.
Then Judge Alsop gets to thinking, man, this thing doesn’t feel right at all.

Starcher reamed Facemire in 07 for taking over the court and acting as a prosecutor to the tune of 180 uncalled for questions of witnesses .

So Starcher is no stranger to misconduct by some of the key players in the sordid tale, soon to be told in this naked but not sun tanned county that is called CROOKED!
Plus to make matters worse the attorney for John Manis Richards on trial in Gilmer County had his office catch fire and burn down!
TWO attorneys for high profile Felony cases have had their office burn down while representing people the Crooked County Crooks that live next to the Crooked River want put away forever!

Gerald Hough will be looking to pull another rabbit out of his hat, but judge Starcher is the last judge in WV to ever let HOUGH get his hand in that hat.

Judge Starcher has been sent to Crooked County to clean it up, or shall I say clean it out. Several attorneys have voiced complaints about Hough and his transgression in numerous cases.
I work in the Capitol and I must say Gilmer County, Gerald Hough and misbehavior is common language around these corridors.
Facemire asked to be dismissed from the case in order to distance himself from the corruption Hough has created and is involved with in Gilmer County. Alsop however, was secretly requested to remove himself by a higher power. This higher power is gunning for Hough, and they are going to get him. You can bet in the Richards case, that Richards is gong to trial in order to expose Hough even further.
Our eyes are upon Gilmer County.

We heard a title 18 complaint is waiting to be filed against Hough in Federal District Court depending on the ruling of a Federal Judge. Information contained in a brief indicated that Hough along with the state witness(in Crooked Counties most expensive criminal case) conspired to present false evidence to a grand jury.

also it is sorta of funny how this chief of police is aloud to use the city vehicle for personal use, but that was the main reason that jd Nicholson was dismissed from duty. the chief is building a new house in the rowels run area of the county about 30 to 40 minutes from town, however he does not reside at the construction site, but he travels there and works on his hows in the city police vehicle. why should the citizens of the town have to pay for his leisure time activities?

Common stuff. I personally know someone who was pulled over in 2004 (or was it ‘03?) Not charged until late ‘05, been thru either 5 or 6 lawyers, and is STILL in the court system waiting to go to trial. Now held over until March. This case has been held over, well, I would guess about 15 to 20 times. AND there is obvious blackmail involved, proof in black and white, which should have had this case tossed out YEARS ago… We have one witness now deceased, one witness corrupt, and one who SWEARS she remembers every detail including the fact that she did not ever actually see the defendant associate with the other two… That is in ROANE County. As far as I can see, the bad apples of Gilmer, Calhoun, and Roane are all in the same basket.

The statute of limitations protects people from “a long time ago” cases in OTHER states but in WV there is NO SUCH STATUTE for any felony charge.
Therefore, rights brought forth to people in other states hold true.

Judge David Nibert may consider revoking Todd Smith’s Bond Monday. Information sent to the judge about Smith’s continually breaking the law and crime spree along with harassing local citizens while he has been free on Bond may prove to be Smith’s ticket back to jail. Smith’s Bond agreement states he is not to break any laws while on bond, Smith has done just that.
G.K. and Chief have provided information to Judge Nibert which will secure Smith a long stint of incarceration. A very, very long period of incarceration for Smith this time.
It is also rumored that the prosecutor is considering pulling the State’s plea agreement with Todd Smith as several statements provided by Smith against people have been proven to be false and fabricated.
According to Officials, Smith’s plea agreement was on a condition that he be truthful about facts contained in the statements he provided and to testify truthfully if called to do so. It has been proven Todd Smith lied about numerous facts contained in Statements regarding what Officials are now saying are fabrications by Todd Smith in order to gain a plea bargain for crimes he has committed.
It is one thing to RAT on someone with facts that are true. But Todd Smith has created and presented false statements in order to “TRY” to save his sorry ass from being prosecuted for crimes he commits. Sorry Mr. Smith but you and your false statements have been found out and proven to be false statements.

West Virginia State Police superintendent Timothy S. Pack has reported that he will relocate a current Trooper from the Grantsville State Police Detachment pursuant to ongoing citizen’s complaints and job performance regarding the Trooper. The Trooper’s name or details about citizen’s complaints or the Trooper’s job performance has not been released. Officials did say the Governor’s Office was in contact with Superintendent Pack regarding complaints about the Calhoun County Trooper.
