There was no LOVE for Hot Toddy this last February 14th. The PO PO after being presented with evidence, obtained a warrant for the search of the premises of Christopher Todd Smith, known to local Calhoun County folk as Hot Toddy the man that stole cash and a credit card off of a dead man.
As you can see by this search warrant below, Hot Toddy has been harassing more Calhoun County residents in an effort to take the heat off of himself for being investigated for what? …..arson! Correct! (right click photo below then left click view image to enlarge)
Hot Toddy is a known arsonist and also suspected of being the leader of a gang of criminals often referred to as the Fire Starting Cult! The CalPatty Press believes the CULT is responsible for numerous fires in Calhoun County.
Many times Hot Toddy has been accused of arson! We have received information from several confirmed sources, that even the police are fairly certain of crimes of criminal arson involving Hot Toddy. Search this site for pictures of the mysterious Calhoun County fires. We at the CalPatty Press feel that more than 70% of those fires Hot toddy is responsible for. Todd Smith has also been involved in mysterious deaths and has been on several occasions accused of rape!
We at the CalPatty Press believe Smith is more than guilty of all of the crimes he has been suspected of. He is allowed to roam the streets as a criminal because he is the main police informant for a rogue element of crooked law enforcement and crooked prosecutors known as the Crooked County Crooks!

The warrant was started on the (13th) when Hunt made his complaint to the undersigned magistrate of said county,thennnnnnnnn Alfred Lamp went to barracks on the 14 of Feb.at 0900. How did they start the warrant before the complaint was made by Lamp? I can more than assure you i am by no means on toddy side,he needs put away big time! The part about the dead man,they may have killed him who knows? They are 2 bad smelly pees in a pod and need to be stopped?

All it took was two letters and three phone calls to get the support of the KKK from the local SS. Whites are being wrongfully convicted and wrongfully prosecuted and persecuted by nigger loving mother fuckers like Gerald B Hough and a few other rogue officials that believe they can steal from and ruin the lives of law abiding white people.
We were able to argue and later prove that the local powers that be, have set their sights on handing out long jail terms for non-violent crimes to whites only. Discussion on finally getting rid of the pesky pest Smith has recently been discussed by the SS.
Certain local political figures have made it known that they desire him gone, but the new prosecutor is trying to get some info she can use from a snitch usually only good for inaccurate information at best.
Most likely, the powers that be will see that the famed Hot Toddy will be floating down the Crooked River or looking at a very long jail term soon for the arson investigation that is underway. Smith could be looking at 1 to 10 times three soon!

I wonder if anything is going to be said about the $200.00 worth of hams and turkey at thanksgiving that Smith purchased/stole for nearly nothing at Foodland in grantsville? Drives around in an Avalanche living at Buffalo Rock $600 month. Burn another one down. Half a century ago there would have been a lynch mob after him. Editors: The book entitled Hot Toddy, that was reviewed recently, which is a fiction account loosely based on Hot Toddy and his loose girlfriend, Lunacy Lucy, and her trained Gila Monster…. well at the end of the book, Todd is found floating down the crooked river and hangs up on a sand bar down round Big Bend.

Judge David Nibert rejected a plea agreement yesterday in Calhoun Circuit Court sought by Grantsville resident Christopher Todd Smith, indicating Smith has a long list of criminal charges in several counties.
The action means Smith will stand trial, likely in June.
Smith had pled guilty to “conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver with an unknown individual,” after police said they discovered a gallon bag of marijuana in his residence in 2007.
During that same incident, Smith was cleared of charges filed against him for allegedly shooting a BB gun at a Charleston Gazette newspaper carrier, indicating a problem with inconsistent testimony.
Smith’s attorney Tom Whittier said, “I ask your honor to accept this plea,” after Whittier reviewed Smith’s long criminal record, making corrections to court documents.
Judge Nibert responded by saying “I’ve given this matter a lot of consideration about accepting this agreement, with Smith paying a fine and walking away.”
Nibert continued, Smith “Has an almost 20 year history [of crimes] and I’m not going to accept this agreement.”
Whittier objected to the presence of the Hur Herald in the courtroom related to taking photographs. Judge Nibert advised Whittier the court is a public forum and the Circuit Court allows photography with some limited exceptions.
Whittier asked the court, “How many people do you know who have made such an effort [to reform]?”, saying Smith has obtained 91 hours of college credit in criminal justice at Glenville State College.
“When not going to school, he has been in business. He has tried to reform himself,” Whittier said. “His glass is half-full, not half-empty … His record is exceptional … toward being a productive citizen.”
Smith has maintained he was not aware who owned the drug found in his residence.
Speaking on his own behalf, Smith told Judge Nibert he didn’t feel like he had done anything (wrong) that he was trying to get an education and better himself.
Smith’s plea agreement had said “That the defendant agrees to appear and truthfully testify as to all matters within his knowledge when summoned by any party in any criminal matter,” among other conditions.
The state had also agreed to dismiss any charges pending against Kelly Lawson, related to the case.
Smith remains on bond until his trial.
