In a long drawn out ordeal, John Manis Richards, aka, The Lone Meth Ranger will be appearing in court once again April 17th, to hear motions related to charges involving the alleged stealing of equipment and materials from Hardman Supply of Glenville in July, 2007.
The Ranger will be facing the most dishonest, low down dirty, Crooked County Prosecutor Gerald B Hough. The man who manipulated the court system so that Calhoun County former Chief Deputy Bandy could walk away from 8 felony charges, along with his girlfriend with the red knee’s April McCroskey who committed her crime while an employee for the County of Calhoun.

It took about one year of low down dirty rotten court dealing for Hough to get Bandy off, while April could do it in just a couple of minutes!

It was such a blatant injustice, even the other Crooked County Crooks that the inexperienced dishonest prosecutor associated with… had to turn their heads away and claim that they had no part or no interest in the law action.
Hough through an illegal voting slate, involving the former Gilmer County Circuit Court Clerk David Lame Smith, has managed to keep his low paying prosecutor position, as well as the special prosecutor position of Calhoun County.
Yeah, Hough is special alright. He is especially crooked! That is a proven fact!

Dang me, with LAME gone there will be one less Crooked County Crook to bring justice to at the hands of the people. I guess that means we will have more time to catch HOUGH at what he is best at….making his own rules!
In fact, after being presented with evidence and court record of previous dishonest procedure, involving dishonest complaining and state witnesses, from prior Gerald Hough botched cases, the Ranger’s attorney petitioned the court, in regard to the fact, that Gerry Hough, was the most crooked of all central WV prosecutors according to documents presented to this attorney and reviewed.
Also, the court was presented with a petition and motion to recuse Judge Richard A. Facemire; in the request for recusal, documents were presented to Richards attorney that certainly showed that Facemire was at the very least a dishonest judge, therefore attorney Kevin Hughart ask that Facemire be recused.
Kevin Hughart soon thereafter had his office burned down for his trouble. Oh, you can say that is a long shot conclusion, but really, what the fuck would you know about it? Since, indeed it is the CalPatty Press that are bringing YOU the facts.
Facts are Hughart’s office burned down in another mysterious fire. The man we know that is known to be responsible for all the mysterious Calhoun fires claims to be a good friend of Judge Facemire. That person happens to be the most well known confidential informant for some local crooked county officials. Those are some facts!
Judicial disqualification was certainly justified, in the petition against Facemire even being near a courtroom for this one!
Facemire was recused from the case last October, saying “That upon reviewing certain pretrial sections, the Court noted that part of the basis from the Defendant filing a motion to recuse the prosecuting attorney Gerald Hough from prosecuting this case was related to information on two web sites … “Lone Meth Ranger” and “Cal Patty Press.”
“The Court reviewed those web pages and noted that there were allegations and innuendo that Richard A. Facemire was not impartial and unbiased,” he said.
Gerry HOUGH claims to be best friends with State Trooper Sgt Ellyson that was fired for getting involved in evidence from a Meth investigation turning up missing! Just missing…along with some cash, guns and marijuana.

Larry V. Starcher, former Supreme Court court justice, that voted against Facemire regarding the “Travesty of Justice” (case that is now in it’s 6th year) has been recalled for temporary assignment to hear the Richards case.
From the study of the ‘Travesty” case Justice Starcher is well aware of the dishonest procedure of Gerald B Hough and Judge Facemire.

Gerry Hough has placed himself in a position that will end his legal career. Richards is set to prove Hough knowing violated the law. The Judge hearing the Richards case could have Hough arrested for misconduct and various forms of law violations. Voices have been heard by the WV Supreme Court; secret alliances have formed and action will soon be taken against Gerry B. Hough.
Hough, your friend has did some talking. Oh that hurts!

When are they going to put Hot Toddy back in jail? This coming April, was it the 6th. I want to be in court that day to talk to the judge and let the judge in on some more of his fucked up shit. Maybe we can get Hot Toddy and some of the Fire Starting Cult people some time away so our streets will be safe.

This has got to be the most interesting trial in years, given the fact that; Facemire and Alsop recused themselves. Is it because private investigators are already looking to bust Hough for past wrongdoing? That is what I a heard.

By the way, the Rangers attorney called him yesterday and informed him that Gerry Hough asked the Rangers’ attorney to represent him in a civil case.
John Manis Richards attorney informed him that although he did not take Hough’s civil case, he felt he should inform Richards that Hough did ask for representation but Richard’s attorney felt it would be a conflict because he represents John Manis Richards.
WHAT THE FUCK… Hough knew who Richards attorney is…
Hough doesn’t want Richards to have a good attorney and was willing to sacrifice his ethics to do it.
Hough is making an effort to try to maneuver Richards into a position, in which he has poor representation. A good example of poor representation would be F John Oshoway as an attorney.
Oshoway is an attorney that will play ball with crooked county crooks; and dishonest judges like Facemire, and dishonest lawyers like Hough that use the power of the prosecutors office for his own selfish and evil purposes of shameless self promotion and self gain.

We are hoping that Richards’ lawyer is a good one, but remember as long as they are getting a state paycheck from being a public defender, then, they don’t want to step on too many toes defending clients considered undesirable by the powers that be.
In the Travesty case, on the court record on page 240, Judge Facemire threatens F John Oshoway (who was paid cash by the defendant) from Calhoun County with being assigned no more cases, unless he plays ball!
It was only later investigators discovered that Oshoway made most of his money as a public pretender, much to the disappointment of his client that wasted thousands on him.
Oshoway did play ball with the judge to the detriment of his client, and that mistake cost tax payers an amount that has exceeded 500,000 in court costs for WVSC USDC and now the 4th circuit federal court in Virginia.
Oshoway was highly criticized by the Supreme Court for his performance in his case. It was a perfect example of ineffective assistance of counsel.
The Supreme court appellate attorney stated for the record that his mother could have done a better job as defense trial counsel.
Lets hope the same mistakes are not made in Lone Meth Ranger trial.

I guess it time for a confession.I don’t have any regrets, I look at the stupid shit I do as a lesson to learn from. I love talking, maybe sometimes too much. I flirt, but only in a friendly way and in the same way to all people do. I tend to tease guys without realizing it when I’m pulling some time in CRJ, and it can get me into trouble, so heads up. I bite…. but I am really trying to quit. I don’t smoke anything since getting busted again with a gallon size plastic bag of weed, nobody ever weighed it and they never plan on it.
I plan on never smoking again, except maybe a guy or two in Mount Olive!
