You may notice we take our facts from actual court documents and then post those documents.
Central West Virginia state, city and county governments are struggling to evict and “find out” the corrupt. We at the CalPatty Press bring you the facts that you WON”T GET ANYWHERE ELSE IN WV because the powers that be use THREATS and intimidation to prevent bad press.
A good example of this was the information we provided to the public involving the MISCONDUCT of Judge Richard A Facemire.
If the castigating and berating by the West Virginia Supreme Court did not appear in a Baltimore newspaper we would have never even been aware that Facemire fucked up pulling his usual antics to the degree that the Supreme Court had to reverse one of his cases because his courtroom behavior was way over the top!
NOT ONE WV PAPER CARRIED THE STORY ABOUT FACEMIRE!
Only the CalPatty Press covered the matter locally and only because we had some inside information from and associate of the court in Charleston.
GERRY HOUGH IS JUST AS GUILTY AND JUST AS FUCKED AS FACEMIRE… when facts are revealed about the suppression of evidence not only in the Lone Meth Ranger case, but also the “Travesty” case that is in it’s second year of federal court after being before the West Virginia Supreme Court for two years!
Evidence that was suppressed in the “Travesty” case will be made available to Richards attorney and also investigators involved in the law action being brought in federal court, in which Hough and a WV State Witness are being accused of a crime of suppressing evidence knowingly.
A prime example of how Hough works was just in the National News Spotlight!
Prosecutors accused Senator Stevens (Alaska) of failing to disclose hundreds of thousands of dollars of “freebies” from an oilfield services company on Senate ethics forms. But in December, an unnamed FBI whistle-blower accused prosecutors of withholding evidence from the defense, and the Justice Department asked a judge to dismiss the charges against Stevens on Wednesday.
“His name is cleared,” Stevens’ lawyer, Brendan Sullivan, told reporters. “He is innocent of the charges, as if they’d never been brought.”
Evidence existed all along that cleared Stevens and the same type of evidence was suppressed in the “Travesty” case in which “Facemire” has also been accused of misconduct and lying to the judicial investigation commission.
Hough is now pulling the same crap with the Johnny Richards case!

We can prove what we say and intend on proving it in WV courts of law, as the matter warrants. We are seeking to bring the issues of corruption to the forefront and into the court room; and further invite any civil action that bruised confused corrupt ego’s may have out there.
…for we were told by our attorney consultants that would be the fastest way to bring the truth to the courtroom would be a civil battle. That way we would get mainstream press and all the dirt can be released to a large audience just like we like!

This document is a prime example of Hough manipulation of the courts. Gerry Hough makes sure that incriminating tapes do not make it into a court room and impeach his state witnesses.
Hough pulled this same trick with the Travesty Case and got the help of Grantville, WV attorney F John Oshoway. When Oshoway was asked (more than ten times) why he did not bring forth the tape that was evidence and proof that could have proved his client was not guilty, he had no answer. This was info that William Martin former Braxton County Prosecutor had gathered for his client as defense counsel.
Now the matter of the suppression of that evidence is being presented in a federal court along with the tape that is a digital cd that has been produced and equalized for radio airplay.
Hough was going to destroy the evidence against him this time!
….and he did! Evident by the fact that this document discloses the facts that TAPES CAME UP MISSING because HOUGH is a CROOK from Crooked County!
Here is the second page of documents filed with the court in the case of John Manis Richards aka The LONE METH RANGER! This page is a COVER UP to the fact that HOUGH was playing DIRTY POOL by trying to hire Johnny’s lawyer to do represent him in a civil matter. A ploy to make Johnny’s lawyer to have a conflict so that he couldn’t represent him.
Houghs ploy tried to deny Johnny the right of adequate counsel by purposely getting all up and in Johnny’s business by contacting his lawyer and offering him cash to do some work for him. Almost a bribe of Johnny’s lawyer, and Hough was found out when the attorney disclosed the matter as explained in the document below.
The funniest part of this poorly worded and poorly written document is that there is a reference to libelous comments and publication.
It is not libel if it is true bitch! Got that you low life piece of shit! IF you have a problem with what is said about your lying cheating ass then bring it punk! Bring some law action. We can back up all that is said about the dishonest Gerald B. Hough!
Obviously Hough himself is confused in the fact that he actually had to admit on court documents that he got caught trying to hire Johnny’s defense counsel with cash dollars thus making the attorney to have a conflict and not be able to defend the Lone Meth Ranger.

You will notice by documents in this article that David LAME Smith the Gilmer County Circuit Court Clerk helped Gerry Hough commit a crime by making evidence just disappear. Evidence the defense needed to prove INTENT of misconduct.
This is the type of thing that is wrong with the judicial system in WV and America.
Gerry Hough and David LAME Smith have committed this sort of crime several times before.

I think it is time for me to personally thank the Calpatty Press and its Editor and Reporters for gathering and reporting the news without fear against very powerful people who certainly must feel they are above the law. Oh yes, I must also thank the Editor of the CCC (Crooked County Crooks) and Calhoun UnderGround.
You guys deserve recognition for educating the masses not simply about corruption, but against social and judicial injustice in small towns by people who think they can make their own rules at the expense of the common man.
Thank you for standing with me in my fight against the corruption ring in Gilmer County.
These same officials had me charged with bogus charges in Wood and Calhoun County whereas two magistrates in Wood County and the Honorable Judge Jeff Reed dismissed the bogus charges. A Calhoun magistrate also dismissed the bogus charges initiated by the Gilmer County corruption ring after Calhoun Prosecutor reviewed the evidence and stated that she could not dispute defense evidence.
These corrupt officials are being found out, and their power and credibility has diminished.
Again, I thank you all for being fearless in your fight against the corrupt few.

Smith requested an officer shortly after 1 p.m. Easter Sunday because he is a pussy and can’t handle his own problems according to people on the scene in town.
The incident allegedly happened inside the store where there are TV cameras. So the truth will be told by the video, and this time Smith won’t be wearing a hood to protect his identity
Cpl. Jeff Hunt responded to the call and had to listen to the usual mad Todd Smith rhetoric that was the same thing over and over again. Blah blah blah…..

State Police are investigating a 911 complaint by Grantsville resident Christopher Todd Smith.
Smith reported that Grantsville mayor Gary Knight struck him, apparently in the face, in the Dollar General Store on Main Street .
Smith indicated the altercation erupted following an alleged dispute.
Smith requested an officer shortly after 1 p.m. Easter Sunday.
The incident allegedly happened inside the store where there are TV cameras.
Cpl. Jeff Hunt responded to the call.

The city government pays a personal price for the county government, that want to let their police informants run amuk and terrorize the local people just so they can get some inaccurate information about innocent people that have nothing to do with any illegal activity. Smith always gives the cops bad info in exchange for getting to create local criminal situations. TWO CALHOUN RESIDENTS MURDERED ON SYCAMORE CREEK!!
Investigators arrived quickly to a rural Calhoun creek about two miles off State Rt. 16 at Millstone, following a report of two victims found SHOT to DEATH!
Better check on the whereabouts of cult members for this one!
Double murder on Left Fork Rd. PO PO says about two miles from State Rt. 16 at Millstone, known locally as Sycamore Creek.

GUNSHOT VICTIMS DESCRIBED IN THEIR 50′S
The victims, a man and his wife, moved to the area from Ohio about 2001, after which they built a house. A very very very fine house, with two cats in the yard/
Earlier today a woman called 911 to report her parent’s house had been broken in to and both of her parents were dead, according to M Baylous, a State Police spokesperson!
Locals described the family as “good neighbors.”
The names are being withheld to allow time for notification of next-of-kin.
A daughter in her 20s discovered their bodies.
The couple had three children that at one time attended Calhoun High School.
I would be willing to bet that this is a drug related homicide and that locals are involved and highly likely someone involved with the fire starting cult since they control the pill trade in Calhoun County along with the PO PO and Todd Smith!

Mike 51 and Julie Flanagan 52, from OHIO were the victims found shot to death whose bodies were discovered by their daughter just before noon today!
WSAZ-TV says investigators have a strong lead in the case.
Sycamore Creek is near Millstone where you take the left fork in the road to the home where the couple was murdered and is a short distance from State Rt 16, not far, as the crow flies from Arnoldsburg.

If he were not protected by a circuit court judge that is just as dishonest as he is, then, most certainly he would not get away with half the shit that he does. I will make it a point to be in the courtroom the day Hough presents these documents to Starcher.

The LONE METH RANGER hearing scheduled for today before Justice Starcher special appointed circuit court judge was postponed with no new date pending.
So to CC who was going to be wired up (but good) don’t bother showing up tomorrow er…later today! I am going back to bed!
For now the deal is off, but plenty of time to get incriminating evidence on Hough.
After all he makes his own rules, it’s just a matter of time.
…and we got lots of that!
Hopefully Justice Starcher is considering the crimes committed by HOUGH and LAME SMITH circuit court clerk.

The only reason for CC taking precautions is because Court Reporters like KELLY WHITE are dishonest as hell, and either they are told to redact documents or they do it on their own.
Soon Kelly White will be confronted with the fact she covered for Judge Facemire.
Many of us feel she should probably do jail time for what she did….and guess what?!
We can prove it!
The real transcript from the audio DOES NOT match the transcript that she brought forth for the court. She covered for Facemire’s misconduct and is caught, but yet has had to receive any punishment.
It’s sad when members of the court like LAME SMITH and KELLY WHITE are so dishonest that people have to bring in professionals just to get to the real truth and to protect themselves against some real bullshit dishonest son’s of bitches.
The real real sad thing is that this is how Gilmer County has been conducting their court for years.

Remember, I am married and nobody gets any special reward except you know who.
YOUR special reward is Hough’s ASS when what he says in court does not match the court record because he got to the court reporter and had it changed just like Facemire did.
I can’t wait to see Facemire listening to himself say things that he denied saying to the judicial investigation commission because Kelly White or some other redacted the court record.
The federal judge would ask,
“So what do you have to say for yourself?”
“Is what you said on the CD just a figment of all of our imaginations?”

Lying, deceitfulness and dirty dishonest dealings play an integral part of the Crooked County process.
This is especially true when people are involved with Gerry Hough and Crooked County legal proceedings. Stretching the truth in the legal arena to Gerry Hough is as American as apple pie, since many in Crooked County fervently believe that the truth has very little to do with the law anyway. The truth only gets in the way of the Crooked County agenda!
