So far members of the Secret Seven from Central West Virginia …a secret society that was formed to put a stop to crimes in our local community– and to stop lawless local public officials from raping women under the threat of arrest, stealing tax money from property tax payments, and stealing drugs from the evidence locker and then selling them on the black market– as well as other criminal behavior by rogue cops and dirty public officials…and so far the SS proved this illegal behavior existed, then made sure some of those bastards were found out.
“The SS found out about some bad elements in Law Enforcement, then reported on it, then proved that… as unbelievable as it all sounded–it was ALL TRUE!”

The SS also have reported on bad cops and their police informants , which are also suspected of committing murders, extortion, torture …and threatening the lives of law abiding citizens!
…the SS are once again on the cutting edge of finding out the real truth in the Flanagan DOUBLE Murder!
It was the Secret Seven along with the Team Rangers that discovered and reported on the criminal activities of the Powers that Be and have brought many a bad cop down, just to see some of them…. like Calhoun County Chief Deputy Bandy and Sgt C SHANE Dellinger, along with State Trooper CJ Ellyson get off scott free!
…Saved by BAD JUDGES like Richard A Facmire ; along with outrageous misconduct and a great talent for manipulating the court system led by trickster and fix-it-man Gerald B Hough from Gilmer County, also known as Crooked County!
It has been proven from birth records that some elite members of the Secret Seven are direct descendants of hero’s that made our country great, fighting against the Yankee’s in the Civil War with the band of Moccasin Ranger Guerrilla fighters from Central WV.
It it were not for the Secret Seven and the Team Rangers these bad cops and corrupt public officials would have never been found out. They would still be raping women and giving them the choice of sucking dick and being mauled or going to jail. Those bad cops would still be ruining peoples lives and dealing drugs to police informants and making a profit from illegal activities!
Quite a list of crimes by public officials have been racked up, but much of the criminal activity of those local public officials and corrupt police has not yet been revealed. Plenty of dirty dealings to tell you about soon!
State Police will be conducting a polygraph tomorrow regarding the Flanagan Murder Case. Seems State Police have lifted finger prints from the Front Door on the Flanagan Home and wish to conduct a polygraph examination on the person those finger prints belong to.
Therefore, Robbie Sampson has agreed to take a polygraph which will be conducted by the men in Green at the Grantsville Detachment. Other individuals of interest to the Green Shirts are the Cash boys who left the area shortly after the Murders. The Cash boys left town in a hurry for the State of Tennessee. Also a person being looked at for information by the Green Shirts Boys is Grantsville Man Rick Myers.

The Flanagan Daughter shortly after finding her parents shot to death in their home, ran from the home and went to Danny “Nub” Marks home where she called 911. Information provided to Rina McCoy and members of the Secret Seven has brought forth information that NUB Marks was definitely seen in the immediate area very close to the ACTUAL time of the double murder!
Marks is also believed to be a confidential informant and is definitely on the SS SNITCH List!
Word has it that this leaked information came from local State Police Trooper Doug Starcher who also reported that the Mobile Home on the Flanagan property was a High Tech Grow Lab for some very high dollar high potent marijuana!
It has been reported that Starcher stated that the Mobile Home Grow Lab could produce several hundred thousands dollars of marijuana within six to eight months. According to Starcher, high tech grow lights were utilized. As soon as Trooper Starcher provides more case information we will pass it on.

Members of the Secret Seven were once again correct about the possible drug robbery connection and had information that led to “NUB” being the number one person of interest right out of the gate, while it was all fresh in everyone’s mind.
Now that too much time has gone by, much of the evidence has been compromised– and the usual destruction of evidence and general bad handling of the crime scene, has left this investigation totally cluster fucked, as we predicted would happen.
NO OTHER WV news outlet has even given the public the slightest hint of any truthful information about this murder. They have not reported shit!
Further, no mainstream WV news outlets were even the slightest bit interested in reporting on this murder! ….because they are controlled by the Powers that Be!
Pretty soon, you would have just never heard another word about it!
Nobody is going to say shit… without being told what to say and how to say it!
Except of course, the CalPatty Press. Otherwise the coverage of the local Calhoun County murder was outright pitiful in reference to any WV news source.
In fact the news coverage of this story by WV mainstream press is a mother fucking disgrace!
Y’all ought to be ashamed! Y’ all are about worthless when it comes to reporting what the hell is really going on!

I have to agree with what was said about the News coverage for this Calhoun County double murder.
It just goes to show you that there are NO DECENT reporters for TV or the newspaper in the entire state!
Rina McCoy is about the best the state has for investigative reporting and the powers that be will be wanting to lock her up soon for the things that are soon to be revealed on the WV truth blogs.
Maybe that is why there are no decent reporters, but quite frankly there have been no good ones for years in WV.
To earthmother, is that one guy on the video from a England or something? He sure talks funny.

Lewis County hunter found dead // April 30, 2009 at 10:06 p
A two-day search for a missing Lewis County hunter ended grimly around noon Tuesday when rescuers discovered the body of 32-year-old Shawn Stewart in the Wolf Run area near Stonewall Jackson Lake.
First Sgt. Jeff Ford of the West Virginia State Police said the area in which the Walkersville man was found has been secured as a crime scene, and the investigation as to the official cause of the death is continuing.
“Any time an individual is found deceased, we treat it as if it were the worst,” Ford said.
The search for Stewart began around 3 p.m. Monday after his hunting companions could not locate him. According to Ford, Stewart and the two men were turkey hunting in the Vandalia area, and Stewart had dropped them off along the Stonewall Jackson Lake shoreline before going off to find his own hunting spot.
The trio was supposed to meet up again around 11 a.m., Ford said, but didn’t. The two men went in search of Stewart after locating the boat anchored along the lake, but could not find him. Law enforcement was quickly notified to assist in the search.
By Tuesday morning, about 75 volunteers from as far away as Charlottesville, Va., had come to the lake to help in finding Stewart. Those searchers were aided by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department, Landmark Forestry, the American Red Cross, the Walkersville and Flatwood volunteer fire departments, the Lewis County Emergency Medical Squad, the West Virginia Division of Forestry, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources and the Barbour County Tactical Search and Rescue unit.
Searchers also utilized boats, and the state police put at least two helicopters in the air to aid in the efforts. Local restaurants sent food and water for the search teams.
“There was a lot of support from the community,” Ford said. “There were lots of places that were pitching in.”
Stewart was described as an avid sportsman and in good health. Lt. Jim Vance of the WVDNR said Stewart was familiar with the area, having hunted it for most of his life.
Monday marked the opening of the spring turkey season, and Vance said it is not uncommon to have these types of incidents. Blaze orange is not required to be worn by the hunters because it can be seen by the turkey, so most hunters wear full camouflage when taking to the woods. He said the area surrounding the lake is a popular destination for turkey hunters.
“There were shots heard around the lake,” he said. “Whether they are connected to this, we don’t know.”

ON another corrupt note: here is some news about yet another Crooked Circuit Court Judge that is in the same club as Judge Facemire!
calpattypress Says:
April 30, 2009 at 5:22 pm e
Another Good EXAMPLE of another BAD circuit court judge
LEWISBURG — An attorney’s effort to have Greenbrier County Circuit Judge James J. Rowe disqualified from hearing a civil case has brought to light an ethics complaint against the judge that would otherwise have remained shrouded in secrecy.
Barry Bruce, a Lewisburg attorney who unsuccessfully challenged Rowe in last fall’s general election, filed a complaint against the judge with the Judicial Investigation Commission on Jan. 7. In that complaint, Bruce alleges Rowe made “a false statement of material fact” when taking the state bar exam in 1978.
Bruce claims Rowe misrepresented his academic credentials. Rowe obtained his law degree from the International School of Law, which was never accredited by the American Bar Association, according to the complaint.
In an April 2 letter to the JIC, Rowe acknowledged “at the time of my graduation my law school had not yet been accredited.” He continued, “Members of my class of what was then known as the International School of Law were granted permission to sit for the Virginia State Bar exam.”
Rowe passed the Virginia Bar exam in July 1977; he was admitted to the state bar in the Old Dominion that fall. The next year, he was advised by a member of the West Virginia State Bar that he could take the West Virginia Bar exam if he could demonstrate he had successfully passed the bar exam in another state, Rowe wrote the JIC. He passed the West Virginia exam in February 1978.
Generally, JIC proceedings are confidential until the commission makes a determination that probable cause exists to pursue disciplinary action against the judge against whom the complaint was filed. At that point, the nine-member commission refers the matter on to the state Supreme Court for action. Then, and only then, is even the existence of the complaint publicly confirmed, according to Jennifer Bundy, the high court’s public information officer.
This particular complaint saw the light of day because of a motion made by attorney Carl Roncaglione Jr. seeking Rowe’s disqualification to preside over a case involving a land dispute between David Ryder and First National Bank. Roncaglione represents Ryder.
In an April 14 letter to Chief Justice Brent Benjamin, Rowe notes the arguments presented by Roncaglione in favor of recusal echo the allegations Bruce made to the JIC in January. Certain supporting documents, including copies of Bruce’s complaint and Rowe’s response, were placed in the civil case file at the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
Rowe maintains there is no basis for his disqualification from the Ryder civil case, just as there is no basis for Bruce’s complaint to the JIC.
As of Wednesday, the chief justice had not responded to Rowe’s letter regarding the recusal, nor did the Supreme Court clerk’s office have any record of a JIC recommendation regarding Bruce’s complaint.
As to the latter issue, Bundy said, “That just means that no probable cause has been found. So either the Judicial Investigation Commission is still investigating or they’re finished and no probable cause for further action was found.”
WATCH THE FUCKING CROOKS COME OUT OF THE WOOD WORK FOR THIS ONE!
For one thing Justice Benjamin has NO BUSINESS being the Chief Justice after taking a three million dollar bribe to fuck our state in the Massey Coal case.
In fact the republican party should have given him the boot and told him to stand on the CROOKED DEMOCRAT side where he belongs!
The Judicial Investigation Commission is a politically led joke!
This particular issue should further endorse our thoughts on that! All of them are no good dirty rotten son’s of bitches that will never rule against a circuit court judge unless he rapes a nun in the church in front of everyone, and even then they would give some lame ass excuse about there being no proof!

MAYOR KNIGHT PLEADS NO CONTEST TO EASTER SUNDAY BATTERY CHARGE
(05/01/2009)
Grantsville Mayor Gary Knight has plead no contest to a battery charge filed against him related to an Easter Sunday incident with Grantsville resident Christopher Todd Smith.
Knight, according to the criminal compliant filed by Sgt. J. E. Skidmore of the WV State Police, “did unlawfully and intentionally make physical contact in a provoking nature,” when the mayor walked into the Dollar General Store and “walked past the victim waiting in the check-out lane.”
The incident was captured on the store’s surveillance camera.
“After a few words were exchanged, (Knight) attempted to knock the victim’s cap off his head and then lightly slapped the victim on the cheek with his open hand.”
The mayor appeared before Magistrate Rick Postalwait on April 22, and was fined $25 and $164.53 court costs.

LONE METH RANGER IN COURT IN CROOKED COUNTY MAY 4th
Judge Starcher set a hearing date for the Motion to Recuse Hough and for the Motion to Dismiss due to missing tapes for this Monday, May 4th at 2:00 P.M.
Several other motions will also be filed such as having finger prints resubmitted to State Police Lab etc.
Hough is accused of misleading officials into thinking fingerprints in the investigation are those of the famous Lone Meth Ranger, when he himself has to know any attempt to prove fingerprints belong to the Meth Ranger are futile.
It is predicted that HOUGH intends to mislead the court regarding the results saying the prints could not be tested.
The prints can be tested but Hough knows the prints are not those of the Lone Meth Ranger aka John Manis Richards.
Gerald B Hough has proven time and time again to be nothing more than a dishonest son of a bitch. Certainly not someone to look up to as a community leader.
This is an official CalPatty Press/Press release and can be used by other media to report on the matter of the court hearing.

LONE METH RANGER UPDATE PUBLISHED BY HUR HERALD
JOHN MANIS RICHARDS TRIAL SLATED IN GILMER
(05/02/2009)
Grantsville resident John Manis Richards is scheduled for trial in Gilmer County May 18-20, related to charges involving the alleged stealing of equipment and materials from Hardman Supply of Glenville in July, 2007.
Richards’ trial has had several delays, most recently because his attorney’s office burned to the ground, destroying Richards’ files.
Attorney Christopher Moffatt has been appointed to the case, replacing Kevin Hughart.
Two judges have now recused themselves from hearing the Richards case.
Gilmer Circuit Judge Jack Alsop advised the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Appeals that he was assigned to the Richard’s case following the recusal of the Honorable Richard A. Facemire.
Alsop said upon a review of the reasons for recusal, he felt he should also be removed from the case.
Facemire was recused from the case last October, saying “That upon reviewing certain pretrial sections, the Court noted that part of the basis from the defendant filing a motion to recuse the prosecuting attorney Gerald Hough from prosecuting this case was related to information on two web sites … ‘Lone Meth Ranger’ and ‘Cal Patty Press.’ ” “The Court reviewed those web pages and noted that there were allegations and innuendo that Facemire was not impartial and unbiased,” he said.
Honorable Larry V. Starcher, former Supreme Court justice, has been recalled for temporary assignment to hear the Richards case.
Richards was indicted in March, 2008 on three counts involving the Hardman Supply incident, where he allegedly took a delivery truck worth $30,000 and $3,200 in building materials and tools.
Richards had been eluding authorities for several months when he was spotted and arrested by Gilmer Sheriff Mickey Metz.
A 2003 case accused Richards with the theft of about $13,000 worth of materials from Hardman’s or other outlets.
Richards is known for his web site “The Lone Meth Ranger,” where he claims to battle the production of the illicit drug in the region and defends himself from charges filed against him.
Richards is well-known to the court system, with a high profile meth case against him being dismissed after Grantsville State Police lost the evidence.
State Police declined to confirm the findings of an internal investigation of Sgt. C. J. Ellyson, who advised former Calhoun prosecutor Matt Minney that he had thrown the meth evidence away.
Ellyson was reportedly fired from the agency over the lost evidence and other alleged incidents, none of which the agency will confirm.
The Richards case was one of only two for alleged Calhoun-originated meth making incidents brought forth by the Grantsville State Police during the past ten years.
Hundreds of meth-related arrests have been made in neighboring counties, some of them linked to Calhoun citizens.
FORMER GRANTSVILLE POLICE CHIEF LIKELY STRUCK BY BALL BAT
(05/02/2009)
Former Grantsville police chief J. D. Nicholson, according to the Times Record-Roane County Reporter, was allegedly struck by a ball bat by an unknown assailant on his front porch.
Nicholson, a resident of Walton, was life-flighted to a Charleston hospital, where he was treated and released.
Roane County deputy sheriff Mike King said at least two people appear to be involved in the altercation. “There was one guy in the driveway and one who hit him from behind,” he said.
King said no charges have been filed, but the sheriff’s department is following up on leads.
Nicholson, who also worked for the Calhoun Sheriff’s department as a process server, was an unsuccessful candidate for Roane County sheriff last year.

Amber Lamp Death…..
In my honest opinion I believe John Huffman should be held fully accountable for her death….It has been said by the kind folks where this accident happened that Amber could be heard screaming at him to slow down but he wouldn’t!!!! Mr. Huffman is well known for his ATV antics…ie habitually running his ATV across the road just as a car passes….It is also known that he was rather intoxicated on the night in question.
What really digs it deep for me though is the fact that to save face and trying to keep his skin out of the fire, he is now saying that SHE was the one driving the ATV!!!!!! I surely hope that someone gets a hold of him before the cops do….For once in our lil wide spot I would like justice to be served.
