Cash was arrested on the drug charges as a result of a statement made (about the murders) by an unidentified person during the police’s murder investigation, according to the official criminal complaint, state trooper FL Hammack recently stated, for the record.
That yet to be identified person claims…that by Cash’s own words he implicated himself in the murder.
As reported earlier in the CalPatty Press, Rina McCoy had information that Cash was certainly involved in this murder, and this murder certainly involved a drug robbery or drug deal gone bad.
Our earlier reports had suggested that Cash had stolen marijuana from the scene of the double murder, and was shaking down the place for money and drugs.
Very possibly Cash, Nub Marks and several yet-to-be-identified Calhoun County residents have been active in the sale of drugs of high grade marijuana with a very high THC content in the local area (kynde buds) and were connected to the tragic killing at the Millstone farm. Also it is believed that Cash as well as other Calhoun County residents are involved with persons that are also manufacturing meth. Although, our information indicates the Flanagan couple were not involved with Meth or the sale or even the use of meth. Lets make that perfectly clear!
The Meth could very well (according to information received) been imported from Laurel, Mississippi where Cash was known to be involved in a drug ring with individuals known to be involved in manufacturing and trafficking of dangerous drugs (meth)
Members of the SS would like to immediately petition the court to raise the bail on Cash to at least $500,000!
Once again the CalPatty Press brought you the most accurate information straight to your home and it did not cost you a penny. We have never ask anyone for money and do not ask for contributions. We go our own way. Our community is in jeopardy still !

With a boy, the nub is pointed slightly away from the spine in an upwards position – this nub marks the beginning of his penis…
This Penis became Nub Marks, now you know how this little puke entered the world.

Court has been re-set for the 7th, this Thursday at 1:30 P.M. for a hearing for motions involving the case of the LONE METH RANGER.
If y’all would like to see Justice Starcher box the ears of Gerald B Hough for being a lame ass dishonest prosecutor, come and get yourself a ringside seat down at the Crooked County Courthouse this Thursday.

We had a double murder in Calhoun County recently, with the police apparently unable to solve the case. It would seem like this incident would be top of the list of things to get done on the State Police bulletin board. That and keeping the public informed. It’s not often a murder hits Calhoun County, where the biggest news is the Mayor slapping some idiot in the Dollar Store, or the cops losing all the evidence… So one would think the police would be more forthcoming with information. But instead we get rumors which, quite frankly, could be interpreted in a less than pleasant light in regards to the investigating individuals. (see – http://calpattypress.wordpress.com/2009/05/03/danny-nub-marks-flanagan-murder-suspect-named-by-ss-of-central-wv-being-looked-as-well-as-other-criminals-and-cult-members/)
How does this make the police look bad you might ask? If the story about the growing operation as told by trooper STARCHER (red flag anyone?) has any truth to it, and knowing already the type of people we have in the local State Police Barracks, one might wonder if the police themselves might be involved more deeply than anyone guesses. Perhaps this is why they can not find the “perps”. Should they be looking within ranks? If this is not the case, surely the police should at very least give some type of REAL statement as to the status of their investigation.
Calhoun County deserves to know if there is a murderer among us. We want the police to come clean as to what they know. Was there, in fact, a grow room? Were there any plants or were they missing? Or is this just a far fetched story? Was there a robbery connected and if so what was stolen?
It’s high time for some honesty; all the way ’round. Nobody is interested in a police state. Nobody wants “Big Brother”. Nobody WANTS to die of drug overdoses. People are beginning to see thru the little games the police play. Their entire job demands that they be FALSE. Every action, every statement. It’s ultimately all about gathering revenue for the town/county/state, and all about wasting taxpayers money on wild goose chases while making themselves look important for their job security. And getting a little on the side…
Now, we just want facts. Truth. Reality
cosmoscommunicator // May 5, 2009 at 10:04 p
Actually, the rumors, were not rumors at all but facts based on personal interviews with locals and or other people that were known to have information about the suspected persons of interest, after research was done in the field by a college educated trained professional journalist. That person based reports on the facts gathered, that were later published in the CalPatty Press (based on facts gathered from the field) and the opinions of real persons which feared talking to the police, but would talk to someone they knew would keep the source confidential. I know this for a fact because I was the driver and the assistant and armed body guard since I have the permit to carry.

Cool beans. I’m personally interested in the status of the alleged grow room. Was it robbed? Reported missing by the police? Or was it all still there? Why was it not reported to mainstream media?
I don’t guess I have to explain to anyone why I would be asking, and I don’t guess anyone would have too many mistaken ideas if it turned out the contents of said grow room was “already gone when the cops arrived”…..
Inquiring minds want to know.
Now, anyone have any names connected to several drug busts in Roane and Calhoun over the weekend?
Editors note: From our understanding all or most of the weed was gone, but of course all the lights were there along with the other equipment needed. etc etc etc. We also have suspected some foul play involving green shirts so we are on the same page.

To Info Warrior
Your data was received and we empathize with your situation. We actually DO know how you feel as our own way of life (the way we knew it) was destroyed by evil forces that belong to the powers that be, along with a small fortune being stolen from us. All was lost– and then we got up and started kicking some peoples asses, as we will continue to do so.
We are being led by a totalitarian society that is self-serving and does not have the community interest at heart what-so-ever!
We would reply to your mail, especially under the conditions you mentioned. But, are prevented from doing so from two recent documents we took oath to. The second being the USE document.
UNITY
SELF SUFFICIENCY
EXTREME DISCRETION
Unfortunately, the rules are very strict, although it is tempting to break them under the current circumstances, but we can not.
Known criminals are allowed to Roam the streets (ie) Christopher Todd Smith the NOT so confidential police informant Hot Toddy! Or, anyone else the power elite feel serve a purpose to their wicked and evil ways, along with several OTHER known informants and CULT members that are into arson, robbery and rape.
We are ourselves heavily armed– and we encourage you to have a weapon that you are familiar with handy –and just a few steps away, if not on your person.
Men with guns came to our house and killed an animal, although they planned on killing us. That very night a state police trooper went to the hospital with a mysterious gun shot wound, while another vehicle was shot up and more than 50 rounds were fired outside our home. We were waiting for them with specially trained guards. It was our superior fire power and experienced veteran combat skills that saved us. But, we lost our favored companion and trained attack dog.
The state trooper that was shot (SGT C J ELLYSON), was later determined to be best friends with our most bitter of enemies, (they certainly do not play by the rules!)
That state trooper was fired from his job very quickly after the incident, for several different reasons, all of them equally bad, and he would have had to face about 100 years in prison if the crimes he committed were acted upon, but they were not.
Again, we are bound by agreements that just recently went into effect.
Any information you have provided us will be guarded with our lives and will not under ANY circumstances be shared. You should have confidence in knowing that our guidelines will preserve that information that did reach the right person and people. That particular person was deeply touched by your letter.
Please know that all is not what it is suppose to be in this unique situation, but let it be known, that THEY indeed did fuck with the wrong people this time. That would be a 10-4. Roger that!

The CalPatty Press made some of the same statements last year and in 2007 as the article below. Being WEED farmers ourselves helping to give WV it’s number one cash crop, I hope some of you can agree with below article.
Daniel Stein says the salvation of U.S. taxpayers could be marijuana.
As Washington breaks the bank on Wall Street bailouts, President Barack Obama’s stimulus package and other spend-now, pay-later measures, most observers agree that politicians will eventually need to increase revenue or cut spending to cover the federal government’s debts.
Stein believes Washington could begin to balance its books now if politicians would take a serious look at his industry. Weed! The owner of two retail outlets that he claims generate $1 million in revenue annually, Stein says he pays around $80,000 a year in sales taxes to the state of California. But the federal government, which does not acknowledge Stein’s sales as legitimate commerce, gets nothing from his business.
Sound odd? Not if you know that Stein sells marijuana. He works in a cannabis dispensary; a legitimate business where people can obtain medical marijuana.
In fact, because federal authorities have spent time trying to close his and other medical-marijuana clubs, Washington is losing money on him. “Imagine how much the feds would save if they stopped cracking down on sellers”, Stein says.
“In the early 1930s, one of the reasons that alcohol was brought back was because government revenue was plummeting,” Harvard economist Jeff Miron said. “There are some parallels to that now.”
In a 2007 study, Jon Gettman, a senior fellow at George Mason University’s School of Public Policy, valued the American marijuana trade at $113 billion annually. Between drug enforcement and potential taxes, the federal government and the states were losing almost $42 billion a year by keeping marijuana illegal, the study indicated. Gettman is a former staff member of NORML, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, a nonprofit that lobbies on Capitol Hill for marijuana legalization.

Congratulations to Rina McCoy for taking extra time to live up to her individual responsibility at reporting the best information available at the time of reporting.
Nobody has all the facts of this tragic double killing, but at least Rina tried to get some information out there. Rina was the only reporter in WV that had the guts to say anything …after the powers that be put the Kabash on any reporting.
After receiving threats she still stayed on it unafraid.
Good work Rina and I won’t mention that you may have the best looking knockers in about three counties. (maybe 55 counties come to think of it)
But, you also got some brains, moxie, spirit and guts!
It WAS worth the 50 bucks!

They have some kind of city ordinance…
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

If not, you’re wondering now.
Have a nice day .

And if I had a dollar bill I could buy a wallet.

Here is a piece of useful technology everyone can use. Set up 2 receivers in different locations with rotating directional antennas and every time a police radio transmits you can triangulate on it.

Justice Starcher says Hough stays on the case of the Lone Meth Ranger today in a court hearing in Gilmer County
Hough asked to be removed as prosecutor from the case of the LONE METH RANGER because he doesn’t want to be under the glass and get caught cheating.
Cheating and misconduct are just tactics Hough uses to win, especially when he has a crooked Judge on the Bench like Richard (Dick) Facemire.
With an honest more experienced Judge, retired WV Supreme Court Justice Starcher presiding over the case; it will be damn hard for Hough to cheat and he won’t have his Crooked County buddy to help him this time.
Trial in 11 days!!
Hough will have to endure everyone waiting for him to perform actions of misconduct like he usually commits when he is the prosecutor in a criminal trial.
This is good news!
We will be able to catch that son of a bitch in the act!
*
Lying, deceitfulness and dirty dishonest dealings play an integral part of the Crooked County process.
This is especially true when people are involved with Gerry Hough and Crooked County legal proceedings. Stretching the truth in the legal arena to Gerry Hough is as American as apple pie, since many in Crooked County fervently believe that the truth has very little to do with the law anyway. The truth only gets in the way of the Crooked County agenda!
