Cal Patty Press Reporters

Just an update to let everyone know that I am busy working on a story about the upcoming Johnny Richards court case in Gilmer County.

We will show (by facts and documents) how the crooks in Central WV FIX cases against people that are targeted by the elite; by getting to their defense counsel, and threatening them, with consequences involving their incomes and careers… if they don’t lay down!

“Well how can I love you if you don’t lay down”

rubens_rape

The old ways of the elite are becoming very dangerous ways, because most people, when you give them nothing else to lose, will fight back, and also will have NO PROBLEM resorting to violence if indeed the situation calls for it.

TheRealGhostWolf

This is not a blatant threat, this is HISTORY, all through history, when you put people in that situation, they will jump out an bite your ass, and that is the current state involving the crooked ass courts of West Virginia, which are about 90% Crooked.

The source of the problem lies with the dishonest prosecutors and judges that have given our state a bad name and made us all laughing stock for the rest of the US when one finds them self out the area and far from the state.

Here is some earlier comment on the matter that will give you some clue to the subject of a soon to be published CalPatty Press publication.

Officially we support John Manis Richards in his endeavor to persevere in his Gilmer County Circuit Court Case.

Further, we are convinced that Johnny will NOT get a fair trial.

Gerald B Hough has committed serious infractions in the courtroom in the past!

HISTORY REPEATS!

We can guarantee that HOUGH will LIE to the trial jury about the hard cold facts of the case.

HOUGH will just MAKE UP facts to suit his needs.

In the “Travesty of Justice” case Hough has been ACCUSED in FEDERAL COURT of KNOWINGLY bringing forth false facts and evidence to the Grand Jury and trial jury.

A motion was filed to have him investigated by federal investigators for that crime.

We, from the SS and the Consolidated Citizens Corp predict that GERALD B HOUGH in his closing arguments to the jury in the Richards case, will LIE like the little bitch he is!

He will lead the jury to believe false facts and facts proved to be false during trial therefore confusing them further.

Then you will see the prosecutor in and out of the jury room unduly influencing them and putting pressure on them for a guilty verdict!

The CCC have taken quotes from several attorneys in WV that feel  JUDGE FACEMIRE suffers from various forms of mental illness. And they are not kidding or joking or making fun.

FACEMIRE saw the trouble ahead in the Richards case and KNEW that we are gunning for him this time!

He is the most unscrupulous, dishonest circuit court judge to come down the pike in years!

Richard (DICK) saw the train wreck way down the track and said, “No fucking way!”
… and jumped the track, and then, Judge Alsop felt he didn’t want to be dog meat in the press either, so made an excuse to get the hell off the case also!

I might also add that…it is the opinion of the SS and the Consolidated Citizens Corp, that Facemire is a dishonest little piece of shit midget that needs to be found out for all of his wrongdoings in a jurisdiction not of his choosing.

We will be keeping an eye on that little fuck and ALL of his cases from now on!

But, right now, we have more important things to do, and that is to see that the Lone Meth Ranger gets a fair trial!

We don’t know if he is guilty, we don’t know if he is innocent– all that matters to us is …that the usual Crooked bullshit in the courts, does not happen here, not on our watch, or there will be a fucking riot this time!

I was surprised you got this up so fast (and I am not talking about jamtart) but as I was reading it, I couldn’t help but reflect on something that certainly fits this situation like a glove(again I am not talking about jamtart)

In the comedy classic “Young Frankenstein,” the police inspector addresses an angry crowd in the town square below the Frankenstein family castle.

“A riot is an ugly thing,” he lectures the group. Then he suddenly switches his tone and points to the castle, yelling “And I think it’s about time we had one!” He then leads the peasants with their pitchforks up the hill

I remember that part of the movie, it was pretty funny, in fact the whole movie is gut busting, I think that movie is the same one where they say “Abby normal” and that whole Abby normal thing was born

Yeah the guy goes to change the crowds mind about the riot and realized that was never going to happen, so it was the old, if you can’t beat em, join em thing.

They just don’t make movies like they used to.

Why are we NOT surprised by this news reported by

ROANE GRAND JURY FINDS NO CASE AGAINST TROOPER

    (06/06/2009)
    By David Hedges, Publisher
    http://www.thetimesrecord.net

A Roane grand jury considered charges against a W.Va. State Police trooper who shot a teenage boy near Walton last year and found no evidence he committed a crime.

Roane prosecutor Josh Downey said jurors opted not to indict Lee Price, also known as Trooper J.J. Price, for any wrongdoing.

“They found the officer’s actions were proper in this situation,” Downey said Thursday, one day after the jury finished a two-day session that resulted in 27 indictments.

He said the case involving Price was the only one that failed to result in an indictment, or a “no true bill.”

The grandmother of the shooting victim, 19-year-old Stephen Krein of Clendenin, disagreed with the jury’s findings.

“They’re just getting one side of the story!” Elizabeth Hanna said.

Downey said he presented the jury with testimony from a State Police officer who investigated the incident. He did not release the name of the officer and a reporter’s effort to get the names of those who testified before the grand jury was rejected by Roane Circuit Judge Tom Evans. Grand jury sessions take place behind closed doors.

Hanna said she did not even know the case had been presented to a grand jury until a reporter contacted her.

“It seems like they would have let someone know,” she said. “That doesn’t seem quite right.”

But Downey said he was satisfied with the way the investigation into the shooting was handled.

“The State Police do an excellent job of reviewing these matters internally,” Downey said.

He said presenting the case to the grand jury allowed for another examination of the facts. (Calpatty press says one sided bullshit facts, see this is how they do it)

“This is just a way of having an outside review,” Downey said. “From the standpoint of the actions of this officer, I consider this matter closed.”

(CalPatty Press says DOWNY is obviously a dishonest crook, now we know how he really is)

According to information released by State Police last year, Price shot Krein Dec. 1, as Krein was sitting in a truck outside Huffman’s Store.

Police were looking for the youth after he allegedly led them on a chase in Kanawha County the previous week.

Price and another trooper from the South Charleston detachment, W.S. Snyder, came upon Krein outside the store at the intersection of Ambler Ridge and U.S. 119.

He was sitting behind the wheel of a Chevrolet pickup when police said he ignored their requests to exit the vehicle.

Police said he instead began moving the vehicle back and forth in an effort to escape. They said Krein’s truck was headed toward one of the officers when Price fired two shots from his .45 caliber pistol. One of those struck Krein in the head, just behind his right ear.

ATTEMPTED MURDER BY POLICE IS REALLY ALL THIS CASE IS–NOT THE FIRST TIME–AND IT WON’T BE THE LAST “CalPatty Press”

Krein was airlifted to a Charleston hospital, where he remained in the intensive care unit for several days. He was eventually transferred to a nursing facility in St. Clairsville, Ohio, but recently was moved to a nursing facility closer to home. Hanna did not want to disclose the location of the facility.

She said her grandson would turn 20 later this month.

She said he has regained sight in one eye and is able to hear. She says he has limited use of one arm. He is unable to speak but is learning sign language to communicate.

“We’re grateful he’s still alive, but it’s going to take a lot of effort on everybody’s part to bring him back a little bit,” she said.

She said he is able to remember much of what happened that night.

According to Hanna, her grandson was sitting outside the store after he ran out of gas. She said he had gone inside the store a few minutes after 9 p.m. but was told the gas pumps were turned off at 9.

He was trying to call someone to help when the trooper came upon him, Hanna said.

“I don’t think the trooper should have taken it upon himself to shoot a boy sitting in a truck,” Hanna said. “They don’t even shoot bank robbers anymore”

“In my opinion the officer was in the wrong,” she said. “The boy was sitting in the truck by himself without any gas. He didn’t have a gun.

“I don’t know what the officer’s opinion is, but I don’t think he handled it very professionally,” she said. “They could have shot the tires or the motor or something instead of shooting him in the side of the head.”

Hanna said the incident was captured on a store security camera, but State Police took the tape and she has not seen a copy.

Imagine that, the Crooked fucking troopers take the tape and poof it is gone–(CalPatty Press)

Hanna said she has spoken with former Kanawha prosecutor Mike Clifford about the incident, but she does not know if he has ever received a copy of the tape or what will come of the case.

Clifford did not return telephone messages but a man in his office who identified himself as Clifford’s investigator said he did not know the case had been presented to a grand jury.

Whatever the outcome of the legal matters, Hanna said she is grateful to the hundreds of friends and total strangers who have prayed for her grandson’s recovery.

“I think the power of prayer is what has brought him back,” she said.

Someone is lying here. This doesn’t make sense. Just how did this boy try to “run down” these police officers if he was their because his truck ran out of gas? No gas in truckie, truckie no start. Was he pushing the truck? Did the cops have giant magnets in their butts? Or is the lie on the other side when they say he ran out of gas?

Editors note: Exactly, but seriously, this thing with the crooked fucking grand jury deal has to stop, or else. We need the names of everyone on every grand jury so that they can personally be held accountable for this bullshit. Here is how they do it, you can see it was all one sided, and they use real old people, you know the kind that smell old, and people easily led. WV is the most crooked fucking state there is, and Central WV takes the cake for corruption. We can’t say we see any happy ending in the future. Unless people are aware there will be a severe consequence for the dishonest actions, then this type of behavior will continue. That is why a declared war is not far away.

  • jamtart // June 6, 2009 at 7:04 p

So why not let them continue and eventually all the honest people will be in the prisons and the corrupt will be left to feed off each other. ;)
Just remember, when the war starts, air drop large quantities of loaded weapons into crowded prison yards and you have just added signifcant numbers to your army.

  • Vigilante Justice // June 6, 2009 at 9:11 p

It would be much easier just to start shooting (video...right) some of these evil and corrupt, don’t you think?

Then we can all see them dance in the spot light!
We get it on most every night
when that moon is big and bright
    its a supernatural delight
    everybodys dancing in the moonlight

The Crooked Elite is a dancin in the spotlight!

    And its alright, it’s alright!

Seriously there is a long list of Crooked elite. Why not put them in alphabetical order and then pick your favorites from those…and get to it!

If you could take out ten crooked elite a day, hell, you could clean up the state in a year or two.

Or the top elite could meet with some mysterious fate, and then many would wonder. So while the bad guys are thinking about it; then you sneak up behind them, while they least expect it and give them a dose of reality.

Then we can all see them dance in the spot light!
We get it on most every night
when that moon is big and bright
    its a supernatural delight
    everybodys dancing in the moonlight

The Crooked Elite is a dancin in the spotlight!

    And its alright, it’s alright!

Unfortunately for them, history suggests that these kinds of events and sudden changes are long lasting.

I think the dramatic effect may curtail some of the corrupt activity for awhile. There is already talk about taking out the top three in…… (blank) county

Ya know, the ones with the familiar names.

  • bugger // June 6, 2009 at 10:13 p

Yea, well… Guess the reason nobody “starts shooting” is because for all the frigging police activity around these parts, there really are not too many actual criminals who wouldn’t have a problem doin’ the dirty deeds. As long as the worst criminals have badges and guns, those are the guys to watch out for.

IF the shit hit the fan and there was a serious revolution, the first thing to do is turn loose all but the MOST violent offenders, and stuff the cops and judges and lawyers in the cells in their place, with some reformed meth heads for guards… (only a tiny joke…)

Editors note: As long as the worst criminals have badges and guns, those are the guys to watch out for. More true than true!
But the WORST criminals are certain judges, prosecutors and the public pretenders that play ball with them, they are on the top of the list from what we understand.

The Power elite have had their chance and failed, because the cat is out of the bag now. All you need to do is spend some time on this site and it’s links to the Calhoun Underground and such to know what’s up.

Guerilla press at it’s best some say, but who ever says what?

…the TRUTH is out now and the CROOKED ELITE have been exposed!

I think point after point, proved time after time, proved by showing the actual documents and court record, should validate and hold true the veracity of the reporting in high regard of even people that don’t like us renegades all that much. Well we have just one thing to say.

Your so called elite way of doing things…

…by cheating and making up your own rules as you go along does not work!

…and you say you should expect a little deviation!

    Deviation ?

How about total and complete utter failure!

Whether you think of the SS as a political organization or a military operation.

It doesn’t really matter, does it.

I think it time to face the fact that civil unrest has arrived. Some of us are mad as hell and aren’t gonna take it anymore!

We are tired of having our American Dream ripped from us!

And we are tired of being NIGGERS to the elite, just a bunch of dumb fuckin hillbilly’s, so who cares?

    Guess what? We care!

    They call em Hill Billy!

Chapter 22! How do you do!
    More true than true!

FORMER GRANTSVILLE POLICE CHIEF JD NICHOLSON HAS DIED
    (06/09/2009)condensed from HH report

Former Grantsville Police Chief J. D. Nicholson died Monday at his residence at Walton, Roane County.

No information was available regarding his cause of death.

Nicholson, who was more recently a process server for the Calhoun Sheriff’s Department, was allegedly struck by a ball bat on the front porch of his home. That incident happened in April.

He was life-flighted to a Charleston hospital, where he was treated and released.

Following the recent incident, Roane County Deputy Sheriff Mike King said at least two people appeared to be involved in the altercation.

“There was one guy in the driveway and one who hit him from behind,” he said.

King said no charges had been filed, but the sheriff’s department is following up on leads.
