Finally there has been an actual arrest in the Mike and Julie Flanagan Murder!
John Franklin Cash was arrested on drug charges that resulted from snitches that bought drugs from him and then snitched when questioned about the double murder. Cash was never charged with murder, only drug charges! Cash was only a suspect.
Anyone that has a farm in WV are bound to eventually get to know the well tenders that come up in their trucks sometimes early in the morning, when you are not expecting visitors.
Many people in central WV have free gas to their houses as part of the agreement with the gas company that is pumping the natural gas out of the property that you own– and if you own the mineral rights free gas should always be part of the deal. Mike and Julie Flanagan had to fight for their rights all the way to WV Supreme Court after a local Judge screwed them out of what was rightfully theirs
The Flanagan’s got a bad circuit court deal by the home cooked it- is -who- you -know, good ole boy …butt buddy system!
Bucky Miller was a well tender and he got to know both Mike and Julie Flanagan.

We have had limited contact with family members of the Flanagan family. We were so heartsick over the incident, it just didn’t seem appropriate to communicate with them, other than on a very limited basis, for we were afraid of saying something hurtful by mistake.
Sean (a family member) wrote us a short letter and expressed concern that we had some things right and some things wrong, but we were doing the best we could to come up with some answers, any answers, hopefully the right answers.
I believe the CalPatty Press was first to report that there was most likely a lot of cash on hand!
We obtained that information from own experience and also from confidential sources. Since, WE have been robbed at gun point before, we know the drill all too well.
Our own attorneys have warned us about keeping money in the house safe and large amounts of cash on hand, just for the reason that resulted in this double murder. Our initial reaction was to arm ourselves better. And that is what we have done.
Some say a murder like this is from someone close. We disagree!
Usually it is someone close that tips off someone that is not close that carries out the bad deed!
We know this from getting hit by an organized group that immediately demanded to know where the money was, while demanding a certain CalPatty Press reporter to take off her rings.
I remember well the loud voice ordering me to, “Take it off bitch” …meaning the very expensive diamond ring.
However, we had someone in a back room that came out shooting!!
He had heard the, “Take it off bitch,” and knew it wasn’t a dream.
It is no fun having your hair yanked out of your head with a gun to your neck!
Somebody got shot that day, but we are not telling. We don’t tell!
Yes, we did not want to reveal this information since that was not the first time we were held at gunpoint, but hopefully that was the last.
We had money and weed, but we were smart enough to have an armed combat experienced guard living at our house that just doesn’t give a shit. The people that came to rob us were punks and were lucky not to be all shot to death on the spot. Only wounded… as far as we know.
They ran like scared rabbits tripping over themselves to get out and falling over furniture!
Everything happened so fast we didn’t know anyone was shot until we saw the blood, and then followed the blood trail that led to where their vehicles were parked…
…most likely those same vehicles we did not hear pull up on us were whistling from bullet holes before they got off the hill.
Luckily for us it was 5am in the morning and everyone was a little hazy or pretty stoned, including the young men that came to rob us. But, they were high on crystal, and thought we had that shit too, but we don’t do crystal.
Funny thing, no one said shit about the gun shots, and we moved the weed and the cash quickly!
No neighbors… no cops came, nobody ever said a word about it!
Now the Crooks from Crooked County have stolen that house away from us anyway, so I hope we learned something. We learned we wished it was other people that got shot that early morning before dawn, so at least we could have gotten something satisfying out of the deal.
This dude, Kirk Alan Miller, Aka “Bucky” may be under arrest, but is he really guilty of a double murder?!
We think not, at least we don’t think he is the shooter, but he indeed may know who is!
Also, we don’t think Bucky got the cash, the cops got the cash and they aren’t talking.

The CalPatty Press was first to report the growing operation and did so months ago, before anything was ever said about it, now they say “Bucky” confessed and I hear through the grapevine that lil Reeny feels it is the same sort of confession they got from Ronnie Rush about another double murder in the same area years ago. We feel Ronnie Rush was not the murderer in the double killing. So it will be interesting to see if Reeny is right again. Here is what the TV station says.
CALHOUN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) — A man from Doddridge County has been charged in a double murder in Calhoun County.
State Police tell WSAZ.com Kirk Alan Miller, 32, of Salem was arrested at his work on Thursday and charged in the deaths of Mike and Julie Flanagan.
The Flanagans were found April 14 shot to death in their home on Left Fork Road near Millstone.
Investigators tell WSAZ.com Miller confessed Thursday to the murders and was very cooperative with police.
Miller told police he was assisting Mr. Flanagan in distributing marijuana throughout the area when Mr. Flanagan refused to pay him. Miller says after several attempts to collect the money he shot and killed the couple in anger.
Police tell WSAZ.com during the investigation they found a marijuana growing operation in Mr. Flanagan’s home.
Editors note: Bucky’s story is not very believable, something is not panning out. You never wait to get paid on a weed deal, that is always included, plus when you have a lot of weed it is easy to pay people in weed for delivery. This is the part that doesn’t seem quite right.
On April 11, Miller went to the Flanagans’ house on Long Fork Road. Flanagan didn’t immediately recognize Miller, but then invited him into the house, according to the complaint. Miller allegedly offered to sell Flanagan a 12-gauge shotgun, and Flanagan agreed.
According to the complaint, Miller said he was very angry that Flanagan wouldn’t pay him for the drug dealings but had money to buy the shotgun.
(this is some bullshit story if you ask me)
He allegedly went to his truck and loaded the shotgun without the Flanagans’ knowledge, then walked back into the house and shot Mike and Julie Flanagan multiple times while they were sitting downstairs.
Miller cut the phone lines in the house, picked up the discharged shells from the shotgun and rifled through the Flanagans’ bedroom looking for marijuana and money, according to the complaint.
(why cut the phone lines if your victims are already dead, that is done during the robbery in case anyone gets loose, if you have been through this type of thing a time or two it is easier to see through this obvious bullshit confession)
He allegedly took two jars of marijuana and two Ruger .44 caliber RedHawk pistols, and later sold one of the guns to his co-worker at Ritchie Petroleum for $250.
(Most likely more than two jars of marijuana were on hand, that was only personal stash and who would be dumb enough to sell stolen items to co-workers after committing such an act of murder…someone obsessed by a demon? Maybe, but the story is weak and it doesn’t wash well with us)

First it is stated that he delivered Marijuana for Mike and then the arrested suspect says that Mike Flanagan didn’t recognize him at first when he came to the door the day of the murder.
THAT statement alone reveals this confessed story does not make any sense, believe you me, you always recognize the person that brings home the bacon for you after the product is delivered. But we don’t know of ANYONE that would ever let someone deliver product that wasn’t real close to the operation, or either a trusted member of the group. Mike Flanagan by all accounts was a smart man, and we don’t believe he would make the dumb move of letting someone as stupid as Bucky Miller deliver product, or let him in on his operation.
Also, nobody we know would sell the product locally, if it is grown locally, in WV! That would be suicide or asking to get busted with all the little drug addict snitches and bitches in Central WV that would sell their own mother for a fix of Oxy or some other pill!
Mike Flanagan had a good head on his shoulders from all accounts; and we seriously doubt that product was sold local.
Basically, after further review, we deem this confession as to be…SO FULL OF HOLES as to not be believable!
BUCKY looks a little beat up in the photo and that may be part of the reason for the confession, he might have just told them what they wanted to hear to save himself from being beat to death while handcuffed in the custody of the state police.
This whole confession smells really bad! Why did Buck move out of his motel room in such a hurry? He said he was tired of someone going into his room when he was away at work. I think he’s covering for someone else. None of this makes sense.

TRANSCRIPT: Criminal Complaint Filed By State Police/Miller’s Confession
On April 14, 2009 I responded to 916 Left Fork Creek Road, Millstone WV to a possible double homicide. Upon arrival I observed two subjects one male and one female in the residence. Both subjects appeared to be deceased and the possible cause was gunshot.
West Virginia State Police Crime Scene Team arrived on scene and began to process the scene. It was determined that both subjects, identified as Mr. Michael Flanagan and his wife, Julie Flanagan, had been shot to death.
Evidence located at the scene, indicated that a shotgun of unknown caliber was used.
Other evidence at the scene indicated that the perpetrator was familiar with the deceased. There were no shell casings found at the scene.
The phone lines had been cut from inside the house and furniture had been moved from original or usual position.
It appeared that both victims were sitting when they were fatally wounded.
It also appeared that the upstairs bedroom had been pilfered through looking for something of value, as the dresser drawers were pulled out and some were on the bed.
Also [metal] tins and other containers were open.
During the course of the investigation it was revealed that Mr. Flanagan owned two Ruger .44 caliber RedHawk pistols. These firearms were not found at the scene. All other firearms owned by the victim were present.
During the course of the investigation it was determined that Mr. Flanagan was involved in the delivery of marijuana.
During the course of the investigation I discovered that Mr. Flanagan had dealings with a well tender named “Bucky” who tended wells in very close proximity to the Flanagan’s home. “Bucky” was identified as Mr. Kirk Miller and worked for Ritchie Petroleum.
I spoke with the owner of Ritchie Petroleum, Kevin Snider who stated that he gave Mr. Miller $250 for a Ruger .44 caliber pistol since the murder of the Flanagans.
It was later determined by the WVSP crime lab that a 12 gauge shotgun was the probable weapon used in the commission of the murders.
On July 9, 2009, I interviewed Mr. Miller at WVSP in Harrisville. Mr. Miller stated that he had been selling marijuana for Mr. Flanagan since around Super Bowl Sunday.
Mr. Miller stated that Mr. Flanagan promised to split the money with him and would not keep his promise.
Mr. Miller stated that he asked Mr. Flanagan repeatedly about his payment but was always dismissed by the victim.
Mr. Miller stated that he had thought about killing Mr. Flanagan for several weeks prior to his death.
Mr. Miller went on to say that the couple days before the murder he knew he had to shoot Mr. Flanagan.
Mr. Miller went on to say that he traveled to the Flanagan’s home with the intent to shoot Mr. Flanagan.
Mr. Miller stated that when he arrived, there was a brief confrontation as Mr. Flanagan did not know who he was.
Mr. Miller stated that once Mr. Flanagan recognized him, he welcomed him in.
Mr. Miller stated that he had a 12 gauge shotgun with him and offered to sell it to Mr. Flanagan.
Mr. Miller stated that Mr. Flanagan did want to purchase the gun, and Mr. Miller stated that this angered him as Mr. Flanagan did not have money to pay him for selling marijuana but he had money to purchase a firearm.
Mr. Miller stated that he walked out to his truck and loaded the shotgun without the Flanagans knowing.
Mr. Miller stated that he walked back in the house and shot both Mike and Julie Flanagan multiple times.
Mr. Miller stated that he cut the phone lines and picked up the discharged shells.
Mr. Miller stated that he went upstairs and looked through the victims belongings and dressers in their bedroom.
Mr. Miller stated that he was looking for marijuana and money. Mr. Miller stated that he took two jars of marijuana and two Ruger .44 caliber pistols.

Mike Flanagan was no drug dealer. He never gave Bucky any weed to sell. The only thing Mike and Julie ever did wrong was to feel sorry for that little worm Bucky and try to help him. He would hang out at the Flanagan’s often eating lunch with them. Mike did not sell weed. It is the opposite. Mike would not give Bucky anything to sell. This was out right robbery and murder. Recently members of the SS consulted an astute attorney in reference to evidence to be brought against Judge Facemire in Federal Court which was a recording made of him calling the defendant in the “Travesty” case despicable, since he denied making the statement officially in a 14 page letter to the Judicial Investigation Commission along with another FALSE affidavit signed by his court reporter KELLY WHITE. That attorney informed us that the feds will take the BEST EVIDENCE AVAILABLE RULE and will accept the secret tape that caught JUDGE RICHARD A FACEMIRE in a lie, but she also referred us to an out of state law school that specializes in civil rights and false imprisonment cases. You might want to look into that Doddridge, but usually you need an introduction to make important contacts in that arena.

There is a conflict in the statement if you study all that has been presented; and really more than one. In California or New York this would be big news, but the press in W.Va is playing this off as not that big of a deal, and presenting allegations as facts so the public will already convict the accused. Someone has told them to do so. If you smell a rat, smell again, you will smell a whole pack of them. I can’t make any judgments as to whether the murdered were doing anything illegal. I didn’t know them, and I don’t believe what I read in the media, it’s all just police statements elicited and written down by known liars anyhow. The story as presented is so full of holes it’s a good thing it’s not a boat. Typical of the stories often made up by the State Police in their quest for more victims.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — FBI agents are studying physical evidence linked to the alleged November rape of a 22-year-old Logan County woman by three law enforcement officers.
Three Logan County sheriff’s deputies and one former Chapmanville police officer allegedly were involved in the incident. The woman claims three of the officers raped her and the fourth was there but drunk and throwing up.
“We are definitely looking into it,” said Jay Bartholomew, supervisory special agent with the FBI in Charleston.
The FBI investigates such cases, looking into whether someone’s civil rights have been violated by a police officer abusing their power.
“Civil rights is a very high priority for us and we’re going to investigate pretty much any allegation that comes along that has any substance to it,” Bartholomew said.
FBI and other law enforcement agencies want these cases solved as much as the general public does, he said.
“There is nothing worse than a bad cop, nothing,” Bartholomew said.

Drug Money Double Murder Motive
State Troopers allege the April murder of a Calhoun County couple in their Millstone home was drug-related. Corporal F. L. Hammack led the investigation. He charged Kirk “Bucky” Miller of Salem with the murders of Mike and Julie Flanagan. Hammack says Miller, who worked for an oil company serving wells near where the victim lived, killed Mike over money owed him from their drug dealings.
The investigation appeared to be heading out-of-state, but troopers learned Miller was in the area when the couple was killed. He was not their top suspect, but confessed during interrogation. Neighbors were relieved to learn they were out of danger.Troopers allege Miller also led them to the murder weapon, a shotgun, and several items taken from the murder house.
Slanted Press is a very good propaganda tactic and in West Virginia it is easily executed. The Video from that particular TV station was pure propaganda just as good as the people that wrote it for Hitler! Should have ended the story with a picture of Hitler and his dog Blondi!
I think what is most important three days after getting this disconcerting news is how the immediate family has reacted, and it is what THEY believe to be true that is important.
When I saw the statement by Cpl Hammack on TV… according to him the case was completely over and closed and nobody should be concerned about the terrible crime anymore.
My heart sank upon hearing those words, as for some reason I just know it’s not true. Woman’s intuition I guess.
Other than that, the aftermath is so upsetting that I can barely think of it or speak about a ‘tragedy’ so horrible as to be beyond belief.
All I know is in the old days of our parents parents, and their parents, Calhoun was not like this. If someone was hungry, somebody pitched and fed the hungry, if someone needed a roof over their head and needed a family because their family could no longer afford to keep them, another family stepped up and took them in, as if they were one of their own. If someone needed help on the farm. People would show up to help.
Police were respected back then, and now we have uncovered more wrong doing then we can mention in a half a million words that we plan on publishing on the unfortunate disappointment our public officials have become.
It almost seems that Calhoun County has been cursed and is controlled by the Devil himself.
I am not sure that this County of Calhoun or this state of West Virginia is even safe to raise children in anymore.
The sinking feeling I get whenever I ponder the situation further, makes it hard to even consider discussing this sadder than sad disaster.
I wish y’all would consider the Flanagan family members and show them the respect that they deserve.
They didn’t do anything wrong, and to say they did is fighting words to me.

Man, this all just blows my mind. First, my prayers go out to both families. Don’t know why everyone is calling Kirk “Bucky”, it is just “Buck”. I’ve known “Buck” my whole life. He father was Chief of Police in West Union and his family and my family have been friends for 40 years. Buck and I grew up together. It is so hard for me to believe that he commited these murders. There has been talk of Buck doing Meth and a lot of pills. Who knows what a drug altered mind is capable of. I know Buck, and if Buck did it, and confessed to it, I believe he did it. However, the reason is bullshit. When you sell anything for someone, you buy it with cash and anything you make above and beyond your selling price is your profit. I’ve heard that it was the other way around. Buck owed money to this couple in Calhoun county, threats were made about hurting Buck’s kids. Buck was down a couple of grand in the dealings from Feb to April. This was money he owed Mike. After the threats, Buck started stealing guns and everything else to get caught up. Buck showed up at Mike’s and had a 1187 12 guage shotgun to give Mike, to take off of the amount that was owed. Mike was not happy with the offering and a verbal fight started and additional threats were made about hurting Buck and his kids. Buck then shot both and robbed them. I’ve hunted with Buck, fished with him, partied with him, played baseball with him, our kids played together before. Buck was a happy go lucky man, someone I would trust to watch my children. He had recently started a downward turn after he and his wife divorced. Drugs were a big part of this change in Buck. I believe Buck did this, don’t think the reason for the murders is correct, but damn Buck, what were you thinking bro?
Sitting here trying to substantiate the facts from fiction and as much as I know lil Reeny won’t like to hear this, the above statement I think is the closest thing to the real story that we have heard yet. I believe this mans testimonial and I am a hard cold person to fool. I believe we all should consider everything this man JBB has to say. It has a certain ring of truth to it, and my first instinct is to believe that he truly is being honest about what HE BELIEVES to be true.
Whether it is true is to be determined, but we need to listen to his words.
Frankly, as much as this may hurt some feelings, what he says makes a lot more sense than the statement made by Buck Miller, and further, the only motive that could make a man do this sort of thing would be to threaten their child.

JBB I do not know where you get your info but it’s wrong. Mike never gave Bucky any weed to sell! There is no way Mike would ever threaten to hurt Bucky or his kids! In Calhoun County Buck was known as Bucky. But you are right about what meth did to Bucky. Mike and Julie were trying to help Bucky not hurt him or his kids.

Although none of us got to know Mike we covered a lot of the same ground when they first were new to the area about 8 years or so ago. By all accounts Mike Flanagan was known as a non- violent person. We always tried to mind our own business and keep things among our own group for as soon as we let a few locals from Crooked County in after moving back…we got fucked, and it cost us one farm. Only two left. It seems someone tried to screw with the Flanagans much in the same we way were screwed with by reviewing their court documents.

I know the more news stories I read on this the more different stories I get. Seems the cops keep telling different stories to the media depending on what cop they interview. So what’s real?
What is real is the trickle of personal accounts from the few that are close to the actual situation as it now stands. What is in the media is certainly what The Powers that Be want you to believe. It is very possible that Buck was on Meth, and Pain Killers. You correct Burger, a small issue to someone on Meth, can become a big problem for someone else. Meth was probably the main reason for Buck’s actions. Mike and Julie are spoke of in a respected manner. Meth users make a big deal about everything. I think the overall issue is the Meth. Like I said before, Buck never acted like this when we were growing up or after his marriage, or when his children were born. He was non-violent in every way. It is sad for everyone. I believe that if you used deady force against someone that wasn’t trying to cause deadly harm to you. You should be in prison forever. It is sad that a person can let themselves get in this sort of mind frame.
As unpopular as my opinion may be to some, I have to concur on the issue presented by JBB … in reference to the addictive use of Crystal Meth. When you are talking Meth you are talking demons and the dark side of evil. Bucky or Buck, depending upon what county you are from was supposed to be moved from CRJ for a hearing today conducted by Calhoun authorities, although we were not able to move any SS members close to the situation. Damn it!
They should have considered the security and performed the matter in house.

That is not what I’m trying to do, Buck confessed to the murders, he will die in prison. He made his bed he will sleep in it. With the correct “persuasion” I can make you confess to anything. Does that mean you did it? That is exactly why our government dislikes using torture. The information is unreliable. A person will say anything to save their hide if they believe they might be killed otherwise.
I would bet that if these “interrogations” were held in front of a public audience the rate of “confessions” would be much lower.
CALHOUN MAGISTRATE FINDS PROBABLE CAUSE IN FLANAGAN MURDERS

The Calhoun County Grand Jury will next consider murder charges against 33-year old Kirk “Bucky” Miller, the Doddridge County man accused of killing a Calhoun County couple back in April.
The case against Miller will be presented to a Calhoun County grand jury in September.
Miller has been charged with double homicide in the deaths of Mike and Julie Flanagan, both 52, last Easter weekend.
Magistrate Teresa Robinson found probable cause Monday.
State Police say Miller has confessed to the crime.
WV State Police, according to Metro News, say Miller “had been delivering marijuana for one of the victims, 52-year old Michael Flanagan, and claimed he was mad he had not been paid.”
Police say Miller had tended a natural gas well twice a week near the Flanagan property.
He is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
Editors note: It is of no consequence that Kirk “Bucky” Miller was not yet indicted, Grand Juries in West Virginia are completely contrived entities made of very easily led older people from the community. In an area where the jury pool is so small Grand Juries are a little more than hand picked monkeys that play monkey see monkey do, so not much due process there anyway. This hearing was just a matter of going through the motions and is a technicality, in which the prosecutor attempts to produce enough evidence to bind the accused over for trial in a circuit court. The Grand Jury indictment that will result from this hearing will be more or less automatic considering the “confession” the “Powers that Be” are in possession of. Once the system has a hold of you it is a one way deal. You noticed nobody was named as “Bucky’s” lawyer or that a lawyer was there to represent him. That is because the “Powers that be have already declared this man guilty whether he is or whether he is not, this is called West Virginia Justice and everyone follows along and would all jump off the nearest bridge if told to do so.
Now that Bucky has been entered into the system with his social security number and is bound over for circuit court and on the road to being processed for prison, some dishonest judge like Richard A Facemire is fighting with other like entities over who will secure Bucky’s prison bond so they can make some immediate financial gain over the fact that he will be locked up a long time and that bond will earn money.

I will agree on one point and that is none of it fits tight in the overall puzzle. I spoke to the motel xxxxxx xxx about Buck telling xx xxxx that his room had been broken into. The xxxxxx xxx told me that Buck allowed them to use his bathroom. (I think this is BS)
The xxx was supposed to be getting the room next to buck’s room ready for Buck to use also. Buck wanted an efficiency apartment so he had more room when his children were with him on the weekends. The xxxxxx xxx wasn’t working on the room, he was using it to party in with his friends.
About a week before Buck left the motel, I was in the room that was supposedly being worked on. It was full of empty beer cans and smelled like urine. The xxxxxx xxx told me that Buck said that they could use his bathroom because the room next to it didn’t have one.

The xxxxxx xxx had keys to every other room in the motel and they could have used a bathroom in any one of them, and did. Buck had complained to the staff (xx xxxx) that someone kept coming into his room.

We smelled a rat as soon as we heard about this case.
The powers that be most likely committed this murder, and it could even be Law Enforcement officers themselves that killed the Flanagan’s. We have had the powers that be come to our house with guns late at night and we had to fire on them immediately out of self-defense.

BOMB THREAT CALLED TO BIG BEND ARMORY – Trooper Confiscates Hur Herald Camera

A bomb threat was reportedly phoned to the US Army Reserve Armory at Big Bend, west of Grantsville, today about 11 a.m.
Local emergency services responded to the incident, including Cpl. Doug Starcher of the WV State Police and Chief Deputy Carl Ballengee.
The Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department also responded to the incident.
Officials indicated other agencies have been called to investigate the incident, with the scene being cleared in about two hours.
While photographing the bomb scare activity from public right-of-way, Cpl. Doug Starcher of the WV State Police, advised Editor Bob Weaver that federal buildings cannot be photographed.
When Weaver photographed Cpl. Starcher and other personnel at the highway entrance to the armory, Starcher wrestled the camera from Weaver and confiscated it.
The Herald maintains no violation of law happened, further maintaining that the taking of a camera by a police officer or any individual is a criminal act.
The Herald, after seeking legal counsel, is asking law enforcement to file charges against Cpl. Starcher.
“The last time I checked, if some one wrestles personal property from your hands and takes it, it is a crime,” said Weaver.
The Herald maintains Cpl. Starcher’s action is not only petty, but follows a consistent pattern of harassment with his violation of civil and constitutional rights and the public information statues of West Virginia.
“We do not live in a police controlled state, where law officers are allowed to make-up or violate the laws they have sworn to protect,” said Weaver

I knew her for over 37 years. You will never find a more fun loving, considerate, and ‘always eager to help others’ soul. This world has experienced a tragic loss. She was a professional teacher. During the last 18 months she cared for not only her ailing grandmother, but also her ailing mother-in-law in a hospital bed right there in the middle of the open floor plan of the house that she and Mike built. Their 9 year old granddaughter was a frequent visitor staying with them during the holidays and I myself recently had the great opportunity to be a guest in their home and on their property just a few short months before their deaths. There is absolutely no way that the huge illegal drug operation you have all blown this up into could possibly have existed in these circumstances.
As far as ‘Bucky’, he would have to be completely retarded to not know that confessing to committing a double murder is a severe criminal offense that would imprison a person for life. While he may be very stupid, he does not appear to be retarded. Whether or not he pulled the trigger (which I suspect he did), he was definitely involved or he would not have had Mike’s gun to sell to his boss. He made a choice to act on his anger and not only take the life of Mike but also Julie. He planned this for several weeks. It was premeditated. He did not rob them for weed. He robbed them for the value of the almighty dollar. He killed them for his own greed that he felt he had a right to. Can you imagine if everyone went around killing everbody that owed them money? This is a sign of the times of this sinister economy with a similar case developing in Florida.
As far as Mike, he would never threaten another’s family or children in any way. He was a family man and would give one the shirt off his back to help if he could.
This blind little girlfriend of Bucky’s is lucky that he is locked up and cannot cause her harm. She should know it is also a criminal offense to aid a suspected criminal and could subject her to criminal charges as well. If she has proof that he was not involved (which I doubt), then why has she not turned it over to the authorities. For that matter, to all of you so sure that he did not do this, why don’t you help to find the real murderer, because if it was not Bucky, then he is still out there living amongst you.

The Calhoun County State Police involved in this investigation have been accused of misconduct on NUMEROUS occasions. The below facts are facts presented by the State Police and mainstream media. Flanagan allegedly agreed to split any money from the drug dealings with Miller, but did not keep his promise, according to the criminal complaint. Miller allegedly said that he repeatedly asked Flanagan to pay him. (we have never heard of this way of doing weed business and sounds like bullshit to anyone familiar with cultivation and processing)
On April 11, Miller went to the Flanagans’ house on Long Fork Road. Flanagan didn’t immediately recognize Miller, but then invited him into the house, according to the complaint. Miller allegedly offered to sell Flanagan a 12-gauge shotgun, and Flanagan agreed. (someone now states Bucky had his kids that weekend)
According to the complaint, Miller said he was very angry that Flanagan wouldn’t pay him for the drug dealings yet had money to buy the shotgun.
He allegedly went to his truck and loaded the shotgun without the Flanagans’ knowledge, then walked back into the house and shot Mike and Julie Flanagan multiple times while they were sitting downstairs.
Miller cut the phone lines in the house, picked up the discharged shells from the shotgun and rifled through the Flanagans’ bedroom looking for marijuana and money, according to the complaint. (Why cut the phone lines at this juncture in the operation?)
He allegedly took two jars of marijuana and two Ruger .44 caliber RedHawk pistols, and later sold one of the guns to a co-worker at Ritchie Petroleum for $250.
It’s a good thing there are some pot heads on this. Makes it look like JBB might have a bit of vested interest in everyone buying the meth story…

I have seen to much death associated with pot all because a bunch of government can’t control it and profit from it so they will go out of their way to make it as hard as possible for anyone else to enjoy it. And I don’t mean just the possibility of interference but actual interference. If and when that interference occurs then and only then should the individual in question be punished. The government needs to stop trying to tell everyone what to do and punish those that interfere with another’s rights. Just because statistics say that a certain behavior causes the rights of others to be interfered with doesn’t mean that everyone else will add to the statistics. So leave them alone until they ACTUALLY interfere, then punish them. I say “NO laws prohibiting a behavior that, in and of itself, does not interfere with anothers rights. IE. possession and use of pot. That needs to be added to the Constitution. These laws do nothing to reduce crime. In fact, they produce more “crime” by individuals violating these laws.

We recently discovered that even a bit of pot can carry the weight of the world with it if the people doing the “business” are rotten. Most of that, including these murders if the “facts” are true, would be avoided if the laws were just.
Just remember that shoe can drop on the other side as well. IE. Driving without a license or insurance. Neither of these actions in and of themselves interferes with anyone else’s rights. Only when an accident occurs does someone else’s rights get interfered with. Drinking and driving is another. Sure, it COULD interfere with someone else’s right to life but if it hasn’t then I say no crime has been committed. And feeling safe is not a right under the constitution. Not feeling safe is a psychological disorder. It is called paranoia. But passing laws inhibiting freedoms IS a violation of the Constitution. They interfere with my rights. Yes, I was a very good friend of Buck, I know Buck was on Meth, I know his little girlfriend in West Union, and I know what she is about. She is a MethHead! Unconfirmed reports say that an unknown person or persons broke and entered a Sycamore Creek house where Mike and Julie Flanagan were murdered.
Neighbors say they discovered the door to the house “wide open,” the culprits using a pry bar to break into the vacant house.
It was not learned if anything was taken.
The Flanagan family boarded the windows and secured the house following the murders.
A nearby hunting cabin belonging to an Ohio man was also entered.
The cabin, according to neighbors, had been frequented by accused murderer “Bucky” Miller.
Cpl. Doug Starcher reportedly investigated the incident.
The Grantsville Detachment of the WV State Police does not release public information regarding incidents or crimes in the county.

CHLOE WOMAN WANTS STATE POLICE INVESTIGATED – Alleges Trooper Starcher Lied About Evidence, Civil Suit Being Filed
A Chloe, Calhoun woman has requested Calhoun prosecutor Tony Morgan to launch an investigation into criminal wrongdoing by the State Police. Kelly Mace, 33, was arrested in 2000 for being involved in a “million dollar” drug deal, but the case was dropped in August, an apparent lack of evidence.
The drug evidence was discovered to be garden sulfur from her garage. “The State Police have declined to return the garden sulfur to me,” she said.
State Trooper Doug Starcher and other officers claimed they confiscated an illegal substance (methamphetamine) in her home. State Police declined to reveal the name of an officer who they said was party to a field test on the substance. Starcher went before a Calhoun Grand Jury based on that evidence, and continued to testify before Circuit Court that such a substance was processed by the State Police lab.

CASE AGAINST DEPUTY BANDY COULD BE DISMISSED – Trial Scheduled For Tuesday

A trial for former Calhoun County chief deputy Ronald Bandy is scheduled for Tuesday at 9 a.m. before the Calhoun Circuit Court, with a “trial/motion to dismiss” appearing on the court docket.
Gilmer County special prosecutor Gerry Hough has previously declined to comment on the status of the Bandy case, but during a recent hearing before Judge Thomas Evans III, he continued to seek a diversion in the case.
Hough has at least twice suggested a diversion in the Bandy case.
A diversion would essentially mean the case would be put on hold and if no further issues surface, the case would not be brought forward.
Bandy was indicted on eight counts by a Calhoun grand jury following an investigation by the West Virginia State Police: one count of grand larceny, three counts of burglary, three counts of conspiracy, all felonies, and one misdemeanor count for destruction of property.
Hough and Bandy’s attorney John R. Teare had agreed to the diversion, but Judge Evans indicated at that time he wanted the case to go to trial.

Grantsville resident April McCroskey, who was indicted with Deputy Bandy, will have a pre-trial hearing today at 1 p.m., represented by Parkersburg attorney George Cosenza.
Judge Evans denied a request by special prosecutor Gerry Hough to “divert” Bandy’s case, which would essentially mean the case would be dropped. Judge Evans expressed considerable discontent with the motion.

I am not advocating the photographer or the trooper was right or wrong….As yes you are correct 99% when taking photographs of federal buildings from either standing on public or govt. land the authorities
will ask you to surrender your media for review.
But there is that 1% that IF this is a classfied location that is marked photography is strickly prohibited.
Then the authorities will not be so nice in asking for the media, and it will be a straight confiscation.
DOD aka Dept of Defense falls under a different catagory than most Federal buildings. Photography is strickly prohibited. Equipment used to photograph DOD installations is subject to confiscation and review
by DOD officials.

Public officials in West Virginia think that it’s JUST OK to infringe about the civil rights of the common folk, they do it on a daily basis. The violation of the law by public officials in WV has been going on for decades now, something needs to be done, we can’t go on giving lip service to the constitution and nothing being done about it. The elite seek to keep the common people uneducated and poor so they can be easily controlled while the elite just get richer. A circuit court judge takes home 116,000.00 a year in salary while the common folk have to struggle to just to feed everyone and keep a roof over everyone’s head. 116,000 a year just for making up their own rules and ruining lives while doing it.

Murder arrest linked to drug dealing

Police said a man arrested for the murder of a Calhoun County couple was angry because he was owed money for delivering marijuana.
Kirk “Bucky” Miller, 32 was arrested Thursday, the same day he allegedly admitted to police he killed Michael and Julie Flanagan.
The couple’s bodies were found in the living room of their home by their daughter, a college student, the morning of Tuesday, April 14. Police believe they had been shot three days before that.
Each of the victims was 52 years old. The murder at their home on Left Fork Creek Road, a remote area off W.Va. 16 between Millstone and Mt. Zion, sent shock waves through Calhoun County, where Mrs. Flanagan had worked as a substitute teacher.
Marijuana trafficking is believed to have been the root of the dispute between Michael Flanagan and the man charged with his slaying, according to Cpl. F.L. Hammack of the State Police detachment in Spencer.
Police found 30 marijuana plants growing in the upstairs of the couple’s home, Hammack said.
The victims appeared to have been sitting at the time they were shot downstairs, according to the complaint filed by Hammack.
The arrest, three months after the murders, came after several possible suspects were interviewed.
“From the scene, we knew it had to be someone they trusted to let into their home and somebody involved in drug activity,” Hammack said. “And we knew it had to be someone very upset with Mr. Flanagan because of the extent of his injuries.”
Hammack said Miller confessed Thursday, the first time he was interviewed about the murders.
“He said he was selling marijuana for Mr. Flanagan,” Hammack said.
“The deal was to split the money, but he said Mr. Flanagan refused to do so,” Hammack said. “He became very agitated and angry and that led to him going to the house and shooting Mr. Flanagan.”
Miller worked as a well tender and was near the Flanagan’s home twice a week, Hammack said.
He got to know the couple and had been invited into their home on occasion. Miller told police he started selling marijuana for Michael Flanagan on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 1.
Hammack said Miller claimed he had asked Flanagan repeatedly about being paid but was always dismissed by Flanagan.
Miller allegedly told police he became increasingly upset about not being paid and started thinking about killing Flanagan some three weeks prior to the crime.
He said he went to the Flanagan home after dark on Saturday, April 11 with the idea of shooting Flanagan, according to the complaint.
He allegedly told police there was a brief confrontation before Flanagan realized who he was and let him into the home.
Miller allegedly told police he offered to sell a shotgun to Flanagan, who agreed to buy the gun. Miller told police that upset him because Flanagan had money to buy the gun, but not to pay the money he owed him.
Hammack said Miller told police he went out to his vehicle, loaded the 12 gauge semi-automatic shotgun and came back and used it to shoot both Flanagans several times.
Miller allegedly told police he cut the telephones lines to the home and picked up the discharged shells before going upstairs to look through the victims’ belongings in search of marijuana and money.
Miller allegedly told police he took two jars of marijuana and two Ruger .44 caliber pistols.
Hammack said he had another suspect in mind during the investigation that took him as far away as Mississippi and an area outside of Philadelphia.
Eventually, he said one person who was interviewed suggested police “look at the well tender.”
Miller, who lived with his parents in a rural area outside the Harrison County community of Salem, was interviewed by State Police Thursday.
“He was extremely cooperative,” according to Hammack, who said after first denying any involvement, Miller confessed to the murders.
“He gave us all the details of the scene,” according to Hammack, who said items stolen from the Flanagan residence were found at Miller’s home, as was the murder weapon.
“It was one of the easier interviews I’ve done in my career,” Hammack said. “The murder of two people you know and have been good to you is a lot for a man to carry around. It was just too much for him to bear.”
Hammack said several people worked on the investigation, including the Calhoun sheriff’s department, the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and members of several area detachments including Grantsville, Spencer, West Union and Harrisville.
“There has been a lot of people working a lot of hours on this. Trooper (P.S.) Fisher has been invaluable throughout this whole thing,” he said of another member of the Spencer detachment.
He said Miller, who is being held in the regional jail without bond, was not a suspect until the end. “It’s been a long road,” Hammack said, “but we wound up where we needed to be.”

I have had it with this absolute fallacy that my father was at all in business with Bucky in any way shape or form. I know for certain that he was not as Mike spoke of him on visits telling me that he was on good terms with the new well tender he was not however considered a close friend and he was someone he kept at a distance as far as what he trusted him with and his growroom certainly wasn’t something he would tell anyone about unless he knew them for a long time. He never kept anything from me however and he told me he did not trust him enough to tell him about that. There is a big difference between friends and acquaintances and Bucky was no friend. My father always told me throughout your whole life you can count your true friends on one hand and he was very selective when it came to a trusted friend. I can say this with certainty Bucky didn’t know about the growroom until he had murdered them and started to ransack the house. And by default the idea that Mike threatened anyone’s children is a joke. Don’t even try to tell me that I don’t know my parents well enough to know that neither of them would stand for the threatening of a child or anyone else for that matter unless they were being threatened first. That whole theory is offensive to me as well as the rest of the family and anyone else who just plain knew them for that matter. This whole experience has filled me with a rage I’ve never before experienced and a sadness that will never go away. I worked that farm for years helping my parents build it to what it was from absolutely nothing. The first year we lived there we went without electricity, running water, and decent heat. It was a rough start but we got through it as a family and it made us strong. Then the lawsuit with Steve Stalnaker who through some bullshit legal jargon tried to sweet talk us out of our rightfully owned free gas. I’m almost certain he bribed the judge because he mandated many things that were not in our favor than instantly dropped them all after we took it to the Supreme Court they were dropped and we won our right to free gas. Many many trying times that only made us stronger as a family. As an adult before all this happened I was working to build a cattle farm which Mike was starting from the ground up. The plan was he was going to build another house back in one of the valleys and Me and my girlfriend were gonna move into there house and My girl was gonna have her job with the army corpse of engineers and I was gonna be a farmer raise cattle grow my own garden get married start a family. All that is gone now and I have to struggle to adjust to this bleak future without my parents all because of some methed out piece of shit. To any of you who harbor sentiment for Bucky imagine approaching your parents house one filled with memories of love and childhood to find it surrounded with police tape. You approach the house and you notice discarded rubber gloves and snuff spit everywhere. Open the door and there it is your home your place of comfort covered in more blood then I’ve ever seen at once. Six inches of blood and brain matter piled against the walls where my father sat in his rocking chair. The love seat where my mother sat drenched in blood to the point where it had soaked through to the floor. Imagine picking the bird shot out of the walls. I wish nothing but pain and a lifetime of sorrow and suffering upon Bucky for what he has done to me. If there was any other involvement I wanna know maybe Bucky wasn’t the trigger man maybe he is scared for his kids but they were robbed plain and simple and now I’m a god damn orphan. Chew on that food for thought.

Robbery gone bad is the only thing that makes sense –since I myself have been in that position. Although the story has been told before, in our case there was more than one robber, and yes dope was in the house, and stacks of hundreds in the safe. Clue, don’t keep a safe in the house was our lesson learned. The person that robbed us at gunpoint had only been out of prison for three months. Also, in this instance everyone had been up all night except EE, who was sleeping in a back bedroom, and then escaped through a window while everyone else was at gunpoint– then the shooting started and they fled.
If that were to ever happen again, they would have to kill us, or be killed! We would have NO PROBLEM taking them out back and burying them on the farm.

Everyone lost this time. It is all very sad and very tragic. However, you may be the one that can help get Mr Kirk Alan to start telling the truth about it all. We understand about Meth since one of our associates and also a good friend lost his mind over it, after purchasing eight pounds in Mexico and then smuggled it all back. Thank God his wife caught on and put and end to his insanity and got him some help. His wife is Mexican and grew up in Mexico, but saved him from oblivion….and right after EE said, “I only give Ray about three weeks!” That was a statement about three weeks to self-destruct. Ray’s wife got to him in time to save him, and won’t even let him speak with us anymore.
We know all about Meth, and we have all experienced for ourselves. But, we kicked that shit to the curb, because we could get the glass, and quite frankly could be making a fortune since our brief ordeal became a 24 hour 7 day a week deal. We could sell any amount and at about 200% profit. We could have a new town-house in South Carolina paid for by now, if we decided to continue down that road.
We found out quick that the scum of the earth is who you will deal with if you deal in that drug, but what is even worse, is, we saw many many nice, upstanding, cool as hell, family type, clean cut wholesome folk, ALL TURN BAD in a very short time!
It was almost unbelievable how that drug took over their lives. The situation became a nuisance since people would not leave us alone to keep the supply up.
What finally did it for us was when gun play became involved, and the police showed up and KNEW exactly what happened, WHO WAS INVOLVED, how much exchanged hands and who pulled out the weapons.
2 ounces of pure pure pure 99.8% glass was laying in plain sight on our rented property when the sheriffs calmly asked one of us a pretty important question. It was a query about how many lives could be ruined by….what HE KNEW was the purest of the pure glass right there for the whole world to see. Of course a denial of ownership was uttered, which was not even considered.
The dope was dropped by the people that robbed us since they were in a hurry and were being shot at. Even the Police had to know the BAD GUY BIKERS didn’t WANT to drop the dope since that is what they came for. Good thing EE is a pretty poor shot with a handgun or we would really be in trouble, since the cops were there in about two minutes and admitted they were sitting and waiting for it to all go down. They Knew!
As it turned out, nobody could prove shit, since those fuckers took all of our dope.
WE WALKED and never looked back. That was the end of it for us.
We are all about the weed now,that is pretty much it, except we are looking forward to having one hell of a Cocaine Party when Johnny Richards gets out of jail, but we only indulge in the Snow Powder kind of fun on Thanksgiving and Christmas now.

I play no role, only the friend of two friends that were killed. Mike and Julie were good people, honest people, peace loving people. Every day, I wake up into a world that no longer has them in it, and I am saddened deeply. I struggle to understand how anyone could do this to them. The real thing that bothers me, is that if it was Bucky ( as the confession suggests) he ate with them, and in my culture, once you break bread with someone, that is held sacred. In the Travesty Case the defendant spent 25,000 dollars in WVSC plus thousands spent for transcripts and consulting attorneys just to have Benjamin change his vote for political reasons. Over $47,000.00 in legal expenses.
Off the record the same person said if would have known it was all going to go down like that, for a situation that he was completely innocent, then, it would lead a reasonable person to assume he would have much rather spent the money having guilty parties in the matter taken out back and shot.

If Kirk Alan Miller confessed and now he says he did not, then we would certainly like to find out where the discrepancy is. Lets discuss that issue and the issue of who else is involved. If people are worried about being harmed, then certainly there is another person involved that has not been brought out in the open in regard to involvement. It is our personal experience, that drug robberies are not ONE PERSON OPERATIONS– since members of the SS have actually been robbed at gunpoint and / or have been involved in shooting incidents connected to drugs and cash being exchanged on more than one occasion.
Once even when we were still teens, some older dudes attempted to sell us 20 pounds of weed and then keep the money and the weed, but we came armed to the teeth and managed to exchange the money for the weed and get away with just a couple of bullet holes in the vehicles. So the deal went down, they got the money, we got the smoke, but somewhere someone pulled a gun and started shooting.
But, one thing we have learned is that nobody comes alone to a dope rip off and that is what this whole deal was. A flat out robbery! Bucky Kirk Alan Miller WAS NOT alone when the crimes occurred, or he wasn’t even present for the robbery. Quite frankly we didn’t have dude figured for having it in him to kill two people at point blank range. THE SS DOES know people that are that cold blooded. They are some scary folks that we would never in a million years piss off, but those type of people do exist and they are not made out of the same cloth as Kirk Alan Miller. He ain’t nobody.
You have the answers. Buck The Murderer Miller did this on his own. Murderer Miller and his kids have never been threatened before or after his cold blooded act! What makes us all sick is the way some people are trying to cover for Murderer Miller. Mike or Julie never sold any of their guns to anybody. This has nothing to do with drugs, nothing to do with a robbery gone bad. Murderer Miller planned this attack for weeks.

Mike Flanagan had no reason to sell anything, and finally after all of those years of struggling to own something and finally after 9 or 10 years of effort a horrible ending came to someone that worked hard for a nice home.
The fact that he was growing weed for personal use is normal to us. A good majority of our friends do the same thing. The cool part is, is if we get low we can always get a little help from a friend.
It would be nice if we could all set our sights on getting next to the people that can talk to Miller and that he takes in confidence. Doddridge County Girl, or “Tired” if you spent most of your adult life with this man, you need to get down to the jail and speak with him. All communications are monitored, but maybe something could be learned. There has to be another party involved that is being protected somehow. Somebody out there knows something.
We fail to see how Mike Flanagan was involved with Miller to the degree that Miller would have the motivation to commit murder.
We do not believe Mike Flanagan was doing ANY business, including selling weed. The good weed sells itself. The demand is great and the supply is limited.
We can’t grow enough outdoor now to last all year. So, a lot of people depend on the indoor to get them through, after all who wants to smoke swag.
Miller would have to be tweaked to the MAX on Crystal Meth to even think of doing what he did. Crystal Meth changes your brain chemistry and we have already described in detail about our own horror stories, involving our own experiences.
We could understand that he would want to rip off the stash. Big jars of cured buds could have been quite the prize for any Meth head friends— and that would make you popular with the Meth whores for a short time, but we can’t see committing murder over it.
Could it have been jealousy?
We have had our own problems with jealousy, especially among our own family members.
So, for the last five or six years we have found a new family and have been very happy in that regard. It’s nice to have family.
So, when we think about Shannon, and Sean, and their little sister Kelly, it is hard not to tear up over the tragedy and their loss. (We know the Flanagans had four children, we just can’t remember the name of their other child)
We are truly sorry for the loss and we lost someone that same week too. It was not a good Easter season for us either.
It is out of respect for that terrible loss that we need to search out the missing pieces of information. If for no other reason, it would help us cope with our own loss.
The Justice system in WV is completely manipulated, so not much worry Bucky would be released at the bond hearing.
But, it might be to everyone’s advantage if he did bail out on the murder charge. Then maybe the right people could get close enough to dude to get some answers that make sense to us.
The fact that dude confessed to CALHOUN COUNTY assigned State Po Po means little to any of us–as far as gathering accurate information. All we have to do is recall the Ronnie Rush situation to gain insight to confessions made to the local State Po Po.

The truth is, Julie was highly educated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching from the University of Akron. She did not need a ton of cash to fight the court system in West Virginia for the free gas that she was rightfully entitled to. She did it with her education, her knowledge, her intelligence, her research, and the loving support of her husband, Mike. Something that most of you know little about. Julie was a wiz at the internet and was always eager to help people with it.
Last December Mike asked me as to whether I owned a gun and advised me that not only should I keep it close but I should also keep it loaded. Little did he know what would happen to him only a few short months later. The point is, he never would have sold his guns after telling me to keep one close and loaded.
You people are being so disrespectful of the family it makes me sick. Julie and I had made future plans. She considered me a part of her family and had in fact told me such. Don’t any of you think that our lives are completely devastated because those plans will never take place. Nothing will ever get back what we have lost. Please have some consideration for these kids. They may be adults, but that does not mean they are not in pain. I miss my friend so much, sometimes I can’t even breathe. Our grief is very fresh and raw and when you go on defending this monster, it is like reliving the whole horrific tragedy all over again. If he really cared anything for his kids, he never would have got mixed up in this to begin with.

Two men of the black persuasion beat to death a young white-man KSU student in downtown Akron right by the very school from which the Teresa message was sent.
Christopher Kernich, 23 who grew up in Fairborn in southwest Ohio, was pronounced dead at 4:30 p.m. 21 NOVEMBER at Akron City Hospital.

We have twice the readership of the local newspaper and ten times the reach. Call it a happy accident, but the truth is we have the numbers and those people must NOT think that this site is beneath them, because, there “they” are to be counted.
That comment by the family friend Teresa was so highly disrespectful that I really can’t respond to it with any degree of kind consideration, or common courtesy given the fact that our investment in being the 4th estate is great.
Not only are we unpaid, but we have spent more of our own money than you could imagine delving into information and acquiring professional opinions on West Virginia misconduct and illegal activities than anybody could even comprehend.
I am going over some documents today, when I should be on the road visiting with relatives.
We have “caught” circuit court judges red-handed lying to official agencies via electronic devices. We have done more espionage and research into these people than anyone could ever afford, even if they were to hire a private investigator–but then again, it was a PI that recommended that we move forward with this type of activity.
We have enough on a Calhoun County attorney to probably send him to federal prison for six months, if we so decide to proceed, and then move forward with the information we have obtained.
We hold valuable information we received from disgruntled former public officials in other counties for the illegal use of highly illegal voting slates and inside the courthouse illegalities. We have enough on LAME SMITH from Glenville for him to receive six months in federal prison too.
How the fuck do you think these people keep their highly paid elected positions?

We have been told to hold on to our damaging information on a circuit court judge until it is needed, for timing is everything.
Mostly, “some” of the “kynde” people involved in the SS are from Virginia, but a few of our members are pure bred West Virginians going back to the dawn of the frontier age.
What we have discovered, is that, the most important fact “to be found true,” is the fact that dishonesty in the judicial system in West Virginia has eroded away the life of the common citizen and the once wonderful life that was known by many in Central WV.
We made one WV attorney, considered “astute,” by his pears in Charleston, $25,000 dollars richer-and that was CASH on the barrelhead son!

We found that are own “expensive attorney” discovered many problem area’s but was unable to even fathom using some of the secret information that we supplied to him.
In fact, he was more apt to protect the individuals that we found dirt on.
We were astounded! We found out what the “real” deal is, in WV, and it cost us plenty to find out. The WV bar association is corrupt as fuck!
You would think for that kind money, that the man would have enough respect to move these issues forward, but all we got was some bullshit about secret meeting with the governor and blah blah blah garbage piece’s of crap excuses.
Unfortunately that gentlemen had no idea that he had taken money from former outlaws once wanted in other states for being involved in nefarious activities that derived from shooting incidents, gun charges and suspected drug trafficking — the usual situation when involved with growing outdoor marijuana and all that entire way of life entails.
Sorry, but it was something many of us believed in then, but many … more than paid the price for later.
Also, no one we know of can say we were treated unfairly in other states, nor did we witness dishonest courtroom antics. In fact our dealings with the police were on the up and up. And they gave us the same respect.
It is all a matter of public record now. Yes, some of us are related by marriage and we have banned together for a common cause.

Some of us are highly educated professionals and have a much different way of life than when we were college kids.
If someone were to come to us with a BA or BS degree from Akron U, we wouldn’t think much more of them than if they were a college intern looking to gain some experience.
That is no disrespect meant toward the alumni status of Julie Flanagan, certainly, but having a BA from Akron U does NOT define, “highly educated,” just to set the matter straight.
When we think of “highly educated-as a defined term” we like to think of Stanford or UC Berkeley or maybe even some of the schools that some of the SS attended, that most people in WV could not afford.
If we were to address that subject of education in more eco-centric terms we would more likely define Kelly Brown a Flanagan family member as highly educated, already having a BA and enrolled in a WVU program to become a Vet. Do you recall how difficult biology and chemistry was in college? …and all that math, trig, calculus, etc.
Now if you want to define highly educated lets point the finger in the direction of someone involved in those activities on a full time basis.

I understand the concept of higher education. I myself am in college. The classes you have to take to become a teacher, are quite intense. Julie took these classes and passed these certifications.To me, highly educated is a state of mind. You educate yourself. Julie did. She was amazingly smart, and was even able to keep up with me somewhat in Spanish. Thats real cool.
I’m just saying. Don’t knock the higher education of any kind.

We all acknowledge Julie had above average skills and was very achieved in education. Nor, can I recall when there was a time when that information was at any time incorrect, or published as such.
