THE CALPATTY PRESS REMEMBERS….HEATHER RICHARDS MYER DEATH UNRESOLVED!! More Than Three Years of Agony!

Rina McCoy

CalPatty Press reporter

This matter of a beautiful loved human being, that would have been 29 years old  needs  to be brought into the light again, again, again….yes again god damn it, because the powers that be here in Central WV are crooked as hell!

OVER THREE YEARS LATER: HEATHER RICHARDS MYER DEATH… UNRESOLVED – “We Can’t Put It To Rest”

A very happy and pretty Heather, was she a victim of a bad boyfriend

A very happy and pretty Heather, was she a victim of a bad boyfriend?

Over Three years have passed and Heathers family is still struggling to reach some kind of grip on how the tragic accident could have happened– and reach some acceptance, but no acceptance can be found… because another investigation was bungled by the local cops who are nothing but highway patrol officers in Green Shirts that can’t even do their fucking highway patrol job, because of their inflated ego’s and all thinking they are gods gift to women.

Well I wouldn’t fuck a Green Shirt if I was tied down and had already consumed a bottle of 110 vodka, so think about that next time you look in the mirror trooper.

This is the part of this tragic event that bothers us the most!

Seventeen-year-old Andrew Jones, who was dating Heather, left the accident on foot down Rt. 5 to a friend’s house. The Richards family says Jones did not call 911, nor did police obtain his blood alcohol.

The CalPatty Press received this earlier today:

Dear Editor,
It’s about time the Richards family is getting the justice they deserve. Three years ago Heather Richards Myer was killed in a car accident with two young men also being involved. One of those two men were driving the vehicle, he knows who he is and doesn’t have the balls to stand up and admit to what he did. I believe this is Heathers way of getting back at him. It’s called Karma. And hopefully there’s more to come.

Editors note: Tell us more and don’t be shy. If you are saying Drew was driving, or Anthony but now won’t admit it, then maybe an ass kicking is in order, or worse!

Below is the story reported by Bob and the Hur Herald at the time of  mystery traffic death!

What happened the night of the accident is unclear, but some explanation is offered from the police report.

The vehicle, belonging to Justin Boatwright, was traveling east on Rt. 5 at Big Bend when it went out of control, colliding with a fence post and a telephone pole, then striking another post and an electric pole, knocking some of them down. It was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed.

At the time of the accident, authorities at the scene indicated Boatright was the driver, not sustained.

The vehicle was apparently rolling-over on the pavement before it went down a driveway, coming to rest in a yard.

Seventeen-year-old Andrew Jones, who was dating Heather, left the accident on foot down Rt. 5 to a friend’s house. The Richards family says Jones did not call 911, nor did police obtain his blood alcohol.

Jones told police he drank “Budlight, just a couple, two,” saying Boatright was the driver.

Justin Boatright, 24, was found seriously injured beside the vehicle. He was life-flighted to Charleston for medical treatment. The Richards family say police told them his blood alcohol exceeded the legal limit.

Boatright, who admitted to heavy drinking, said “I think he is lying,” referring to Andrew’s statement to the police, accusing Boatright of being behind the wheel.

Boatright then said he didn’t know if Heather was in the car when it crashed, according to the police report.

Heather’s body was discovered a considerable distance from the wrecked vehicle, across a driveway in the yard.

Police did a reconstruction of the accident several weeks later, the results were apparently inconclusive.

The family has been told one or more insurance companies intend to do their own reconstruction and investigation.

HEATHER RICHARDS MYER AUTO FATALITY

(01/28/2006)
Authorities have identified the victim of a Big Bend car accident as 26-year-old Heather Richards Myer.

Myer was dead-on-scene after being thrown from the crash vehicle at 3 a.m. this morning.

The accident happened just east of Big Bend on Rt. 5.

County coroner Ed Messenger has sent the body to the State Medical Examiner’s office.

Justin Boatright of Big Springs, who officials indicated was the driver of the auto, was taken to Charleston General Hospital by HealthNet, where a hospital spokesperson said he is in intensive care, still under evaluation.

The Boatright car, traveling east on State Route 5, apparently went out of control, rolled-over several times, went airborne, clipping a telephone pole and an electric pole.

The vehicle went over an embankment landing in the driveway of the Jesse Jackson residence.

Drew Jones, about 17, of Big Springs, who was in the vehicle, declined medical treatment, apparently not suffering serious injuries.

Over THREE years, count them one, two THREE! since Grantsville resident 26-year-old Heather Richards Myer was tragically killed in a car wreck at Big Bend, thrown from the vehicle and was found dead at the scene. What took place just before the accident. Nobody is talking and NO INVESTIGATING was done or shared with family members….sound familiar?!

The three boys, since they were boys, and not men say the other was driving. The Green Shirts have done nothing. This almost sounds like Crooked County with Tim Butchers little bitch of a son at the wheel. Oh, nobody did anything and everyone is going to walk, everyone that is  except Heather, because she is dead because some irresponsible kids that she was most likely screaming at to slow down… just like Amber Lamp did before she died on the back of an ATV, then had to leave the most precious of precious, daughter Natessa Little behind, alone, without a mother!

Calhoun County seems to be a dangerous place for young beautiful women with a future.!

Heather’s sister, Vicki, states that, she wished the boys would be men now and at least let the family in on what happened and who is responsible.

…and further states.

“The State Police really botched the investigation from the very start, including not obtaining a blood alcohol from one of the subjects!”

“This is not an accidental death.”

“We’d like to put this to rest, but we just can’t”

Vicki and Jessica Richards remember Heather and WILL NOT FORGET!

Vicki and Jessica Richards remember Heather and WILL NOT FORGET!

After discussing the issue with the commander of the CCC and a few SS representatives, we would like to discuss that matter with a rep from the team rangers, otherwise, we have decided that all of these little pieces of shit be dealt with in a severe manner, unless of course they decide to talk, TO MAKE IT RIGHT—RIGHT NOW! Hopefully they will all be victims of suicide found on a island in the little Ka noy with a gun next to them, SAYING HOW SORRY THEY ARE!!

Andrew Jones on the listed WANTED for questioning by the SS!

(A. Jones crashed his ATV and is in the hospital see comments for further details)

Justin Boatright WANTED for questioning by the SS!

Drew Jones WANTED for questioning by the SS!

If you come in contact with these individuals, take one stop back and get the fuck out of there , you never know…

A little ANAL rape never happened to the drunken boys because NO JAIL with NO BAIL

A little ANAL rape never happened to the drunken bad boys because NO JAIL with NO BAIL was what the GREEN SHIRTS said!

Since the picture  never happened, it looks like the people of WV will have to take matters into their own hands and find out who is responsible for this tragic occurrence!

First thing you do, is check to see if these little boys are in jail, and if they are, you sent out a kite with a …to terminate attached …and they will be scrambling like little bugs to snitch on each other or get fucked in the ass.

Chances are, at least one of them is behind bars. Maybe two of them by now, then have the matter taken care of via proper channels.

    Now get to it!

I say it was Andrew Jones that was driving.

He needs to have the truth beat out of him, so that his three year memory becomes a little more clear.

Maybe Jamtart has an idea, he seems to be the free thinker- that is creative.

Should we just shoot all three?

…and say fuck it, we will sort it out later?!

    NO PROBLEM FINDING JONES!!

BIG SPRINGS MAN IN CRITICAL CONDITION FOLLOWING ATV WRECK

    (05/26/2009)
A Big Springs man is listed in critical condition Tuesday morning in ICU at Charleston Area Medical Center following an ATV accident Saturday in the Big Bend-Yellow Creek area of Calhoun.

Andrew Jones, about 20, reportedly suffered serious head trauma and other injuries when he was thrown from his ATV.

Jones had reportedly entered an ATV Poker Run with a family member, but had left his group and the designated Poker Run trail when the accident happened.

Family members apparently went in search of Jones and discovered him in the woods about 24-hours later.

Jones was taken to Minnie Hamilton Health System in Grantsville, after which he was transfered to Charleston. (transferred has two r’s in it Bob, just so ya know)

Editors note: Is that what goes around comes around? Sorry while we DON”T tear up on ya, maybe a priest should get to Mr Jones and get him to clear his mind of the matter. Sorry, but, we are not sorry.

And if you don’t like that, then we could give a shit, this is the new world get used to it.
We are all mad as hell and are not going to take the usual elite bullshit any longer. No more home cooked corruption for the SS. Maybe y’all would like a taste, it is not our cup of tea.

NO Get Well Wishes For Andrew Jones HERE!

He needs to confess, then, maybe, but probably not!

ANDREW JONES CONDITION IMPROVING FOLLOWING ATV ACCIDENT

    (05/28/2009)
A Big Springs man’s condition has improved following an ATV accident over the weekend.

Charleston Area Medical Center says Andrew Jones, about 20, is in fair condition Wednesday evening and has been moved out of ICU.

Jones reportedly suffered serious head trauma and other injuries when he was thrown from his ATV.

Jones had reportedly entered an ATV Poker Run with a family member, but had left his group and the designated Poker Run trail when the accident happened.

Serious head trauma …maybe he needs some more until he comes clean with the story about Heather!

Well, if yer out ta get the pipsqueek-creeps that crawls about in the Calhoun County Slime, let’s make a list. Not just those that gets off scott free fer someone’s death, but those who give the cops false info that causes trouble fer others. (Maybe that’s what led to the current murder mystery)

I’ll start. Matt Webb and Tim Hornbeck. These idiots fed state troopers totally bogus info which led to a “bust” in which the supposed “evidence” eventually disappeared, while the victim, meantime, had a nervous breakdown, and could EASILY have been killed by badge and gun carrying cowboys. So, these fools basically screwed BIG TIME with someone’s lives and well-being. And they worked with the State tax feeders to do it!

Only trouble is, the bugger don’t condone violence. BUT, we sure DO condone KARMA.

    Reminder:
There are still other crimes not solved, like the Christian Starcher disappearance. Rumor has it the cops actually know what happened to her, but they “have no concrete physical evidence”, so they can’t arrest anyone????? Here’s to hoping whoever disappeared HER got THEIR karma.

Editors Note: We heard the same as you about CS and possibly could have mentioned it somewhere; on the other issues, whatever needs to be said, should be said by you.

Bring forth the facts and we will help you as much as we can get to the heart and truth of the matter. You are already considered the respected (peaceful) member of the Secret Seven, although we gave up on the smoking peace pipes with these other people.

SEX COACHING BEING OFFERED AT GLENVILLE STATE COLLEGE THIS FALL

    While some females may be
allergic to latex this gives them no right to
    have unprotected sex. Dick Brown,
WHO IS THE BLACK SEX COACH noted, that
PVC condoms are also available. These are
non-latex condoms. Such condoms are also
    available at GSC for students

God damn a new sex seminar at Glenville State to educate new co-eds about being fucked by nigga drug dealers when they are drugged up and drunk at a campus party, hell they even give tips for the under age high school seniors just trying to get a taste for college.

Getting a taste for college was learning how to suck a black dick for one local Glenville girl after a party at the home of Glenville State Football player Erik (Big Dick) Davis.

Some tips being offered at the college next fall will be how to get your mouth around the entire dark mag light that spits in your mouth after enough alcohol is provided by the college, or friends of Glenville State Foundation President Tim Butcher.

    Females can use protection as
well, there are such things as a female
condom, too. They can be inserted eight
hours before intercourse. Most men do not
even realize that a woman is wearing one,
even when you using the mag light,
And if a male is using a condom, never
wear more than one at a time. Wearing two
condoms at a time does not make it safer
or more reliable. Wearing two condoms
actually creates friction and causes the
condoms to breakdown, making it even
easier for them to rip and tear. It is also
best not to use the same condom twice.
Once you ejaculate, it is time to rip open
another condom and put it on.

I mean seriously nigga what could you be thinking?!

Just think you co-eds… your nigger dream could come true this
    fall at Glenville State College!

You have had the biggest crush on
the star linebacker. One night you see him
at the bar. You head back to your room, and
you have unprotected sex. Congrats, you
    now have herpes. Black herpes

    Ewwww!

Have a great fall this upcoming year at Glenville State College in the heart of Crooked County!

    Blow the fucking dam!

About Justin and Andrew. Nothing seems to be made of the fact that Heather was getting ready to leave Andrew to get back together with her husband. Andrew knew this and was upset. State police were said to have ruled Justin out as the driver because he was passed out in the back seat, and the seat was pulled up to close to the steering wheel. Justin was said to have been passed out at the time of arrival of the paramedics and wouldn’t have been able to move the seat up. Also, suspicious was the fact that with a vehicle that did not roll over, Heather had her brain matter on the grill of the vehicle. Sounds like an act of rage to me.

Editors note: Central WV is famous for fixing the crimes of friends, we have seen this done for years, and it has been happening in WV since MANY of us were born. In a five or six county area, you can get away with murder. Just like when Tim Butchers kid was caught drunk and driving and fails the field test…no arrest, no jail, no nothing, because Daddy is the city attorney of Glenville and because Daddy is the city attorney of Glenville he can steal thousands from estates and trusts and the local sheriff Micky Metz refuses to investigate the matter, because Tim Butcher is the Glenville city attorney and they all stick together. In Calhoun the matter of home cooked politics may even be worse than crooked county, considering all the people exposed by the SS in 07, 08 and 09.

Editors note: No, what you are talking about is Court Reporter Karen White and it was overheard in Judge Facemire’s chambers, he said, “Give me the damn blow job and I won’t tell on you!”

I think that is what you are referring to!

So Ms. Patterson won the lawsuit over her son’s hazing incident! Good for her. But that means that foul play actually DID happen, and the State Police again have no clue what they are doing!

Of course, cops are a funny breed and they seem to think being tied up and choked is NORMAL for high school kids, so what can we expect?

“But officer, I was tied up and beaten and a gun held to my head…”
“Well, just looks like normal horseplay between adults to me……”

Funny thing, when the incident occurred, it was reported that DOUG STARCHER was in charge of the investigation (why does that not surprise me?) But now that the lawsuit is a done deal and the lady won, suddenly it is reported that Trooper Skidmore was actually the investigator. Huh. Guess it depends on what news report you read and whether you read it at the beginning when it was fresh, or whether you read about it yesterday…
So, come on guys, got ANY truth in you at all? WHO investigated? Who got it WRONG enough that a lawsuit was won??? GOD, I wish for once they would tell a TRUE story where the “facts” don’t continually change!!!

  11. 11 Is that all real
    May 29, 2009 at 3:44 p

Is that a movie based on real Lesbians from Calhoun County? Who are they? So, this is someone finally telling the story and it was made into a movie? Is that it?

    Editors note: Something like that…

  12. May 29, 2009 at 8:37 p

“Help yourself to a piece of it!”

“I didn’t keep you out the fields today just so you could eat my lunch”

“You get a favor, you gotta do a favor!”

…and that was how it really went down in Calhoun County back in 1971, Lesbian rape, Calhoun County style!

    Now, the truth comes out!

Is that what happened to Kathy? And she liked it?

  14. May 31, 2009 at 9:09 p

You mean Kathy could have been “Nancy Bell” ??

I was seriously disgusted by the first movie clip where Nancy Bell was forced to have sex with Ms Alice, but the second clip was a different story. The soundtrack was funny as hell.

    I nearly busted a gut!

I noticed it was played 321 times in a little more than an hour before it was yanked quicker than a Hot Toddy Roddy!

Damn I laughed my ass off on the second clip!

    That was funny!

Speaking of Hot Toddy, it appears he will be going to trial in June. Since he has no sense to hire a decent lawyer, and it would be hard to find a defense attorney that is not in the pocket of a crooked judge anyway, it looks like he could bite the dust for a couple of years. But, I doubt it, because he is the number one snitch for Calhoun County. We figure it is all just a show.

Hell man, in Calhoun County, the snitches and the bitches walk around with nothing going down on them hard. In a big city, the snitch is just never seen or heard from again.

In Calhoun County the snitches get police protection, and that is fucking too weird.

I heard a Hot Toddy is already a taking seconds, and sometimes thirds behind the Gila Monster and back to banging Lunacy Lucy aka Kelli.

I guess once you get used to that Gila Monster, it is better than having to go to the store for batteries every couple of weeks.

Plus the tongue on that green lizard is amazing, according to friends of Ms Lawson!

Then, when they turn him over, the Hot Toddy face looks like a carp ate it. Chewed up by a bottom feeder just like him!

Is KELLI LAWSON going to be charged also? Since “getting her off” via the prosecutors’ deal was shot down by the judge? I bet they slip that one by the system and then claim later it was an oversight. Could it be a little cock sucking of Calhoun law enforcement that dropped the charges against her? Or did Kelli loan “My friend Flicka” out to the lady prosecutor?

Judge arranges sterilization as part of Charleston woman’s probation
    By Andrew Clevenger
    Staff writer

CHARLESTON WV — A Charleston woman agreed in Kanawha Circuit Court Monday to a judge’s suggestion that she have her fallopian tubes tied as part of her probation.

Jessica Michelle Butterworth, 21, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana on March 23. At her sentencing hearing, Judge L.D. Egnor suspended a one- to five-year prison sentence in favor of five years of probation.

Egnor, a retired Cabell County Circuit judge who has been hearing cases while Judge Paul Zakaib Jr. recovers from an illness, said he had made arrangements for Butterworth to have the sterilizing procedure free of charge.

“[Butterworth] recognizes the need to make changes in her life in order to provide for herself and her family,” Egnor’s order reads. “After inquiring of the defendant, the Court further recognizes [her] desire to have a tubal ligation and has located a provider who will do it free of costs, with arrangements to be made in the next 30 days.”

Defense attorney Michael Payne said his client, who has three children and is not married, was enthusiastic about the idea when the judge brought it up.

“As the procedure was something that my client had expressed interest in in both the past and present, as well as the fact that Judge Egnor was not ordering her to get the procedure done as a condition of probation, I did not feel that my client’s rights were being violated,” Payne said.

During the hearing, Kanawha County assistant prosecutor Jennifer Meadows said that as part of the plea deal, the state recommended probation for Butterworth, with no additional terms or conditions.

  20. June 2, 2009 at 10:19 p

Oh by the way, this retired Judge thing is a bit of a scam too!

“Egnor, a retired Cabell County Circuit judge who has been hearing cases while Judge Paul Zakaib Jr. recovers from an illness”

These judges actually receive TWO paychecks while they take their time with the “due process”

One check for being and active CC judge while also receiving their retirement check.

Of course, this type of thing happening OR PAY ARRANGEMENT for average ordinary people LIKE YOU AND ME in WV will never happen because,: #1 We are not part of the Secret Society of Freemasons #2 We are not part of the “power elite” in WV #3 We are nothing but dumb ass hillbillies to them.

  21. June 2, 2009 at 10:58 p

Not all Circuit Court judges are bad, and a good example of that is Justice Starcher, retired WV Supreme Court Justice and former Circuit Court Judge that will be hearing the case of the Lone Meth Ranger in Crooked County.

He would never think of taking two paychecks while serving in a special capacity with the state.

West Virginia Supreme Court Chief Justice Brent Benjamin is about as Crooked as they come with his taking of a 3.5 million “donation” from the CEO of Massey coal and then voting in favor of the company involving a multiple million dollar civil dispute.

Justice Maynard a very dishonest judge enjoyed the service of paid escorts and fine dining at all the hot spots of Europe(provided by the same CEO) and completely disgraced the state of WV when it was all revealed on national news. Then got his ass kicked in the primaries in O8 when the voters found out the truth about him.

Cops and prosecutors in southern West Virginia get preferential treatment when they break the law – Part 1

Note: Since this post was posted I spoke with an elected prosecutor who requested that I insert the caveat that these prosecutors are the exception rather than the rule. I would agree with that perception since there are several prosecutors of whom I think highly. Of course, it is no surprise that there are cops and prosecutors out there who do bad things. None of us have yet attained perfection, we are all sinners. My main point herein is that despite the proven existence of some bad eggs, the system will almost-unconsciously protect their own. But these are relatively isolated incidents and are not necessarily indicative of West Virginia’s cops and prosectors statewide. But, as you will see, and as will be detailed in Part 2, these incidents weave a tangled web in several key jurisdictions. Also, I made one correction to the post. I previously incorrectly stated that the charge of wanton endangerment with a firearm is a misdemeanor, when it indeed is a felony charge. – JHB 1

Note 2: I also spoke with a judge – uninvolved in any of these matters – who commented that these problems are due to ineffective prosecution. It’s correct that it’s not the judge’s fault that a sweetheart deal is made, or that a person is never charged at all. And some have attempted to construe my commentary as applying to the presiding judges. That is not correct. Judges do not make those decisions – usually. – JHB

For some reason, newspapers don’t like to report scandal and corruption on behalf of cops and prosecutors in West Virginia. There are a couple of cases in this past year that I think are noteworthy that most people have no idea about.
